Anyone know were I can find match tour pack for the anniversary edition?  

Probably the only place at the moment is the Harley dealer. It's a brand new bike, it'll be a bit before aftermarket catches up in general... but you're also talking about a paint match on a limited edition paint, and the only way you'll get a real match is through the dealership. If they don't have any for that ride at the moment, you may need to wait a bit.
