Hard Rock Stadium visitor guide: everything you need to know

Hard Rock Stadium is a multi-use stadium that is located in Miami Gardens in Florida. This is the stadium that is home to the Miami Dolphins , but you might also see a musical event or other performance here in between game dates for this NFL team . The stadium is one of the coolest places to visit if you are in Florida for a vacation or live nearby, and there are lots of things to keep you busy in the area.

Hard Rock Stadium bag policy

The Hard Rock Stadium bag policy is very clear about which items are allowed inside the stadium for events. You can bring in one clear vinyl or plastic bag that is 12” x 6” x 12”. This bag can also be a Ziploc-style bag.

You might also be allowed to bring in a small clutch or purse that is about the size of your hand. If you have diaper bags or other kinds of medical bags, these will need to be cleared by gate personnel and will require a search. They might not be allowed to be brought in if they are not being used for these purposes.

Smartphones, binoculars, and cameras are permitted, but there are no exceptions to the bag rule without prior arrangements. If you need to check a bag at the gate, the fee is $15, and there are no outside lockers. You will be handing off your items to staff to keep them safe during the event. Hard Rock Stadium food policy

The Hard Rock Stadium food policy is simple and easy to follow. No outside food is permitted unless it’s needed for medical reasons. There are many, many restaurants to choose from inside the venue, and even people with food allergies or dietary restrictions will be able to eat a meal here.

Cash is not accepted inside the stadium to pay for food, so make sure that you have other forms of payment with you. You can also convert your cash to prepaid VISA gift cards at set locations around the stadium.

Guests are allowed to buy two alcoholic drinks at one time. Alcohol sales cease near the end of games. Alcohol from outside the stadium may not be brought in with guests. You are allowed to use mobile ordering within the stadium so that you can eat at your seat.

Hard Rock Stadium transportation

If you are worried about how to get to Hard Rock Stadium, this info will help. Taxis are allowed to drop off and pick up at Gate 4. Rideshare is required to pick up and drop off at Lot 42 on NW 27th Ave . This lot is a 20-minute walk away from the stadium, so you will need to plan for this part of your trip in advance.

Sunpass allows stadium goers to use “easy pay” to get into the parking lots around the stadium. This system also offers a discounted parking rate for holders of these passes. There is a parking hotline if you have questions, or you can email the stadium to find out what your best options will be for things like accessibility parking.

There is no public transit that takes you to the stadium, so you will need to plan to drive or use another form of transportation.

Hard Rock Stadium camera policy

Video cameras, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited inside the stadium per the Hard Rock Stadium camera policy. You can bring in personal devices like cell phones, but you will not be allowed to record for professional purposes. You also must refrain from taking videos or capturing photos in a way that impedes other people from enjoying the game.

Anyone who is interfering with the progress of a game will be ejected from the game without re-entry and without a refund of the cost of their ticket.

Hard Rock Stadium rules

Hard Rock Stadium policies do not condone or allow illegal, disruptive, or irresponsible behavior from any ticketed guest inside the stadium. All guests are required to follow stadium rules and comply with the requests and instructions of security personnel. Anyone who is not willing or able to comply with the rules will be removed from the game without re-entry.

The gates of the stadium open four hours before kick-off for Miami Dolphins games. The Green Lot parking gates are open for five hours before kickoff m(ideal for tailgating). All other lots are open four hours prior to kick-off.

Stadium gates do not open for access to your seats until two hours before kick-off. Tailgating is allowed in various lots around the stadium. You will need a valid parking pass to be allowed to tailgate. No beer kegs are allowed on the grounds, and no box trucks are permitted. No open fires are allowed, but grilling equipment can be used to prepare food in parking areas prior to kick-off.

Hard Rock Stadium is a very fun place to head to if you want to catch an NFL game or another event during your trip. This stadium has clear rules, and it is easy to have a great time on the grounds of the stadium. Bag Policy Hard Rock Stadium

The bag policy at Hard Rock Stadium is based on a clear bag policy. Fans are permitted to bring one clear bag constructed from clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC, not exceeding dimensions of 12” by 6” by 12”, or alternatively, a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (such as a Ziploc bag). Additionally, a clutch purse not exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” is allowed.

Parents with infants can carry diapers and wipes in a clear bag, and guests with special medical or dietary requirements may bring food in a clear plastic bag. For hydration, factory-sealed, plastic water bottles of 20 oz. or less are also permitted. Please note that all bags brought into the stadium must be transparent and within the size limit of 12” x 6” x 12”. Each fan is allowed one clear bag per person upon entry into the stadium.

Additional Policies

• Cashless Stadium: Hard Rock Stadium has become a fully cashless venue, eliminating the need for physical currency. All transactions, such as food, merchandise, and parking, are now conducted digitally, ensuring a convenient and secure experience for fans.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is allowed only in designated smoking areas outside the stadium. Smoking is prohibited in all seating areas and concourses.

These are the events coming to Hard Rock Stadium in 2024

The hard rock stadium is not sating idle during the nfl offseason as they look to host some of the biggest events of the year., by nicolas garcia • published march 3, 2024 • updated on march 3, 2024 at 7:24 am.

The NFL season may be over, but the Hard Rock Stadium will be busy in the offseason, featuring world class sporting events, and a bevy of concerts like Taylor Swift's Eras Tour and the Jazz in the Gardens Music Festival.

JAZZ IN THE GARDENS MUSIC FESTIVAL

Jazz in the Gardens Music Festival, which is set to take place on March 9th and 10th, will bring hip hop superstars like Rick Ross, T.I., Uncle Luke, Lil' Kim, Trick Daddy, and Trina featuring in the iconic festival.

Summer Walker, Davido and Jazmine Sullivan will be the headliners for the first day while Maxwell will headline the second day.

This will be the 17th year that the Jazz in the Gardens Music Festival plays out at the Hard Rock and will introduce a new marketplace, immersive activations, and a food truck village.

ATP & WTA MIAMI OPEN

Then, a week later, the biggest names in pro tennis come down to South Florida and duke it out at the Miami Open.

Novak Djokovic and Iga Swiatek will be the names to watch in a list with the world's top ranked ATP and WTA players.

Djokovic will be returning for the first time since 2019 after missing out the past few years due to the COVID-19 vaccination restrictions. The Serbian will be hoping to add to his 6 Miami Open titles.

The 2023 WTA Miami Open defending champion, Petra Kvitova will not be playing this year after having announced her pregnancy in January, but 2022 winner Elena Rybakina and four-time Grand Slam winner Naomi Osaka will be the ones to watch.

This will also be the first year the Major League Pickleball will feature at the tournament, holding a pro-am and two-day tournament starring 16 of the world’s best players on March 27 to the 29th.

There are several options available for ticket pricing for both the day & night events.

F1 MIAMI GRAND PRIX

April will be a quiet month for the Hard Rock Stadium, but the action picks up again in May when the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix comes to town.

This will be the last season of Lewis Hamilton with Mercedes, as the seven-time world champion is set to move to Ferrari in 2025 hoping to quell Red Bull's recent dominance with Max Verstappen.

COPA AMERICA 2024

As summer rolls in, the Hard Rock will be hosting one of the most anticipated sporting events of the year with the 2024 Copa America.

This year, the Hard Rock Stadium will host two group matches - Uruguay vs Panama on June 23rd and Argentina vs Peru on June 29th - before hosting the tournament Final on July 14th.

Lionel Messi has already outlined his intentions to play in this year's tournament which could be the last time he dons the famous blue-and-white jersey in a professional setting.

The Cup will feature all 10 South American national teams plus 6 nations from the CONCACAF, including Mexico and the United States.

FEID's FERXXOCALIPSIS TOUR

Colombian artist Feid and his Ferxxocalipsis tour will then have a one-night concert on July 6th.

Feid is 6-time Grammy winning artist who has worked with several pop stars like J Balvin, Maluma and Karol G.

ORANGE BLOSSOM CLASSIC

In fall, once college football resumes, the Hard Rock will host the Orange Blossom Classic featuring North Carolina Central University and Alabama State University on September 1st.

The Orange Blossom Classic was regarded as one of the premier events for Historically Black Colleges and Universities from 1933 to 1978 before taking a 43-year hiatus and returning to Miami Gardens in 2021.

TAYLOR SWIFT'S ERAS TOUR

Finally, the last event on the schedule that is not related to Miami Dolphins football is Taylor Swift's 'The Eras Tour' which is scheduled from October 18th to the 20th.

The singer-songwriter has been performing around the world and the tour has become one of the most anticipated events of the year.

Tickets, however, have since become sold out.

Complete your football adventure at the museum with our newest exhibition, Gridiron Glory: The Best of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Arrive at 9:45 am at HistoryMiami Museum’s South Building lobby to board at 10 am. We will return to the museum is at approximately 1 pm.

Argentina vs Peru tickets in Miami: Cost, cheapest price to watch 2024 Copa America match at Hard Rock Stadium

Argentina closes out group stage action at the 2024 Copa America in a city familiar to their legendary captain. 

La Albiceleste takes on Peru in the third group stage match on Saturday, June 29 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla. It will effectively be a home game for Lionel Messi should he be healthy enough to make the squad, and it will give Argentina an early look at the venue where the Copa America final will be held about three weeks later.

Argentina has continued to be in great form under coach Lionel Scaloni, leading World Cup qualifying with five wins and one defeat through the first six rounds, including a win at arch-rival Brazil. Argentina has dominated its friendly schedule over the last 18 months as well, though the level of opposition hasn't necessarily been at the highest level. 

Coming into Copa America, the biggest question for Argentina is whether Messi will be available or not. He missed the March international friendlies in the USA due to a hamstring injury, and with Inter Miami involved in MLS, CONCACAF Champions Cup, and Leagues Cup, he has a lot of games ahead and more than 20 professional seasons in his legs.

With fans hoping to see Messi dazzle in person, ticket prices have continued to climb. Fans will need to pay as much as $416 for the cheapest tickets in section 307. At the other end of the spectrum, some fans could pay $15,740 for tickets in the lower bowl. 

The home of the NFL's Miami Dolphins has a seating capacity of 65,000, giving plenty of fans a chance to watch Argentina, Peru, and Messi in person in South Florida.

Argentina, ranked #1 in the world by FIFA, are guaranteed three group stage games in the Copa America, drawn into a soft Group A alongside Peru (#33), Chile (#42), and Canada (#50).

La Albiceleste have been a dominant force in CONMEBOL and global competition over the last few years, losing just twice in all matches since defeat to Brazil in the 2019 Copa America semifinal. However, it could be a different story if Messi is not available to go this summer.

All knockout stage matches are  if necessary only  should Argentina qualify by progressing past the previous round. As defending champions, the Albiceleste are likely to ease through their group stage and finish atop the standings, but they still have to make good on those expectations.

If Argentina qualify for the knockout stage by finishing top two in Group A, Messi and company will have their path to the final set in stone. As a Group A participant, their quarterfinal would come against either the winner or runner-up from Group B, which features Mexico, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Jamaica.

If they reach the semifinals, they would be guaranteed yet another game regardless of the outcome, either reaching the final with a victory or playing in the third-place match if defeated. Both possibilities are shown below, but obviously, only one can be played.

The Moscow Music Peace Festival took place on August 12/13, 1989 in Moscow, Russia. It was organized to promote world peace and to establish a cooperation in fighting the war on drugs in Russia. The event was held at a time of immense change in the Soviet Union and is said to have inspired the song “Wind Of Change”.
