This was an awesome adventure I did with my 9yr old granddaughter. the amazing 40min ride with our character tour leader Shano, gave us all confidence with his friendly but thorough induction and then a thrilling ride to follow. Amazing snorkelling at sunset and special experience of riding back in the twilight.

This is the fourth time we have done this tour and will most certainly do it again and again. It's a must do for anyone who enjoys a relaxed, informative and friendly snorkelling adventure. Whether a family or single all can get something from this tour. Col has been our skipper and guide on all of our tours over the years and his welcoming and chilled demeanour along with his local knowledge make the tour ones of the very best Coral Bay has to offer.

We were thrilled to see how affordable the tours were when we visited the shop. The young lady couldn't have been more helpful & we booked in for the 4-hour Reef Explorer tour. From start to finish we were smiling. Skipper Col & his crew were lovely and so knowledgable when we bombarded them with questions about the reef. We were very lucky to have only 7 people onboard but I imagine it would have been just as relaxing with 20. The reef is incredibly beautiful; you have to see it to believe it. The service & snorkelling advice provided was brilliant. We would do this tour and any other with this company in a heartbeat. Thumbs up!

We couldn't have hoped for a better tour on 7 January 2015. There were quite a few tour providers to book through but the shop staff were great in helping us make our decision. We knew that there was a chance we may not see manta rays as they are wild animals after all! But after two great snorkels where we saw turtles, Sharks, lots of fish and coral and had the opportunity to swim for ages with an eagle ray, the skipper spotted a couple of manta rays. Magic 😊. Whilst on board we were fortunate to see a tiger shark, meet some great people, the crew were great and knowledgable which added to the experience, heaps of food and fun. Thank you for the experience Coastal Adventure Tours and for nature for putting on a great display.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PRE-BOOK WITH " COASTAL ADVENTURE TOURS"!!!! My husband and I thought we would have a romantic end of year holiday together to Coral Bay, also treating ourselves to a romantic Sunset Cruise and booked with Coastal Adventure Tours prior to arriving. However, unfortunately we were struck with bad luck and had serious car problems leaving us stranded in the heat for 3 hours, 4.5 months pregnant and no phone reception to call and advise our circumstances, this incident unintentionally caused us to miss our cruise. On arrival to coral bay we arrived at the cruise office only to be rudely classed as " NO SHOWS"... Reluctantly offering us to re-schedule to another night to take the cruise, we were told if it be cancelled due to weather we WILL NOT be given a refund. Well so be it, Friday arrived and we were told by their abrupt staff on arrival the cruise is not going ahead due to weather and has been cancelled and NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED. The weather was sunny and windy all week, doesn't a Catamaran need wind to sail??? One would've thought so. No where in our email booking confirmation is there notification that no refund would be provided, as a matter of fact there is no Terms and Conditions stating this on your website either... = COMPLETE ROBBERY! This was no way an intention of ours to miss the cruise, if we had phone reception we 100% would have called in this unfortunate incident. I guarantee this cruise did not go ahead all week due to weather, including the evening we were originally meant to travel. What a horrible experience to Coral Bay. This company will rob you for your money!!!!!!!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

To address some of your points, the Coral Breeze had been operating all week including the day of your booked tour. On the day of your booked tour we delayed the bus and other customers departing for the Sunset Cruise to wait for your arrival. After your phone call to the office one/ two days after your tour, we advised that as your tour had already departed we could not offer a refund. We did, however offer for you to go on another day free of charge, informing you to check with the office at 2pm on the rescheduled date to confirm that weather conditions & minimum number requirements had been met. At this time, we advised that as this was a free of charge rescheduling of your tour after your scheduled tour had departed, no refund would be offered if we cancelled due to bad weather or minimum numbers. Due to 25/30 knot winds predicted no other bookings were received and the tour was cancelled. Please note our refund policy "......" We thank you again for the valuable feedback and now our Refund policy is clearly shown in all email confirmations as well as the Terms and Conditions on our website. Refund Policy Our policy 2014/15 For a period of 3 to 7 days prior to the tour date will incur a charge of 10% the cost of the tour charge. Cancellation 2 days or less prior to the tour date will incur a charge of 100% of the tour charge. If changes in arrangements for other tours etc result in customer cancelling a tour, then any changes to bookings or cancellations will incur cancellation charges. Moreover, if a customer is unable to join an optional tour due to delays/transfers in travel arrangements, other tours or flights, this company takes no responsibility. If your are cancelled by us due to weather or lack of numbers then a full refund can be given For any refunds or customer complaints please forward to management
