12/26/19 **The workers I encountered here were ALL professional** I really was pleasantly surprised at the highest level of service. I really enjoyed the lady at the candy counter, the cashiers (all three) were friendly and kind. I love how they will also assist customers in the dressing room if needed! They will get you different sizes and even help with a zipper! This is something to be said for service! You can't get that interpersonal touch from no human contact online. I would love to commend ALL the Boscovs staff at Coventry! WOW JUST WOW! In all the decrepit, decaying stores in Coventry Mall lies Boscovs. I've typically just rushed through to go to Coventry Corners (soon sadly closing) Bath and Body, etc. I always figured their clothing and wares would be overpriced. Im not a "designer" label person I just like to look nice! As in , I can get better from Gabe's. Gabe's quality can be hit and miss. I digress! Wrong wrong! I saw a brand that HSN carries that is really hip, "One world", another brand that I was drawn to was "Ruby Rd" that has a cool ethnic cultural feel that I'm really really into lately. I scored some velvety soft leggings in Juniors that look like watercolors, or maybe the background of Munch's The Scream. I found some others at 3.99, an irresistible Halloween pair for 1.99, and a great pair for St Patrick's with lucky shamrocks aplenty! I did get a super cool cardigan too in ladies department in colors I typically don't wear with oranges, blacks, browns and olives. The price was right! I was elated to see Enstrom's toffee at their very old fashioned candy counter. Something from yesteryear past. Enstrom's are sold on qvc at a much higher price. If you love real butter toffee you MUST taste Enstrom's. 2.99 for a box is unheard of! I think I'm tired of online shopping. I want to touch and try on. Shipping clothes back can be costly. It's a let down too. I think today I'll try Plymouth Meeting Boscovs!

Like everyone else's reviews, their staff are wonderful people. So helpful and always on point. The downfall is their store is outdated and their items are overpriced. I can understand that it is beyond their control, but I would not shop here unless I have to. I had a gift card and instead of making the trip to the store I ordered items online. There was a fee for shipping, no matter how much you spent, and they sent me the wrong items. I was forced to go back to the store to make the return or pay for shipping, even though it was their error. I was ttold the item they had online was never in stock and should not have been advertised. It really put me off from the store and have 0 plans on shopping there again.

An excellent department store with great bargains and sales. There is a department for everyone. The staff is helpful & knowledgeable. They are mainly in the PA area.

Good collection. Friendly, helpful service. Stores like Boscov's are still needed. Hope it survives.

I'm giving the store 3 stars - the store itself and associates are very nice. Our problem is with the travel center. We have been loyal Boscov's travel center clients for well over a decade and have booked many trips - many Disney trips (at least 4 or 5), Bermuda, Jamaica and we always finance through the Boscov's card. Our last trip booked was to Jamaica (May travel dates) which was cancelled in March due to Covid. We have STILL not received a refund even though we have made several attempts at contacting both Boscov's and Apple vacations. Both of the couples we were traveling with booked through online sites (separate ones) and both have received full refunds from those companies weeks and weeks ago. It is a shame that Boscov's and Apple vacations have destroyed their decades long relationship with us for all future trips due to their lack of returning our money in a timely manner. It took a few seconds to take our money, there is no question that since the trip was canceled not by us, the refund should take 10 minutes at most. We have now been forced to get our money back through other means.
