A nice Holiday in Istanbul

We booked three tours with Excursion Mania. All of them were nice. The Uludog and the Bursa tour was very nice. Our tour guide Mohammed was excellent. He was very informative and speaks good English. I give him 5 star. Thanks for making our holiday so nice.

Absolutely gorgeous place to go. Bursa is a must for family to enjoy the snow. Our guide Hassan is very nice to explain everything about the places we go in dual language since we only understand English. The transport also pick up us from the hotel at the specific time mentioned earlier. Price is cheap compared other plus it is included cable car.

Used this to go to land of legends a very reliable and friendly service highly recommend Thank you for your great service :) getting us to our destination safe and at a great price

The trip was well organised, all credit to the agency. Overall a great experience. Each activity brought a new experience, so you can't pick just one best memory from this trip. It's all good in the end. (Many thanks to driver Umut for the ATV trip)

The trip was good and safe. The guide was kind. Everything went smoothly. What I didn't understand is that this was a trip to Bursa Uldag (mountain). I thought we were going to Bursa, and it was optional for us to take the cable car or stroll around the city. However, it's not the organizer's fault for my misunderstanding, so I give them a high rating.

Amazing Istanbul Cruise Dinner

Visiting Istanbul from acanada. We booked Istanbul dinner Cruise and show on Dec 21, 2022. The whole experience was amazing. From easy booking through WhatsApp by Berkay to the buss picking up service and the entire experience on the cruise. Shows were delightful. Team were so friendly. Dinner was great. Wonderful music and dance. We had a wonderful experience. Thanks for the memorable night team.

Last minute book, very flexible and professional

Berkay is very responsive as we chat on whatsapp and made everything last minute done! The driver who picked us up at the hotel also very polite and punctual. He sure made us comfort. We are enjoying the night and the show was mesmarizing!

Great make sure you use what's all or call

Great once you talk to them on what's all. My experience is to use what's app and allow the agent to work their stuff out. You need a shuttle as the bus fellowers you as.u land somewhere else. The agencies speaks English or has great English. So that was so hopeful. Don't use the address in Google. Talk to the agent on what's app. You won't be confused and won't have any worries. Better still they even replied on a Sunday night. Which was extra helpful.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience. We went to Pamukkale and had a magical trip. Lunch and dinner was included in the package. The tour guide was very friendly. Yusuf (tour operator) was very helpful. Would visit other places through them again soon.

Osman and the guys really know how to look after tourists. Brilliant excursion.

The guys could not have done more for everyone, very helpful and made sure a great time was had by all. Even the messages from osman through the trip checking if everything was going well made the experience feel that extra big special. Couldn’t thank them enough. Will definitely use again when I’m back .

DALIN was excellent

Istanbul Dinner Cruise organised by DALIN: It was very good, the food was very tasty and fulfilling. The performance was also very good and entertaining. The arrangement, drop-off and pick-up were on time.

Bosphorus Dinner Cruise

I booked just 3 hours ahead but got the same day reservation. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and everything included. It was the money best spent and got more than the money's worth.

Disappointing sales tour with a little bit of sightseeing.

Updated score to reflect the fact the company got back to me to apologise and refund some of the money. They have promised they have changed your providers so hopefully this won’t happen again. I have left the review here for to ensure this does happen. Disappointed with our tour today. Firstly the bus was 20 minutes late. Definitely wasn’t a comfortable fully air conditioned bus as stated in the website and was extremely hot with a smashed windscreen and a driver that kept talking on his mobile phone, and trying to overtake dangerously. While the guide was friendly and informative, The tour just felt like a constant sales pitch. There was no mention of the diamond centre in the description which wasted an hour of our time while they drove us to a warehouse in the middle of nowhere to sell us jewellery. The description stated 3 hours in Antalya but we only got 1 Due to this, and this would have been even shorter if we hadn’t turned down yet another sales pitch at a local shop. Lunch was mediocre, in a fast food cafe in a grotty part of town. Also the other reviews here look suspiciously similar. We definitely won’t be booking again.

Everything was great

We first were sceptical booking our tour through whatsapp, but everything turned out great. We really enjoyed the ancient city of Troy. Ayse was very responsive and helped with all our questions.

3 excursions with Excursions mania…

Booked 3 excursions with Excursions Mania. First was the city tour. 1 hour late for pickup and didn't like the jewelery store stop over. Even put us on a different bus on return. Second tour was land of legends didn't even turn up with no txt or call until I txt to find out. Third tour was super combo tour. 1 hour late again and they always txt the same messages, what tour have you booked? which hotel?how many people? Have you been picked up yet? Repeat the same txt again and again. This time not even a seat available on bus 😒 our captain on the rafting part from Georgia was excellent (sorry can't remember his name) he made our tour the best part of our holiday. Thank you.

AMAZING!!! Worth it..

I booked it on the go, when I was traveling to Pamukkale, after my hot air balloon ride was canceled in Cappadocia. I booked it online, where I got a reservation free of cost and later had option to pay entire amount online or pay half online and half at the day of the ride. I choose the former. On the day of ride, hotel pickup was provided, which picked us up around 5:45am in the morning and the location was 15 min drive from our pickup hotel. The ride was quite enthralling and exciting. The pilot was also very good and we enjoyed our one hour of ride pretty much. We were able to see sunrise from the mountains and it was quite an experience and totally worth it. At the end, we were offered a champagne toast and certificates for the ride. Also the guy was so generous, he offered us a bottle of champagne, which was so kind gesture from them. Loved the entire experience!!​

Had a great day out to Eagle Canyon and…

Had a great day out to Eagle Canyon and the ancient city of Siege. There was plenty of time for photos and the trek up to the Canyon was breathtaking especially as we went up in an open Jeep which added to the fun. This was a trip with options of either rafting ( to cold for me) or the Canyon and Seige. This is a highly recommended tour and one of the best. We went through Excursion Mania who looked after us the whole day. Full credit to Yusuf.

The prince's island trip was amazing

The prince's island trip was amazing. We were guided by Mehmet. He was very helpful. The boat trip was well organized and the staff is very friendly. We had on of the best lunch in the boat. Highly recommended if you wish to spend a relaxing day away from city. For those who like seafood please enjoy the amazing restaurants in the island.

Hot air balloon Pamukkale

Booked a hot air balloon flight in Pamukkale with excursion mania. Wonderful experience (40 min flight, great views), a bit cheaper than other companies and good administration support (Berkay was my contact person 👍). Good job!

Last minute excursions in Antalya

I don't generally leave reviews but as the service we received was exceptional, I just had to. We arrived in Antalya and hadn't booked anything. We found Excursion Mania online and booked a few excursions, Yusuf contacted us almost instantly via WhatsApp and the communications were amazing. He answered all of the questions we had and got everything sorted for us at short notice. Absolutely brilliant company and we would definitely use again.

I booked the jeep safari and boat tour…

I booked the jeep safari and boat tour for myself and my husband the evening before it took place on the internet, communication was excellent through WhatsApp, we were picked up in the jeep at the time given outside our hotel the next morning. We were then taken to the main office to pay, and to be introduced to the team leader Alibaba, our driver YouTube Achmed and the two lads batman and spiderman who did videos and photos on a USB stick for you to buy if you wanted to. All the staff were absolutely 💯, even with a bit of language barrier!!! They made the trip worth every penny. You will get wet and dirty on this trip, but the water is nice to cool you down, they also at one point cover the people and jeeps with foam. The boat trip is beautiful and it's a must to have a swim. The water fall is also beautiful and I didn't find things over priced there. All in all it was a fantastic day which I would recommend to anyone and I would definitely book with excursion mania again when visiting Turkey. Booking on the Internet was brilliant as you didn't need to pay anything until they picked you up, so win win situation, and you can pay in euros or Turkish lira. So once again THANK YOU Alibaba and your team for making it a fantastic trip for us.

Booked Alanya your from side. It got cancelled and rebooked for Antalya tour. Price for cable car was €5 whilst booking at the tour it increased to €10. We have been told price went up overnight. Avoid booking through this company.

Amazing experience, from the pickup till the actual spa! Everything went so smoothly and effortlessly from our side, because everything was organized so well. The hammam was so relaxing and heavenly!! We took the scrubbing and foaming and we got more than we expected! (Like tea, small massage during it, clay facemasks and little packages including scrubbing mitten and cleansing soap to bring home included in the price, and even the transportation was included) The whole experience was so worth the money and I would definitely go again.

Reliable travel agency and quick respond. Pick up on time from hotel. Knowledgeable guide. Overall good experience if lunch provided can be better.

The guide Elif was very informative about the history of the cistern. I would recommend getting a guide if your not well informed about the history about the place.

The staff is very helpful. The venue is only 5 minutes walk from tram station. Once the show start, I was mesmerized by the amazing performance from both the dance and the music. Highly recommended!
