This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes you can get truck parking yet some times you can't. They fill up pretty quickly. Georgia doesn't have rest areas or trucks stops throughout the state. Please be mindful of the area for those who aren't familiar with Atlanta. It's not the best parts of town so be aware of your surroundings and the people you speak with. It's across the street from the strip club "Blue flame". You have to pay for parking it's roughly between $25-50 depending on the time of the year. You either have to spend that amount in store(keep your receipts!!!!) or if you fuel they check for a certain amount of gallons pumped tractor & trailer. Has the typical bathrooms/showers. It also has a hair store inside, a barber shop and a few other little shops inside. On the side it's a tattoo shop next to the entrance side.

Needed a pit stop in the way home to Birmingham. We stopped here because we knew it would be open to travelers. The place was clean and there were employees stocking the shelves. Only one cashier and the fountain drink dispenser set was not working. At all On top of that, the store didn't carry any Diet Pepsi. I mean absolutely none in the entire cooler. What is up with that?

Greedy and slightly rude. Free parking for 2 hrs, then $25. Unless u buy 60 gallons or spend $25. Reserved parking is additional restaurant doesn't open until 7am barely let me sit down, 7 minutes b4 opening! Avoid this place if possible since bp bought ta petro things have turned 2 pure corporate greed! Its sickening! I use 2 luv this place. Luvs doesn't act this bad, i'll start using them more because of my recent experiences with ta/ petro were sick of ur blatant greed! Truly a horrendous experience, waited 15 minutes in restaurant wasn't even offered coffee had 2 leave, its unlikely I'll even come here again!

Oh my , They need a complete makeover. From the security guards, to the workers at the restaurant and the employees. It seems like no one holds each other accountable. Almost everyone there has an attitude. Believe the negative reviews they are not lying. The only reason I visit is because a customer is near by on the west side of Atlanta. This location needs new leadership

Believe the bad reviews I'm telling you save yourself and go some place else . Staff is very rude Patricia at the desk and supervisor Sam both wasn't much help . The showers/bathroom was okay . Parking is super full so come as early as you can parking is 25 or reserved parking is 28 only how the parking can be covered is if you spend 25.. hopefully I don't have to come back and deal with the staff if your ever in this location just be careful

If you're thinking of finding a parking space and park it for more than 2 hours you have to pay for it and parking for trucks to spend the night with doesn't make sense in these areas I don't recommend it because it's not worth it

5 minutes change lamp and charge me labor 208.49$ bull shit never come back guy saying 10 minutes but service saying 1 hour 50 minutes

Popped in here to grab breakfast and purchase snacks. While we were looking for items the security guard basically came an stood beside us. I was not happy with how he did that at all!! I made me never was to purchase anything else here ever again!

Shop is so slow it's like a joke. Even if you are sitting in the bay, I'd advise you to pop in the customer service office every 15 min and get them moving on responding to your company's emaisl about the repairs. Otherwise, they will let you sit in your truck in the bay, all day long. Once repairs are authorized, continue this fine tradition in the garage, popping in every 15 min and remind them that it shouldn't take 5 hours to change a trailer tire, or that you only have a couple hours left on your clock or whatever you see fit. I wish I just called for roadside service, that would have been a bunch faster (I can only hope) instead of trying to save my company money and driving it to this clock devouring shop.

Please DO NOT USE THE SERVICE AT THE TA ON DONALD LEE HOLLOWEII PKWY IN ATLANTA!!! If I could give a review and give this TA 0 stars I would. Our driver went here to have a fault code checked and the tech ended up blowing are engine. These people (tech) told us the turbo was bad and still ran a Nox test raising the RPM over 3200 on the engine, blew the turbo and caused engine overspeed on the engine!!! So now we have a truck with a blow engine stuck in Atlanta (we're in Oklahoma) that will have to be hauled home.. Call to report the incident to their Corporate office was given a case report number and was told that someone would call within 24-48 hours. That did happen the site manager called said he do an investigation and let me know when it was completed..called the next day said his part was completed and that we would receive a call from the claim department within 48 hours. That's all we've had is radio silence, the worst part is , is that ALL of this was caught on their bay camera..Our truck driving in the huge puff of smoke from the turbo blowing and the noise from the engine overspeed. Have some honesty and integrity and make this right!!
