I mean, it's a gas station and convenience store that you can get to when you're in the area. The folks were nice.. the prices were comparable to that of a typical convenience store.

This is a frequent stop for us on our trips to and from SC and Florida. We don't ever have any issues with being able to get gas/food quickly and get out. There's a subway on site and also a hot food counter where today, my daughter requested to get fried chicken with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. My gut was like ew don't get that at a gas station...Well my mind was changed today. First of all the woman behind the counter was so sweet and almost reminded me of a mom or a grandmother in a apron cooking a home cooked meal. They had like a stove top of sorts with various large pans with lids on them and in them were veggies, mac and cheese, chicken, meatloaf. All southern comfort food essentially. And it looked fresh and hot. Not dried up from sitting all day. So I let her get it and let me tell you, that container was HEAVY. She chose 6 chicken wings, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese and the whole family was able to share it. It was REALLY good. I was stunned. I would have NEVER expected to get something like that from a gas station. As for the bathrooms they were actually being cleaned while we were there so I appreciated a clean place to freshen up before jumping back in the car. All in all a good place to stop to get a good bite and a clean bathroom while getting gas.

On our way down to FL, we stopped by Pilot Travel Center for gas, bathroom break, and snacks. The gas was reasonably priced. We didn't have an issue with filling gas. However, the bathroom were filthy and not maintained. In the time of COVID-19, we opted out of getting donuts from Dunkin' Donut Express because it was self-served. Since most customers did not wear masks nor observe social distancing, we didn't stay too long. We paid for our beverages and left.

Crikey! Time for the ol' trusty default three star Yelp gas station check list: Good price? It was $1.79 per at the time of pumpage which is light years better than I get beat down for in the gas tax kingdom of PA so, Hell Yeah! on this one. Did I trip over any random tire shards, radiator parts or left behind wing nuts? No runs, no hits and no errors. Easy on/off to the highway/road of my choosing? Couldn't be any easier in terms of on/off 95. I usually prefer the Love's across the street but every pump there was taken so this place more than fit the bill. Related but unrelated, the men's room here was a total slopfest. Piss and TP on the floor. Grody to the max. Human intervention needed? Thankfully, no. Three star gas station bliss achieved!!!

I used to like stopping here but this morning it was horrible. They need better folks in there, the customer service sucks!! The place had a nice variety but I cannot deal with poor customer service! I will go to Loves across the street from now on.

This was a cool rest stop. They also have showers there too. There is an express dunkin donuts where you put together your drink order and grab donuts yourself. They have games here too infront of the bathroom area

Yeah, this is a PILOT travel stop. It is being remodeled, and is not the worse PILOT I have ever been in. Bathroom was not gross, but not clean. lol. I did not eat anything made, I just got a coffee and a pkg of pop tarts. I would stop there again.

I only checked in here to describe how gross this place is for other Yelpers. I was travelling from NC to PA and we always stop at the exit Skippers off of Rt 95 because gas is cheap. We typically stop at the Loves across the street but we decided to stop in this Pilot because they had Dunkin Donuts coffee--(the Loves had McDonalds and their own coffee). When I walked into the Pilot and went into the restroom at 9pm...kind of a slow time for drivers and the bathrooms looked gross and the stall that I was in had no toilet paper. Ugghhh I can't describe my frustration. After leaving the restroom, I went to get coffee and the station was moderately clean. I pushed the button to have hazelnut flavoring added to my cup and nothing came out. Went to the other side and tried and still, nothing. The door of the flavoring machine swung open and it didn't even look like this door stayed shut. I walked away with my plain coffee and saw trash that was littered all over the floor. I contemplated grabbing a donut but seeing how they maintain their store, I figured if I wanted something sweet, I should aim for something that was prepackaged. Never again. Never again. Never again.

Stopped here for fuel. I believe I stopped at the Love's across the road the other day. Things were good, and the rest rooms were clean. People seemed friendly, and the pump worked properly, plus it wasn't difficult to find the diesel fuel.

This is for the subway store within this complex!! The subway store here is quite big!I stopped here to pick subs, what I noticed is staff is so very disorganized(wouldn't hear me right half the time I tell my order needs), kept dropping things here and there like bowls,etc creating such noise, made my sub but was so poorly done (everything fell apart even before I started eating,just messy)!They just keep talking alot among themselves with less concentration on customers

The Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center is adding a new boat tour experience starting on April 20, called Owls Creek Marsh Cruise.
