Olly Murs - AO Arena, Manchester
May 5, 2023
After signing to EMI Records, chart-topping star Olly Murs recently released Marry Me, his first new studio album in over four years, and the seventh of his illustrious career. 'Die of a Broken Heart' arrived as the first single, and from the opening notes, you can hear why. It’s an instant earworm, a one-listen-and-you’re-hooked pop-reggae outlier. Since then, his new music has taken on a life of its own, with huge radio support, various TV appearances, and even completing a 24-hour Treadmill Challenge with Scott Mills for Children in Need.
Olly is sure to have people dancing - if not proposing - in the aisles on his current tour. Last time round, in 2019, he sold 180,000 tickets for UK arenas - and is determined to go bigger, better and louder this time with 11 huge arena shows across the UK.
Olly will be joined by very special guests Scouting for Girls.

October 4, 2023
Multi-platinum-selling pop-rock band, 5 Seconds of Summer, recently announced their 2023 world tour which includes dates in UK, Europe and America, with an appearance at the When We Were Young festival in Las Vegas.
The news follows the band’s digital release of their live album, The Feeling of Falling Upwards – Live from The Royal Albert Hall, on April 14.
The tracks are taken from the band’s 2022 one-of-a-kind performance “The Feeling of Falling Upwards” at the world-famous Royal Albert Hall in London, a venue the band busked outside of when they moved to the UK to write for their very first album 10 years ago.
The performance included reimagined versions of songs from their 11-year catalogue, including brand-new songs from their critically acclaimed fifth studio album 5SOS5, accompanied by a 12-piece string orchestra and a 12-member gospel choir.
Tickets for their upcoming tour are on sale here now.

November 10 and 11, 2023
Jessie Ware has announced the ‘That! Feels Good! Live’ UK and North America tour, taking place in October and November 2023, in support of her fifth studio album ‘That! Feels Good!’.
Covering Manchester, Glasgow and London, with a further seven dates across North America, the tour is solace for those aching to get down to the disco grooves in real life.
‘That! Feels Good!’ is the follow-up album to 2020’s ‘What’s Your Pleasure?, which proved her status as one of the UK’s most influential artists and became her highest-charting album to date. It included singles ‘Save A Kiss’, ‘Spotlight’, and Barack Obama-approved ‘Remember Where You Are’ - who added it to his NYE playlist.
Last year saw Jessie support juggernaut Harry Styles in the USA, gain 2.4 billion global streams, and complete a fantastic run of live shows including career-defining sets at Glastonbury and Primavera. She continues to cement herself as a formidable force and at the forefront of UK pop.
Due to popular demand, Jessie has also just announced a second Manchester date on November 11, 2023.

Tickets for the Leeds show are available here .
The Pigeon Detectives - New Century Hall, Manchester
November 3, 2023
After storming the stage at countless festivals in the summer of 2022, The Pigeon Detectives quickly became one of the more talked about names on the circuit once again, feeding the public’s need for anthemic indie-rock tunes after years of isolation and social distancing.
Having recently unveiled the details of their long-awaited sixth studio album ‘TV Show’, which is set to land on July 7, through Dance To The Radio, The Pigeon Detectives have now announced their plans for a UK-wide tour to celebrate the release of their new full-length.
Stretching across the first three weeks of November, The Pigeon Detectives will embark on an 18-date stint throughout the country, marking one of their most extensive run of shows in years.

2024 March Madness odds: How will No. 1 seeds fare against the field?
With March Madness heading for the Sweet 16, the four No. 1 seeds have performed as the four best teams in the country.
And now, there’s another way to wager your bucks on the men’s tourney, and that’s on each No. 1 seed’s chances against the field.
That’s right: At DraftKings, bettors can sprinkle a little cash on the odds for each top-seed team to triumph over the entire field.
Will it be UConn or Purdue ? North Carolina or Houston ? Let’s check out the odds as of Tuesday.
UCONN VS. THE FIELD:
UConn: +210 (bet $10 to win $31 total) The Field: -280 (bet $10 to win $13.57 total)
In the first round, No. 16 Stetson was no match for the Huskies, as UConn steamrolled the Hatters 91-52. In the second round, No. 9 Northwestern put up a little more fight, but UConn still got past the Wildcats 75-58.
The Huskies’ next test will be against No. 5 San Diego State — the team they defeated in last year’s championship game. UConn is currently a 10.5-point favorite over the Aztecs.
HOUSTON VS. THE FIELD:
Houston: +500 (bet $10 to win $60 total) The Field: -800 (bet $10 to win $11.25 total)
The Cougars handily defeated No. 16 Longwood in the first round, but went down to the wire against No. 9 Texas A&M in overtime before beating the Aggies 100-95. Houston's next contest is against No. 4 Duke , a game in which Houston is favored by 4.5 points.
Can Gonzaga slow down Purdue's Zach Edey in the Sweet 16?
PURDUE VS. THE FIELD:
Purdue: +650 (bet $10 to win $75 total) The Field: -1200 (bet $10 to win $10.83 total)
The highlight of Purdue's 70-58, Round of 64 win over No. 16 Grambling ? Center Zach Edey’s 30-point, 20-rebound game, making him the first player to notch those numbers in a tournament game since 1995. The Boilermakers defeated No. 8 Utah State 106-67 in the Round of 32, setting a school record for most points scored during the tournament.
Next, the Boilermakers are favored by 5.5 points over No. 5 Gonzaga .
NORTH CAROLINA VS. THE FIELD:
North Carolina: +1100 (bet $10 to win $120 total) The Field:-3500 (bet $10 to win $10.29 total)
The Tar Heels breezed past No. 16 Wagner in the opening round of the tourney and then toppled No. 9 Michigan State in the second round, 85-69.
Next on the menu for Carolina is No. 4 Alabama . The Heels are currently favored by 3.5 points over the Crimson Tide in their Sweet 16 matchup.

2024 March Madness TV schedule: How to watch the NCAA Tournament, announcers, Sweet 16 tipoff times
The complete television and streaming schedule for how to watch march madness 2024.
After the 2024 NCAA Tournament 68-team field was announced on Slection Sunday, we are already down to the Sweet 16. Six incredible days of college basketball -- filled with a variety of dominant victories, shocking upsets and shining moments -- are in the books with the first 36 games of March Madness leaving us only wanting more. Don't worry ... that will come soon enough.
Thursday kicks off four straight nights of the best college basketball you will see this season with the Sweet 16 covering the end of the week and the Elite Eight dominating the weekend. All games will be played across CBS and TBS, with the best in the business bringing you the action from Los Angeles, Boston, Dallas and Detroit.
All four No. 1 seeds are still alive with UConn, Purdue and North Carolina cruising through the first two rounds. Houston was dealt a much tougher go of it by Texas A&M on Sunday night but nevertheless survived and advanced to the second week of the tournament. The four No. 2 seeds are also still in the field, though Iowa State, Marquette, Tennessee and Arizona all had moments of concern in the second round.
Nevertheless, the top eight teams in the nation -- entering March Madness -- are all in the thick of it entering the second week for just the fifth time since the NCAA Tournament expanded to 64 teams in 1985.
Once we get to the Final Four, you will notice veteran Ian Eagle stepping in as the lead play-by-play announcer, replacing the legendary Jim Nantz, who stepped away in 2023. Eagle will be alongside mainstays Bill Raftery, Grant Hill and reporter Tracy Wolfson on the top announcing team. A longtime staple of NCAA Tournament coverage, Eagle was not alone as someone stepping into a new role on the team. Former Purdue star Robbie Hummel called his first NCAA Tournament broadcast during the first week.
CBS and TBS are leading the way televising 21 games apiece during the NCAA Tournament, while truTV and TNT carried 13 and 12, respectively. The Final Four will simulcast across TBS and TNT. In addition to the March Madness Live app , where you can watch every game, Paramount+ subscribers will be able to watch all the games televised by CBS, while subscribers to Max's B/R Sports Add-On can catch the remainder of the games.
From the Selection Show all the way until the playing of "One Shining Moment" after a champion is crowned, CBS Sports and TNT Sports will be bringing you the magic.
Let's take a look at the 2024 March Madness announcing teams as well as the remaining schedule for the 2024 NCAA Tournament.

Andy Katz, NCAA.com Correspondent | March 26, 2024
- March Madness predictions: Andy Katz updates his 2024 Sweet 16 picks
With the first two rounds in the books, NCAA.com's March Madness guru Andy Katz returns to update his picks for the rest of the 2024 DI men's tournament.
BRACKET: Check out the 2024 bracket
Katz dives into each of his picks in the video, and he responds to comments on different matchups during the live stream. Here we will break his picks and some of the reasoning Katz used for teams to advance.
SWEET 16: Questions that will need answering | 34 intriguing numbers to remember
East region
- Reasoning: "(UConn) is on a mission to repeat... I expect San Diego State is not going to be intimidated, but I don't think they can score with UConn."
- Reasoning: "Iowa State is not going to be able to score as well as Illinois. Terrence Shannon Jr., a two-way player, is going to be hard to stop as he's in the transition. I think it's going to be a great game, a physical game. I like Illinois to win late on Thursday night."
- Reasoning: "That game is going to be 90 to 84, something like that. It's going to be up and down, tons of points. I still think UConn advances, but I think it will be a great matchup."
West region
- Reasoning: "I think we're going to get a great game in LA, but Carolina is going to advance. They have the advantage inside. They're going to defend better than Alabama can."
- Reasoning: " Kudos to Brad Brownell, going against an Arizona team that I think is just loaded right now. They had some dips in the middle of the season. Fine. But I think Arizona wins in LA."
- Reasoning: "I think its a really good, balanced game without question, but I'm going to stick with my pick which was Arizona."
OG PREDICTIONS: Andy Katz's bracket prediction after Selection Sunday
South region
- Reasoning: "Duke played great in beating James Madison and to get by Vermont. I thought this would be Wisconsin. I was completely wrong on the Badgers, but I like Houston here in Dallas. I think defensively they'll be able to lock up the Blue Devils."
- Reasoning: Kevin Keatts and that entire roster gets tons of credit for everything they've done to win five games in five days in the ACC... But I think the Cinderella run ends now, and I think Marquette will advance to take on Houston."
- Reasoning: "Two experienced teams. Two teams that are well coached, play possession by possession. They defend. Kelvin Sampson, Shaka Smart doing a great job. This is the one different one I had. I had Houston, Kentucky, and I had Kentucky originally. I'm going Houston, Marquette, with Marquette getting to the Final Four."
CHECK YOUR BRACKET: Play the Men's Bracket Challenge Game
Midwest region
- Reasoning: "I saw this game in Hawaii. Both teams have gotten better, but Purdue is better than Gonzaga. Graham Ike and Anton Watson versus Zach Edey and Trey Kaufman-Renn. I think Watson and Kaufman-Renn can negate each other. Edey is better than Ike. I think the difference could be Lance Jones because Braden Smith (against) Ryan Nembhard, Nolan Hickman (against) Fletcher Loyer, but I don't think they have a matchup for Lance Jones. And Cam Heide is playing great off the bench. Gonzaga does not have a great bench."
- Reasoning: " Dalton Knecht is going to dominate offensively for Tennessee. He's a first-team All-American, player of the year candidate, player of the year finalist. Tennessee is going to defend. I like the Vols beating Creighton, denying Creighton two straight years to the Elite Eight."
- Reasoning: "I am going to stick with my pick. Purdue beat Tennessee in Hawaii, they'll beat them again. They don't have a matchup for Zach Edey."
CONFERENCE RECORD TRACKER: Here's how each conference is doing in the tournament
- Reasoning: "Two hours from Tucson, but I still believe the Huskies have the better team. But that will be a tall task."
- Reasoning: "It comes down to Zach Edey. He was a consensus national player of the year. He was a problem then, and he will be a problem now."
National championship
- Reasoning: "This is a game between the two best teams this season, two most consistent teams... UConn's pressure I think in this situation will bother Purdue, enough. (Donovan) Clingan will be right there with Zach Edey, and I like UConn repeating as national champions."

The first weekend of the men’s 2024 NCAA Tournament concludes Sunday. In the day’s action, four double-digit seeds will look to pull another upset and clinch a spot in the Sweet 16. Who will advance? Our experts are here to make their predictions.
Three of the four No. 1 seeds are also in action on Sunday, with Houston , UConn and Purdue hitting the courts. All three teams are decent-sized favorites. Although, if you read our Bracket Breaker analysis, Houston faces an interesting matchup on Sunday. Texas A&M is one of the best offensive rebounding teams in the country, and Houston — despite being one of the best defensive teams — has a tendency to give up offensive rebounds.

2024 NCAA Tournament: What to know about locations, dates, times and more for Sweet 16
And then there were 16.
T he 2024 Men's NCAA Tournament is another round closer to selecting its winner, but there are still some steps to go before teams meet in Glendale, Arizona to crown a champion.
This tournament, the top dogs have remained top dogs: All four No. 1 seeds – UConn, North Carolina, Houston and Purdue – remain in play, and if they continue their hot streak, it would be just the second time since the NCAA Tournament field expanded in 1985 that the top seeds reached the Final Four.
Still, there are many twists and turns on the path to college hoops glory, and the Sweet 16 could provide yet another detour for college squads hoping to cut down nets.
Here's what to know about where and when the 2024 Sweet 16 is taking place, and how you can watch:
