One day Tirupati tour

A very well organised tour for One day to Tirupathi. Excellent management. . Breakfast, lunch, dinner, 300 darshan ticket, laddu collection and handover, small cottage for entire bus though to dress up, ac bus and above all Comfort offered Very pleased

I booked this tour for me and my two teenage children (15 and 17). We had a wonderful time, being the only Europeans we felt 100% safe at any moment. The people in the groupe came from all over india. The atmosphere in the groupe was very good and we all were sad to say goodbye at the end. The organisation was well planned. The spots visited were divers and very interesting. Aari the guide was motivated, had a lot of humour and managed to keep everybody comfortable. He was a treasure of knowledge, willing to share with his travelers.The driver was very concentrated . The bus was clean and comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the communication about the content of the tour. In the description you only see names of towns. Also I didn't know that the entrance fees were not included in the tour package. After all, I recommend to everybody that would like to see India from the inside to certainly book this safe adventure.

I have to admit that as per planning and process it stands for 5 rating. But there is a lot to improve on people side. Especially the guides, they have very apathetic towards pilgrims and have a attitude of high-handedness. They sees tourist as cattle. They will try to speak over you, gag you. My mom was having difficulty walking. Instead of offering any help, he kept pestering us all along- suppose you don't return time, bus will leave. He got the other guides repeating the same stuff....you should have come through booking and all... (guess what we were the first from our bus to return to cottage and guide himself came after an hour.) Other one was mockingly asked my mom if she has a bomb in the belt to support her waist...such offending remarks! My guide even asked me some money for local expenses almost in the manner as if 1850 per person does not cover it. Though he added 'whatever you like to give' afterwards. We were not taken to padmavathi temple as promised. The guide even tried his best to skip a meal/evening tea and directly took us to chennai. But because of few assertive ladies(whom the guide was blaming for delay in the trip), he had to provide us the dinner at the same place where we had breakfast, again very nice. Lunch token was given for a near-by restaurant which serves very avg food. So overall, it was five star on process management but 2 star on staff and people management to TTDC.

The most terrifying part of trip was taking to most unhygenic place for lunch where we are charged heavily Food is pathetic also too many houseflies there are so many houseflies than rice probably though this is Tamilnadu tourism guest house and CM of tamilnadu visited previous 2 days no actions taken Nothing was eatable and kids were all crying because of Houseflies im not sure why trip cost could rather have been increased rather than taking money individually we dont know whether guide purchased the tickets or not but money was collected from each and everyone in one instance we see that entry for dakshina chitra was taken as 130 but it was 100 where one passenger noticed and because he raised money was returned and The Trip takes us to not much great attractions in the morning times like the iskcon temple and marundeswara temple and dakshina chitra where as main attraction mamallapuram is taken at end of day we are given only say 1 hour for entire mallapuram and guide doesnt explain anything properly and hurries up saying it is horribe traffic so we have to start by 5 PM itself I believe this has to be explained well and more time given as this is the point of major attractions earlier u people were showing VGP and MGM . The trip indicates 700 But later the guide states that this is only for travel and all other entry charges per person has to be paid .

Tamilnadu tourism development Corporation (TTDC) started AC couch at 5.00am in morning with tea & coffee at boarding point and breakfast at 7.50 in tiruttani, 9.50am at tirumala vip darshan rs.300/- include the package cost 1.00pm darshan completed after darshan our guide bring our laddu prasadam our guide is very good person after they are arranged veg.lunch in a restaurant buffet 3.00pm started from tirumala to alarmelumangai temple at 5.00pm after complete darshan returm back to home reached 10.00pm chennai good trip all the arrangements was good by our guide thanks for TTDC. cost of trip per person 1500/- online booking available

Complaint about a tour driver in tamil nadu We booked this driver in december 2018. We communicated. He provided us with itinerary. Panchaboodha sthalam Tour Itinerary given below: 25/3/19 - Arrival at Trichy then drive to Thiruvanaika (WATER) to Tanjore (Visit Brahadeeshwarar Temple) then drive to Kumbakonam Stay 26/3/19 - After Breakfast drive to Chidambaram (SKY) to Thiruvannamalai (FIRE) Stay 27/3/19 - Thiruvannamalai dharisanam at Morning then after breakfast drive to Kalasthri (AIR) Stay 28/3/19 - Kalasthri Dharisanam at Morning, after breakfast drive to Kanchipuram (LAND) and drive to Chennai (will reach by 3pm) 29/3/19 - Morning local visit then Airport drop at night. If we have enough time then we will visit temples which is located on the way. Above was the itinerary given by him. Then in january, he called us up requested to change the itinerary. He asked if we can come to chennai on 27/3/19. I said cannot because i dont want to visit temples rushingly. He said ok. During our trip, on the 3rd day, he asked for help. He said he needs 2 days leave to send his daughter to bangaloor. And he said he would bring us to kalahasti and kanchipuram and straight to chennai.and put up in chennai. And he said we can manage ourselves in chennai since pandi bazaar is very near to the hotel. We were speechless. Suddenly his suggestion in january striked my mind. I knew he was trying to fool us despite taking the full amount which is RM2800 from us. Without having any ethics, he asked us to be on our own in a city although we have paid him money till chennai drop. What type of tour driver he can be. He must have committed with another customer at the same time. I demanded him to get another driver. He said we should put up in kanchi instead of kalahasti. I knew his trick. If he was arranging another driver, then he must pay more if that driver goes to kalahasti. So to cut cost, he booked a hotel in kanchi. After checking in only we came to know that it was a suite and not a normal room. He booked suite without consulting with us just for his convenience and to cut his cost. How unethical this tour driver could be. So for 2 days from kanchi till chennai another driver drove us around. On the last day he called us for extra 3000 rupees because of the cost increment; 2000 for jalagandeshwar temple which he did not mention during our phone conversation or in watsapp and 1000 rupees for suite in kanchi. I hope TTDC take appropriate action towards this tour driver before he causes more harm to other foreign tourists and tarnish tourism in Tamil Nadu.
