You can never go wrong with a Pilot Travel center. Where ever you may be traveling you will always find one and they are usually all very clean and those that work there are very friendly. They have a variety of food, snacks, even gifts and usually have some kind of restaurant where you can sit down and eat.

Pilot is a great place to gas up. Prices are low and same price if you use credit card or cash and no fee for doing so. There's Wendy's and DQ and great convenience store to ahi for just about anything. Clean Restrooms and if your traveling you can even take a shower. Pilots

(Trucker review for truck drivers) The employees there hate their jobs! The cashiers aren't too bad most of the time but everyone els can't stand working their and have bad attitudes. I work for JB hunt and fuel up there all the time. I usually don't complain about the disrespect and lack of service because I usually don't care about little things. But today I stopped to take a shower. I have the app so it said there was 0 people waiting for a shower but no showers were ready. So I buy my ticket and wait for them to clean one of them. I waited for 40 minutes and they never cleaned a shower. I walked back there and there were 4 showers with the door open just waiting to be cleaned. I didn't want to fight with anyone cuz I know how the employees can get. One time they told me they were bust and will have someone clean them as soon as possible. Took them 20 minutes to get someone to start preparing one and 10 minutes to clean. Didn't do a good job either. This time I just left and drive to the flying j bout 15 20 min away

I was coming back from a vacation in Palm Springs and needed gas for my vehicle before transitioning onto the Interstate 10 freeway. This place is a zoo! It's like a circus inside the main center. They have food places, showers that you can rent (mostly used by smelly truck drivers-'yeek') and gift store items. All I was there for was to gas up my vehicle and get the hell out of there. So the gas was cheap and I filled up using a credit card (first mistake!). After paying and getting my receipt I got onto the freeway and left the area. A few weeks later I notice on my credit card statement that it appeared I bought gas and several Pilot gas stations in 5 different states! I immediately contacted the credit card company and told them that this was a fraud and they said they have had many issues with Pilot gas station complaints that seem to 'magically' have same customers that have gotten gas in different places either at the same time or a period of time that would have been impossible to have made the trips between the stations in such a short time. What a freaking rip-off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have since made it my mission to do the following: 1)Avoid Pilot Gas stations like the Plague! 2)Tell all my friends note to go near these stations 3)Tell all my enemies to get gas as often as they can at Pilot Gas Stations Since I consider the greater Yelp community my friends heed the warning: STAY AWAY FROM PILOT GAS STATIONS AT ALL COSTS EVEN IF IT'S HALF OFF IN PRICE!!!!!

Easy freeway access, cheap gas too. Full service truck stop with a store that has just about anything you could think of. Bathrooms are clean and we'll stocked. There is a Wendy's inside the store if you are looking for something other than snack food. If you have a rewards card make sure you use it.

I love truck stops for their coffee selections and cool trucker stuff and gadgets. This one is real cool!

I been to this truck stop and I like the service had a talk to the manager once and the guy was very helpful. ...but this is a truckers spot and we get lots of car drivers remember people this is a truckers place for all of you that hate truckers remember that next time you are here .....!

Clean not busy tweakers here n some one pisses on the toliet.

All I did was call them to ask if Indian Canyon Rd from Pilot to Palm Springs is open or closed? It is the road right in front of their store. Everyone in the store would know, and if you look you would know. It shuts down sometimes in storms. Rude person on phone hung up on me. It is difficult to manage a big rig thru the area and if the road is closed it would be ice to know. Bad customer service. Rude.

• Yes, as of today 10/8/21 ,I was told that unless I was a driver and buying a certain amount of fuel,it would cost me $15.00 for a shower Oct 8, 2021

Clean bathroom and kind staff. Lots of windshield fluid and other car needs. Good snack selection and drink choices. Also good ... hot food choices if you need it. Read more

The reserve parking is blind side and night staff doesn't keep up on who needs to leave. The night manager (black shirt) seems ... to work a day job and doesn't want to work overnights. He also prioritizes the customer line over dealing with any problems inthe store such as soda being out. Today, some person from wendys was asked to come and clear the shower line, which resulted insomeone being put in the shower before me even though I was next.Chris was told he deleted my code and shower, to which hereplied "I did not, thank you". He came off as a know-it-all, and then tried to tell morgan how to fix the situation, eventhough she had already gone through the steps, and he was no help at all. It was like he could do no wrong, his attitude thatis. Morgan did everything she could to fix the situation. This store needs someone like Morgan to manage it. If she is not amanager, you should make her one, as they didn't listen to her when she said NOT to touch the showers. On top of it all,someone was being chewed out about not having a food card? Quick place to get fuel. Price was a little higher than the fuel plaza away from the interstate. You pay for proximity.

Worst station I?ve been, the gas machine said it pumped 17 gallons in my Toyota Camry (the tank is only 15.8 gallons capacity) ... and my car wasn?t pumped at all. The people here refuse to refund me and had me to call the manager. The manager Courtney neverpick up the phone call and emails, trying to avoid me as possible. I can?t do anything from side since I?m only the traveler tothis town. The station is sucks and I would never recommend you unless you want to loose money. Read more

Best last Pilot to visit before heading into the Los Angeles area where every truck stop is pay parking. Clean store and ... parking lot. The lot is a bit on the small side but drivers are always moving through and never had any problems finding aspot. Showers are good but sometimes you have to walk inside to reserve because apps not working. Read more

Three people shot to death near Pilot Travel Center in North Palm Springs

Three people were found dead with gunshot wounds near the Pilot Travel Center off N. Indian Canyon Dr. Sunday afternoon.

Two male victims were suffered gunshot wounds and were found in a white compact car near the intersection of N. Indian Canyon Dr. and Garnet Avenue.

Officers also found another man under the overpass with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

At 4:35 p.m. the part of N. Indian Canyon Dr. to turn onto Garnet Avenue remained closed while an investigation was underway.

3 People Found Dead In N. Palm Springs, 1 Of Them Was Suicide: PD

N ORTH PALM SPRINGS, CA — An investigation was continuing Monday after three people were found dead over the weekend near the Pilot Travel Center in North Palm Springs.

At approximately 1:15 p.m. Sunday, Palm Springs police responded to a call about a gunshot victim in the area of North Indian Canyon Drive and Garnet Avenue.

When officers arrived, they found a white sedan at the intersection with two dead males inside.

A third male was found dead just south of Interstate 10, near the Indian Canyon Drive overpass. He had "self-inflicted injuries," according to Palm Springs police.

Police believe the two incidents are related and there are no outstanding suspects.

The agency stopped short of calling the case an apparent murder-suicide.

Information about the three deceased was unavailable.

Indian Canyon Drive south of Interstate 10 was closed to southbound traffic during the investigation. The eastbound Interstate 10 offramp to Indian Canyon Drive was also closed.
