We have been using Bolsover Cruise for 4 years since first deciding to give cruising a try. Their customer focus and knowledge of all the Cruise lines is first class. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We would not use any other booking company.

When I finally did get to TALK with someone, the experience was much better, and they did every thing they could to help. However, the experiences with any kind of a connection/assistance on the computer was below average. You could certainly upgrade the digital aspect - especially for those our age as well as being across the Pond!

I like to speak to a person

I like to speak to a person, I don't want to fill in forms online. Also I mentioned a balcony cabin on Riviera deck & I was looking forward to sitting in the sun but I was warned you don't always get the sun on Riviera deck so I went for C deck instead, you don't get guidance from an online form.

Bolsover Cruise & Stay Dept

We used Bolsover cruise and stay department to build us a package as we wanted to stay in Miami for a couple of days before boarding our ship. I told them what I wanted and they came back to me within an hour with a full itinerary and price. During the holiday everything went like clock work, we couldn’t have asked for anymore, the transfers were perfect our hotel was beautiful and in such a good spot in Miami. I will definitely use their services again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.
