We enjoyed our meal at this restaurant starting with the oysters and then having two fish dishes. The service was very friendly and the meal was decent for the price which was not that expensive. Nice ambiance as well and it seemed like the other... French diners were enjoying their meals. More

This place stands apart from the slightly mainstream fare of the bars around the port of Dieppe. It has a good vibe and has been well planned and designed, making it instantly different and recognisable. The restaurant is competent, and Le Patio on the roof... provides a great view of the port. More

Hotel is very disorganised and anyone with mobility issues, would have a problem. Food was pretty inedible and it was only cesar salad and moules. Lift to restaurant was out of order so had to negotiate stairs. Hotel was worse and parking a nightmare ...... find somewhere else to stay and eat !! More

My husband and brother in law both had steak asked for medium rare but unfortunately did not speak up when it came well done. They tried to eat it but it was tough. When we complained restaurant were not interested as they had eaten some... of it. Lesson learnt! The salmon and chicken skewer was ok but nothing special More

Had moules as part of family meal. They were inedible and the smallest I have ever seen. When brought to mangers attention he took away and apologised. Bizarrely they were on the bill and when asked was told that they were a certain “variety”. Ambivalent... service and average food. I’d avoid. More

Great architecture Ok taste but no extra to go with the main course, a bit simple. One wrong order due to english, when found out and informed straff an icecream was the compensation.

This is a lovely hotel in Dieppe close to all the restaurants and bars. The staff were very helpful especially Gwen and Rebecca. Every where was spotless , they also have a spa and pool but we didn’t use them

We visited the restaurant as a family of 8 as the impressive frontage suggested a great restaurant. The staff were very friendly and as we wanted to book for the evening we were told they don’t take bookings. However, when we said there was 8... she happily booked us in for the evening. When we arrived it was very warm inside and we were tucked away in a corner that was really dark! We had to use our phone torches to read the menu! Service was quick to begin with but we had to give our order twice as something happened with the technology! We asked for children’s food to be brought with the starters but it didn’t arrive. We assumed it would arrive with mains. They didn’t so we asked and they went away. Eventually we had to attract the attention of the waiter who apologised and then went away. We had finished our main course by the time the children’s food arrived. We were asked to keep our cutlery between starters and main (no new napkins or fresh cutlery/steak knives). No hand wipes with the mussels or shellfish. Toilets are awful. Tiny, cramped and staff were also using to wash hands and one waiter even washed his t-shirt in the sink (having spilt something on the front). Customer was drying children’s clothes (underwear) in the hand dryer which made the tiny bathroom unbelievably hot. Floor of the toilet was also soaking wet. No personal service and you have to queue up to pay the bill. Food was really nice (although we didn’t get exactly what we ordered). Not sure we would visit again as there are many other restaurants in Dieppe that offer the same cuisine. Don’t be fooled by the look of the building! It didn’t live up to our expectations! More

Good quality, good service with nice and efficient staff. Very good fish and seafood. Good portions. Better during the week because crowded during the weekend.

The fish dish (fish of the day) was covered with a greasy tasteless sauce. The chips were extremely greasy. We finished our meal after a few bites. This was no less than a waste of money for us

Access – Difficult. The address provided by the hotel when confirming a reservation is that of the restaurant on Quai Henri IV. Access to the hotel is via Place du Petit Enfer, which lives up to its name. Access to the hotel is via narrow,... cobbled streets and into a small cobbled courtyard on a fair slope., where there is room to unload luggage after which you must move your car. Access does not seem suitable for wheelchair users. Car park – Parking is available on the streets in the busy harbour area, but no guarantee of spaces. Paid secured underground parking is available at extra cost but is difficult to access and you must install Waze on your mobile since other GPS can’t find it. Reception – Functional, but not very welcoming, no offer to assist with luggage. Breakfast – The breakfast room is accessed by going outside, crossing the terrace, and climbing up fairly steep exterior stairs. It is possible to access it by lift from the inside, but the receptionist said it was too complicated to explain. Room – Superior Room with terrace overlooking harbour. Nothing superior about it at all. Small, with cheap furnishings (Ikea standard) and no character. A small table and chair were on the balcony and a dirty looking stool/chair placed in a corner of a small square “terrace”. Small, clean shower room with wash basin and separate toilet. The bed was NOT made, but the sheets seemed clean !!! After a long journey home to France from the UK, difficulty finding the hotel and a rather indifferent welcome from the receptionist, this was the last straw. I phoned reception, angrily to complain about the state of the room. Someone in management came to our room quickly, but was more concerned about explaining that it was the fault of the cleaning lady who hadn’t checked the rooms following an Audit to confirm their 4* rating! There was hardly any apology and no attempt to offer us a reduction/free breakfast to compensate for the state of the room. In view of the state of the room, and the total lack of customer relations, we decided not to stay, and will probably never visit Dieppe again, which looked interesting. More

First, you must have a drink at "Le Patio " the most scenic view of the harbour go down to the restaurant , the place is big and very nice . oisters Fish and very good wine !
