Rocky Fast Cruise offers multiple daily departures by fast ferry from Serangan to Nusa Lembongan and back.

Rocky Fast Cruise operates 4 times daily direct fast boat crossings from Serangan to Nusa Lembongan. The crossing from Serangan to Nusa Lembongan only takes approx 30 minutes, depending on weather and tides. Free hotel pickup and drop service are available for the selected area's, please see the Hotel Pickup & Drop-off section below for more information.

Rocky Fast Cruise offers hotel shuttle service to and from the following areas:

Important note: Hotel pickup and drop-off requests for last-minute bookings (bookings made after 09:30 PM (Bali time) for the next day) can't always be guaranteed and are subject to availability and terms of the boat operator. All hotel pickup and drop service is a service operated by the boat operator and is subject to availability by the operator. We only forward your pickup and drop-off request to the operator.

You can select your hotel pickup and drop-off area from the above options during checkout. Payment can be done in cash directly to the operator on day of travel.

Rocky Fast Cruise Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-show or late-arrival fee:

75% Refund for cancellations made more than 5 days prior to departure. 50% Refund for cancellations made less than 5 days prior to departure. No refund for cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure. No refund for no-show.

* Refunds are always minus any cancellation fees. We charge a $10 USD cancellation fee per booking.

The amount you'll be refunded when you cancel your booking will depend on the booking terms of the ferry company you're sailing with and the type of ticket you have booked. We'll let you know how much you'll be refunded before we cancel your booking so you can decide if you'd still like to cancel it.

Rescheduling Booking changes are based on seat availability and should be made at least 2 days prior to guest departure for the regular season, and 4 days prior to guest departure for high season (June, July, August, December, and January). Extra charges may incur. Connecting flights Rocky Fast Cruise will take in no way responsibility for delays or missing connecting flights. Most fast boat’s offer free hotel pickup and drop-off to and from the harbor, within popular tourist areas such as Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur, etc. When you perform a search, simply click on the ‘Ticket Details’ link in the search results to see exact hotel shuttle details offered by the operator.

If your selected ticket/boat offers hotel shuttle service, then during your booking you can select from which area you like to get picked up or dropped off.

Most fast boat services from Padang Bai to the Gili islands/Lombok offer FREE hotel transfers from and to central Ubud. Many hotels and resorts in Ubud are located outside of the core pickup zone, making this a fairly limited region. In case your location is not within the central Ubud area you can still request a pickup from Cocomaret supermarket (Jalan Raya Pengosekan) in Ubud as this is being used as a central collection point for the Ubud area. Simply grab a taxi to this location instead of having to book a private car transfer to the port.

Rocky Fast Cruise offers daily return transfers from Bali to Nusa Lembongan. Boat transfers include free hotel transfers in Bali and Nusa Lembongan. This is the only best fast boat transfer between Bali and Nusa Lembongan.

The boat Rocky Fast Cruise departs daily from Serangan in Southeast Bali. Most hotel transfers are provided from or to the South Bali area. If you stay in Ubud, you may need to pay extra for transfers to the dock.

Trip Itinerary:

Pick up at your hotel at 08.45 am and drive to Serangan for checking in and boarding pass. The boat will leave at 10.00 am. It takes 30 to 45 minutes to get to Nusa Lembongan from Serangan. You will be in Nusa Lembongan at about 10.30 am.

Other schedules are 12.00 am, 14.00, and 17.30 PM, the pickup will be one hour before. If you want to take the afternoon schedule, just make a note on the booking form.

Our Boat Partner Rocky Fast Cruise provides the 2 largest boat capacity with a different departure. You can be on any of these boats when you book with a Rocky fast boat.

• If you take the return ticket, please choose the time of return and note us.
• This trip duration is depending on the weather and sea conditions. If it rough, you may need 45 minutes to get to Nusa Lembongan.

I am planning to go Nusa Lembongan around 9:00 am on 2nd of Jan from Bali and return to Bali around 17:00pm on 3rd of Jan. Is there any ticket available? Will your company arrange car to pick me up from my hotel and send me to another hotel on 3rd? How much will it be in total? Thank you.

The Lembongan Traveller use Rocky Fast Cruises for our guest boat transfers from Bali to Nusa Lembongan and return. Rocky boats depart from Sanur and arrive in Jungut Batu ( main bay) on Lembongan.

Land transfers on Bali and Lembongan are NOT included in current boat transfers, please contact our team should you require transfers on Bali or Lembongan.

Boat transfer tickets include all luggage and surfboards as part of the ticking price.

Lembongan Fast Boats

Lying 18 miles to the southeast across the Badung Strait, Nusa lembongan is Bali's version of romantic island getaway, with an unspoiled culture and an ambiance exceptionally tranquil and unhurried even by the standards of the neighboring paradise isle.

Nusa Lembongan is one of three neighbouring islands of Bali, approximately 12 miles from south east Bali and 20 miles from Lombok. The other two islands are Nusa Penida being the bigger and Nusa Ceningan being the smaller.

Low, protected island about 11 km southeast of mainland Bali, measuring only four by three km and ringed with mangrove swamps, and palms and white sandy beaches. Inland the terrain is scrubby and very dry, with volcanic stonewalls and processional avenues crisscrossing the small cactus-covered hills.
