Choosing a break/holiday is much better with a brochure, we don’t all use the internet.
Helpful. Understanding our requirements and getting us a holiday to look forward to. Lack of brochures was disappointing but photocopies of pages for future breaks were provided. Seniors / disabled need brochures though.

All staff were very helpful as it was difficult to ensure all my needs were met as I am disabled,recovering from a stroke and use a mobility scooter. One of your staff even rang the hotel in question thus ensuring the room and access was good. They were careful showing a lot of empathy to my wife and I thank you Eric Read

Looking forward to great family holidays
When we visit the Yate office, it is like visiting friends. As we have been going there for years all the staff know us and what we like on our holidays. They are helpful and make sure all our family is catered for within our budget. What a pleasure it was to deal with Jo. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she has the patience of a saint! Our holiday spec included a lot of travelling 5 flights, 5 hotels and a boat journey. We are looked after very well, they listen to what we would like, and noticed our needs, (they notice our disabilities). They also check travel assistance. Really pleased with the whole experience. We needed lots of help as inexperienced travellers and given that we were also very short of time to find and book our holiday I cannot fault the service. Especially the call back to complete the 'paperwork' as I ran out of time in the shop and had to get home.

High standard holiday booking procedure from experienced staff at Hays Travel Yate
Used Hays before, so we were confident to book another holiday with them and particularly with same assistant Catalina, who is very experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. We had popped in to the store late Autumn with a provisional plan, so Catalina was able to quickly provide information we needed to proceed with booking this holiday. It involves 1 week’s B&B accommodation in the Tivoli Hotel, Lagos, Portugal (where we had stayed many years ago). This would be followed by 4 nights staying with family who live in Portugal (they are providing transport for return journey to Faro airport). Catalina quickly sorted out our request within an hour, so we were very pleased with the booking procedure in a friendly environment - thank you.

When we arrived at the store the staff were extremely helpful the assistant was extremely helpful we told her what we would like and she helped us through every step. She wasn't pushy, as we are regular cruisers we had a good idea what we wanted and she helped us through every step.

Booking for my daughter
I wanted to make a booking on behalf of my Daughter Suzanna and her Husband, so that they could join my Partner and myself on a somewhat complicated holiday booking made for September 2024. As on my previous visits to Hays at Yate, Sharon and Catalina provided an excellent service. They managed to replicate the booking but with a couple of extra requirements and I am delighted that all four of us will now be able to enjoy the Rocky Mountaineer and an Alaskan Cruise with Princess. First class service once again, the ladies pulling out all the stops to ensure the new booking matched my own.

When we visit the Yate office, it is like visiting friends. As we have been going there for years all the staff know us and what we like on our holidays. They are helpful and make sure all our family is catered for within our budget. Kat is especially patient as my husband does like to joke with her, she is always a brilliant ambassador for your company. Looking forward to many holidays to come.

Brilliant Service
Popped into Hays Travel to get some advice on booking a cruise. Rebecca was so informative and knowledgeable and went through everything with us. We have never cruised before but by time we came out we were completely clued up on everything to do with cruising. We have now booked our cruise, can’t wait!

What a pleasure it was to deal with Jo. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she has the patience of a saint! Our holiday spec included a lot of travelling 5 flights, 5 hotels and a boat journey. Choosing a break/holiday is much better with a brochure, we don’t all use the internet.
Helpful. Understanding our requirements and getting us a holiday to look forward to. Lack of brochures was disappointing but photocopies of pages for future breaks were provided. Seniors / disabled need brochures though.

All staff were very helpful as it was difficult to ensure all my needs were met as I am disabled,recovering from a stroke and use a mobility scooter. One of your staff even rang the hotel in question thus ensuring the room and access was good. They were careful showing a lot of empathy to my wife and I thank you Eric Read
