Never kept their promise, shame on Travel supermarket

I used these people for hotel and car park at Heathrow, I noticed that they had a mystery hotel, quote 'A short distance from the treminal. Great I though saving a few £ and getting hoel close to terminals. Paid my money and hotel confirmation came back. This hotel Delta by Marriot is nearly 7 miles from the terminals. As They are sneeky and don't give a telephone number I had to email themand guess what no reply. My recomendation us another website, these are not good

Easy to get the information I needed to obtain travel insurance. So much easier getting a comparison online with reputable companies than ringing around randomly which takes much longer. Very happy with the process and outcome.

Terrible experience & disgusting non…

Terrible experience & disgusting non existent service after I booked airport transfers via Travelsupermarket. Travelsupermarket took the money for the booking but never actually made the booking with the transfer company, huge frustration attempting to contact Travelsupermarket...nothing but a voice machine which always cuts you off. Thank goodness my credit card company were there to claim my money back but the stress was awful. Travelsupermarket you are pigs

Refunds are vouchers only, please be aware

Purchased a product and made a mistake, immediately cancelled and repurchased within minutes not thinking there would be an issue getting a cash refund. They only offer a voucher refund.

No joy this time

I have never used site, however, following TV advert, I thought why not. However, not able to book any cruises which include children. I have subsequently learnt research and book early where children involved. Will continue to use infuture.

Email told me holidays start from £169. Website told me my selected holiday would start from £350. When I clicked on the holiday it told me £1,419 (cheapest). Felt like the email was just a scam to get you on the website.

Booked airport taxi transfers via Travelsupermarket acting as agents for HolidayTaxis.com. After correctly completing Travelsupermarket online booking system I clicked pay now to book, the website went straight back to the home page without confirming payment was succesful, I received no booking reference & no follow up email. I contacted HolidayTaxis.com & they tell me no booking has been made. My card company tell me HolidayTaxis.com have taken £177. Travelsupermarket & HolidayTaxis.com have shafted me. good luck dealing with these awful people

Good Indicative Guide when you are Checking

Not sure where or when you want to go on holiday, this is a great way to check out what’s available. Could do with a few more filters though ( e.g. Adult Only, etc.) but still worth a spin. Great that it shows what you get ‘as standard’, for example transfers, hold bags, etc. as this gives you a view of what extras you may need to add in.

I booked airport parking through Travel…

I booked airport parking through Travel Supermarket and for some reason the month reverted back to April from May it accepted the flight numbers for the correct dates in May but for some reason the date reverted to April so I went in to amend the date after paying and was charged an extra £19.75. Its just disgusting price gouging people are getting sick to death of vile companies that rip off people in a cost of living crisis buyer beware when using Travel Supermarket

Not a good booking site

Not a good booking site. They ignore complaints. They do not even acknowledge them. They clearly have no interest in customers.

A one stop shop to to compare Holiday

A one stop shop to to compare deals on Holidays, Car Hire and Flight Deals. Made finding a great Package at a good rate exceptionally easy. Really like the ability to change the filters and the fact they seem to work with all the major brands. A great time saver!

Good site for comparing car hire prices, BUT... as soon as you unsubscribe from ANY e-mail newsletter from a third party (rentalcars, Argus, holiday autos etc.) their offers will suddenly disappear from your searches, and prices will increase. There is no way to reverse this.

Best way to find a rental car

I found a rental car for almost half the price I could see on other sites, was easy to book and upfront about the price. Definitely will use travelsupermarket again!

Not what I expected

I specifically avoided meet and greet as I like to keep my keys with me. At the time of booking I did not realise that maple parking insist on having the keys otherwise I’d have stuck with the official airport parking which was not that much dearer. More clarity required when choosing options. Maple parking were ok but couldn’t remember where they’d left the car, which wasted time on a freezing cold evening trying to find it and then gave us the wrong code for the exit. Next time will book direct with Heathrow parking
