Twenty years of marriage is definitely worth celebrating. Spending six nights in Negril, Jamaica was just a fantastic way to do that. The weather was perfect, the resort top class and Katies idea of have a personal Butler was a completely over the top - but brilliant luxury. Not only did we have an awesome time with fantastic food, drink, activities and entertainment but we spent some great time together connecting as a couple. I will always use Mode travel for vacations as Katie made it so easy, was always very responsive to my questions and knew exactly what I was looking for. What would have taken me days of reearch and indecision - become very easy.

As we were planning our destination wedding, Katie was recommended to us by multiple family members and friends. We loved her right away! She was so easy to talk to and made planning a wedding in another country so easy! She is a genuine and kind person who has a passion for travel! We can't say enough great things about her.

Katie was very attentive to our needs. She found us a resort that offered everything we could have ever wanted or needed. When we had questions or concerns, Katie would respond to us in a very timely fashion...literally, within minutes most of the time!

Before we left for our trip, Katie met up with us at a local restaurant and walked us through everything. We had never been to Mexico and were traveling with a two year old, so we were pretty nervous! She informed us of how to get through immigration and customs at the airport, what to watch out for when we arrived, and who we needed to contact after getting through the airport. As we were getting ready to leave our meeting, Katie presented us with a beautiful rustic picture frame with our names on it. She has such an amazing heart and is such a generous person.

The whole trip was amazing. We had some questions and messaged Katie, and she responded right away. We felt like she was right by our sides the whole time.

We are so thankful to have gotten a chance to work with Katie at Mode Travel for our special day/week. It wouldn't have been the same without her!

How accurate Katie was on the rooms, staff, things to do, restaurants, etc. EVERYTHING!! I asked a ton of questions and her answers were exactly correct and spot on.

We chartered a small yacht for the day to snorkel and jump off the cliff at Ricks Cafe. It was amazing. Free catamaran at sunset was gorgeous. Katie is accurate, professional, timely and knowledgeable. I will certainly use her and Mode again.

Working with Casey was like having a ‘Travel Mom’ -- I didn’t need to worry about too much and she took care of all the research and the details. As a mom who deals with details all the time, it was wonderful to take a break when it came to trip planning.

Our highlight was spending a great time together as a family at Disney! We loved the whole week! Traveling from Fargo to Orlando was easy, flights and check in went great. One of our favorites along with Disney was Clearwater Beach- beautiful!! Everything was great! We appreciate all the recommendations and the reassurance we needed doing something new, renting a car, and getting around Orlando on our own! I trust Katie! Our highlight was snorkeling with the turtles in Mexico. We loved that she got back to us immediately every time we had any questions. No waiting 2 days to hear from her.
