As seen on the Travel Channel, History Channel, and Discover Channel, the Ghostly Experience Tour explores famous haunted sites and shares theories behind different types of paranormal activity. Follow your guide under the eerie glimmer of lantern light to explore back alleys and ghostly haunts. $25 for adults, children under 6 free.
After Dark Investigations
Come out while St. Augustine sleeps and see what spirits lurk in the darkness. This is the BEST time of night for great evidence as the streets are empty and the spirits are awake! This Devil’s Hour investigation takes place from 10:50 p.m.-1 a.m. Tickets are $60 Sunday-Thursday and $65 on Friday & Saturday. Reservations can be made here.
A Ghostly Encounter
Join A Ghostly Encounter for this unique paranormal experience. Professional guides lead an investigation into what been long regarded as a supernatural hotspot , the Oldest Wooden School House, the Huguenot Cemetery and the area of the Old City Gates. Guests employ handheld monitoring equipment such as EMF’s (Electromagnetic Fields), use dousing rods, participate in EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) recording sessions and experimentation that place you in the center of an investigation environment. Tours are $45, run every Wednesday - Saturday and last 2.5 hours. Tours depart from 12 St. George Street.
Old Jail After Dark
Discover the grim history of the Old Jail . Hear countless hair-raising stories of supernatural occurrences that have been reported here, including cold spots, strange odors, unexplained banging noises, wailing and laughter, barking dogs, orbs of light and, yes, even an apparition or two. This spine-tingling experience runs nightly from midnight-2:30 a.m. Tickets are $101.16 and may not be suitable for children under 13.

This nightly trolley tour was voted one of the five best ghost tours in the South by Southern Living Magazine. The tour includes a visit to the Old Jail, the Old Drug Store and the Huguenot Cemetery, where you may catch a glimpse of Elizabeth, a child victim of yellow fever, waving to passersby. Tours leave nightly from the Old Town Trolley Welcome Center, 27 San Marco Avenue. Tours are $32.59 (if purchased through their website ) and may not be suitable for children under 13. Reservations are recommended as tours fill quickly!
St. Augustine Lighthouse Dark of the Moon Ghost Tours
Find out why the Syfy Network’s Ghost Hunters program called the Lighthouse the “Mona Lisa of paranormal sites.” Tour the top of the tower of the St. Augustine Lighthouse and explore the eerie Keeper’s House. YES! The tour runs on dark and stormy nights. The only time tours will be cancelled due to weather is if conditions prove to be too dangerous to proceed. In this event all reserved parties will be notified.

Reasonable accommodations for all of our disabled guests will be made. Please call us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
Unfortunately, because a significant portion of our tour takes place in historic sites that do not have any accommodations for people with disabilities (as historic sites, they are exempt from such requirements), and include stairs, cobblestones, and other types of rough terrain, the tour is not recommended for guests who are unable to safely navigate such elements.

This tour is rated PG-13 and is not intended for young children. It is not a haunted house; but it is a historical tour turned completely on its head. We use haunted house style moments, historical facts, and creative storytelling to thrill, entertain, and scare our guests.

Comfortable shoes are recommended so that you don’t become dead on your feet during the walking portions.
