My husband and I had a wonderful experience to Central Honshu with Dynasty travel in May. Itinerary is good (esp. the Alpine Route!) and not so rushing throughout the trip. She attend to our needs from simple things like buying fruits to buying Sake. 🍶😁 Also, Diana always make effort to look out on my elderly sister! Did a Mie/Aichi Japan private trip in early April. Thanks to Stephanie and her team, our needs and interests were met. We had a wonderful time in Seoul even if it was such a short visit. Benny, our tour guide during our private tour was very welcoming and made sure that we see the places that we wanted to see and enjoy ourselves as well. He made us feel comfortable and he treated us not just guests, but more like family, which made our very first visit to Seoul a memorable one. He also took really good pictures with all the wonderful sites all over Seoul that made this tour worthwhile. My special thanks to Dave who was so quick to return my calls even during odd hours (because of the time difference) and Benny who was so nice to us all throughout the tour. I’ve been very impressed with their excellent service. I highly recommend Onedaykorea!

We initially did not want to hire a private car for our Seoul trip but after much consideration and the fact that we were bringing our mothers, I came across One Day Korea while browsing the internet.

Prior to the planning of the itinerary, Yan Wong was very pleasant to talk to through watsapp. He/She was really prompt and patient in replying to every difficult question i had. Some places were recommended so i could have an good overview of what Seoul is all about.

We booked a 3 day private car tour and the process was really hassle free.

On the first day of the tour, our driver, Benny who was really enthusiastic and fluent in English came rather early to fetch us. He brought us around Seoul and was really helpful and patient with our mothers and aunts. Travelling with a senior citizen can be quite a hindrance opposed to travelling with friends. However, Benny was really considerate throughout the whole journey. He even drove us all the way top to the Bukchon Hanok Village so we do not have to climb up considering my aunt had some leg problems. He even extended his help in getting her in and out of the van. That was very much appreciated.

On the second day, we were off to Nami Island & the Lighting Festival.As it was a one and a half hour ride, Benny made it enjoyable by letting us listen to music of our choice.We had a pleasant conversation exchanging views on Korea & Singapore. Upon reaching the ferry terminal, he even helped us purchased the tickets. It was really hassle free. Although we spend quite a bit of time in Nami, Benny never once rushed us which made the whole trip very enjoyable.

On the third day, we were off on a half day DMZ tour. Benny took some time to explain what this DMZ is all about and was with us during the entire trip. He even helped us to take some group photos. During the tunnel walk, he was very encouraging and patient with us. The walk up was extremely taxing but he never once pushed us to go faster. Instead he lowered his pace to match ours which was very much appreciated by us.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable and unforgettable 3 day experience with our driver guide Benny from One Day Korea.

If we ever visit Korea again, we would be happy to re-engage One Day Korea and have Benny as our driver guide.

My 7 year old and I did a one-day tour of Seoul to hit some of the spots on our wish list – Gyeongbokgung Palace, Buckchon Hanok Village, lunch at the Moomin Cafe and shopping at Ssamji-gil in Insadong. Smith, our guide, did a great job of providing just the right amount of information and kept my son’s interest through the day. He was a great driver too, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I would definitely use them again the next time we visit Seoul!

One Day Korea’s dedication to make certain that my colleagues and I would get the tour we desired is admirable in so many ways.

First, travel agent Yan Wong’s patience is commendable. For over a period of 2 weeks I exchanged over a dozen emails with him to come up with custom tours for 12 professors. He was prompt, on-point, practical, and very detailed in his responses. Thus, a wonderful itinerary that suited everybody was made.

Second, the ahjussi who fetched us from the airport was polite and charming. Despite the fact that our flight was 2 hours delayed, he was still all smiles from Incheon to Itaewon.

Third, our guide, Benny Kim, was amazing (This, by the way, is an understatement). He was smart, fun, and endearing. Sure, he took good pictures and brought us to restos with gastronomic dishes. But those are not what made that Gapyeong Tour memorable. It was on how he dealt 12 eccentric individuals and handled the banters and “tourists demands” that made it UNFORGETTABLE. Thoughts of him that day never fails to make everybody laugh even until today. (Kudos, Benny!)

I had a very limited time for traveling in Korea so i had only a day to look around the city. At the very last minute, only 2 days before my available tour day, i looked online for the best one day tour agent in Seoul. I found this agent, One Day Korea, made a booking very easily they even let me pay everything on the day because i couldnt use my credit card for the down payment.

On the day, our super nice guide Terry came ontime with a comfortable car and took us around for the private sightseeing. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. He even gave me a bonus time and took us to an unplanned place for me to do a quick souvenir shopping!

I even arranged to have airport pick up & drop off for me the next day because taxi is very expensive and with the same price i can get a private comfortable pick up without bothering to stand on the street with suitcases to stop a taxi driver who speak very little english.

Overall im very happy with the service, comfortable car, and a very helpful guide. My next visit to Seoul, i will definitely book another tour with One Day Korea 🙂

Had an enjoyable 2 days private tour with Bryan of One Day Korea. In the short 2 days, we manage to visit Nami Island, Petite France and tried the Gangchon Rail Bike on the 1st day and had Hanbok wearing and Kimchi making experience, drove up to the hill of the N Seoul Tower had the Hangang River Cruise and saw the Banpo Rainbow Bridge Fountain plus had Fried Chicken & Beer delivered to the area along the Han River on the 2nd.

Though there were quite a few things to do in the 2 days, the trip was easy going and we manage to understand a bit more of Korea with Bryan’s explaination. I would highly recommend One Day Korea and with Bryan if possible.

Mr. Wong (travel agent) provided an impeccable costumer service. Smooth easy transactions throughout despite my endless request and changes in our itineraries.

We had a wonderful time and experience touring Seoul with Jonathan. He showed us so many places and had interesting things to say about everywhere we went. He was a great tour guide. He also recommended a great restaurant for lunch in Jongno-gu. We had a royal feast that was delicious. He was very prompt in picking us up at our hotel and waited for us at the end of the day when we went to a performance at a theater in Myeongdong to take us back to our hotel. It was a long day for him, but he was more than willing to wait for us which we really appreciated. Jonathan kept us moving (but at a comfortable pace) so that we could visit the places we really wanted to see. He took some great pictures of us at the different sites we saw which we really appreciated and will be a part of our scrapbook of our trip to Seoul. These guys are amazing. Mark my words. I was in Korea last week for only about 6-7 days, training and touring- Dave, Jieun and Tia were all my tour guides and all of them were knowledgeable, on time, highly attentive and well prepared. I forgot the name of the guy who drove almost every time but he was insanely good at weaving through Seoul traffic and at finding us when we needed to get back to our training facilities. We went to the Namsan tower, Myungdong, Hongdae and Everland- which sounds touristy (and probably is) but did not feel touristy, with the way we were guided. Even though the time we had was short, the guides helped us make the best of it. I highly recommend them for any touring you choose to undertake in South Korea. Thank you guys!

OneDayKorea made our Korea Trip very enjoyable. They are very flexible with the planned itinerary if we want to make some changes to the places we want to go to. They also bring us to authentic Korean food which is great with very affordable prices. They make sure that they deliver great services (Thanks to Terry for making sure that everyday is a great tour) and they take good pictures too! They know the perfect spots for nice pics! We greatly appreciate their recommendations and for telling us what is worth it or not.

I highly recommend availing their services because they will make sure that the tour is hassle free and you can go to more places because you have a private car rather than doing a DIY. The price difference between availing their services and doing a DIY is not that much (especially if you are in a big group) considering that this private tour will make your trip more comfortable and you don’t have to look for places and get lost. They make sure that your itinerary is doable and they communicate very well if the places you want to go to is not possible within the day. It was an eye opener, seeing a different side of Korea even on my 5th trip there. I booked the 4 days private tour to: Chun Cheon (Nami Island, Petite France, Jade Garden), Poseong (Art Valley, Herb Island, Korea National Forest) Boseong (Green tea planatation), Suncheon (Suncheon Garden), Damyang (Bamboo forest) and Jeonju (Hanok Village & Mural wall village).

I’m truly awed by the beauty of the nature Korea has and the beautiful gardens & forests. One Day Korea has carefully planned my itinerary to ensure we all had the best time there.

Our tour guide Duke was very friendly, attentive towards our needs and very helpful. Great job! He made us all felt welcomed and my family truly enjoyed the trip. Thanks to Yann for answering all my queries so quickly and Terry for taking our nice Hanbok shots.

Korea Tour Planner is a travel agency that provides private tours of South Korea. It was founded by Yujin Yu and me, Jay Jung. I am also the main guide for our agency. Nice to meet you!

Our aim is to provide our guests with the most flexible, customized private tours of South Korea, a country of dynamic history. We understand that each traveler has different wants and needs. You’re the factor that makes each of our trips special. Our job is to be a facilitator between you and the place! Feel free to tell us what you require: special needs, a particular place of interest, your favorite dish, something off the beaten path, etc. If you’re interested in going to places that most other travel agencies don’t go, you’ve come to the right place.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, we are quite capable of accompanying you to your destination safely. In addition, we are experts in local culture and history. We are a registered tourism business certified under the Tourism Promotion Law.

Unlike big package deals offered by large agencies for a suspiciously low price, we will not take you shopping at commissioned gift shops or lock you into a fixed itinerary – a big waste of your time, in our opinion. Your visit wil remain personal and memorable.

It’s up to you! But we are always available to give suggestions and options, or course. Planning a smooth route from one place to the next takes skill, and that’s what we have. Leave those details to us. We offer sedans, vans, or even tours specialized for experiencing the public transportation system – we call it the BMW (bus-metro-walking) tour. 😉

I’d like to introduce you to our map of South Korea. We’ve marked some of our favorite places to visit with our guests.

How to use the map :

• Hover your mouse over any of the black shapes on the map. You’ll see the name of the place.
• When you click on a marker, a pop-up window will show you photos with caption from that location.
• If a place has more than one image, you’ll see arrows to the left and right which you can click on to browse through the pictures.
• Click on the gray flag on top – next to the name – this ‘marks’ the place as interesting. You can ‘unmark’ by clicking the flag again.
• Once you’re done, close the gallery frame by clicking the X on the top-right corner (or anywhere else outside the box).
• Keep searching the map for what looks interesting! 
• When you’re done looking through all the sites, you’ll see that the places you marked will have turned red on the map.
• Once you’re ready to reach us, click open the ‘Questions?’ section below.
• The places you’ve marked are already filled out on the inquiry form! Cool, no need to type out those weird names.
•  Fill out the rest of the form and send it to us! We’ll get back to you with a suggested itinerary.
