Description

Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon star in this deliciously funny comedy full of culinary delights, comfortable jumpers and awkward moments. Recently separated from his girlfriend, Steve reluctantly enlists Rob to join him on a tour of the north of England while he reviews six restaurants for a weekend supplement. They then return for a second series, travelling across Italy sampling more restaurants while debating the big questions of life, such as how did I get to be here and where do I go next? This sparkling improvised comedy sees the guys spend their time trying to out-do each other as to who has the best Michael Caine impression; dispute how Michael Sheen will always get better roles than Steve Coogan, and deliver a series of superb Woody Allen impressions and jokes.

Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon star in this improvised comedy about two actors on a culinary tour of the north of England. Steve is commissioned to review half a dozen restaurants for a Sunday newspaper and plans the trip with his American girlfriend - only to face the prospect of a week of meals-for-one after they separate. So Steve calls old friend Rob to accompany him, and the pair find themselves debating the big questions of life over a series of delightful dishes. They begin their trip at the Inn at Whitewell, in the beautiful Trough of Bowland, where a mix-up on the booking means they have to share a room.

Steve and Rob enjoy a taster menu at L'enclume in the Cumbrian village of Cartmel as they continue their culinary tour of the north of England, reviewing restaurants for a Sunday newspaper.

Series 1, Holbeck Ghyll

Continuing their journey of the north of England, Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon travel to Holbeck Ghyll; a luxury country house hotel in the lake district, where they once again sit down to eat together and ponder their place in the world.

Rob Brydon and Steve Coogan are asked by The Observer to do another series of restaurant reviews. The pair have six meals in six different places on a road trip around Italy. They begin in Piemonte at the Trattoria Della Posta before stopping at Byron's house in Genova on their way to the Cenobio dei Dogi in Camogli. Steve is on hiatus from his American series and isn't drinking, while Rob is looking to unwind during his time away from his young family.

Series 2, Da Giovanni, San Fruttuoso

Rob and Steve go on a boat trip, taking in a local restaurant and Percy Shelley's house for a picture before continuing their journey and arriving at another restaurant. Rob wonders aloud about what they will be remembered for in 200 years' time.

Wilderness Season 1 Episode 2 Recap – Who shows up during Will and Liv’s road trip?

This recap of the Prime Video series Wilderness Season 1 Episode 2, “The Other Woman,” contains spoilers.

Revenge is on Liv’s mind in the second episode of Wilderness . Liv starts to play mind games with Will and Cara, the woman he is having an affair with. As she continues to put plans in motion, Liv struggles to keep it together on a hiking trip with Cara and her boyfriend.

Who shows up during will and liv’s road trip.

Liv and Will are heading to their next stop on the road trip, and as the duo takes a selfie together, a woman walks up and says, “Will.” Of course, we notice her from the sex video that Will made with her, but she introduces herself to Liv as Cara, a co-worker of Will’s. Moments later, Garth comes up, and Cara introduces him to everyone as her man, which makes Will uncomfortable as I don’t believe he knows.

Liv, playing up to the revenge game, mentions to Will that they should go hiking with Garth and Cara. Although hesitant, Will agrees to do it once Liv pushes him to ensure he isn’t hiding anything.

We get a flashback to two weeks earlier when Liv is researching on a computer to figure out who the girl was in the video with Will. She searches on the company website, finding Cara’s picture. Then, she starts to stalk Cara daily and follow her every step. She follows her to a club where we see her watching her every move.

Back at the trail, a conversation ensues where Liv is able to slide in “potshots” at Cara and Will without the two of them knowing what she is up to. After Will hurts himself on the trail, Liv talks Cara into heading back to get him help together. Things go awry when Will’s car is stolen, forcing them to stay with Cara and Garth for the night.

How does Will react to Liv and Cara’s new friendship?

Liv and Will have a fight at dinner. It leads to Cara comforting her, and as she does, Liv reveals to Cara that she knows (about her and Will). Cara breaks down and apologizes, and they embrace. This pisses off Will, who is looking on, and back at the room he flips out on Liv and why she wants to befriend Cara so much.

The two have a massive fight and he storms out for the night.

Wilderness Season 1 Episode 2 Ending Explained

Liv passes out after drinking too much, and when she awakes, she tries to call Will, but his phone rings in the room. She picks up his phone and sees a text from Cara saying, “Let’s stop just talking about it. And DO IT. Leave. Tonight. 1 at the waterfall. C x.” She flips out after seeing the message and heads to the waterfall. When she arrives, she sees someone with a raincoat on, gets a running start, and pushes them off the waterfall as the episode ends.

Jeremy Stieglitz and Jesse Rapczak created the show, with Jay Oliva serving as director. The story primarily follows Helena Walker, an Australian paleontologist from the 21st century. While grieving for her deceased wife, Helena ends up in a land filled with prehistoric creatures, dangerous humans, and unfamiliar technology. Season 1 part 1 has six episodes, which debuted together on Paramount Plus on March 21, 2024, Want to know when episode 7 or part 2 is coming out? This is what we have learned.

Is there an Ark: The Animated Series Season 1 Episode 7 & Part 2 release date?

Ark: The Animated Series Season 1 Episode 7 & Part 2 could arrive sometime in mid-to-late 2024 .

A series based on Ark: Survival Evolved was first announced in December 2020. Ark: The Animated Series was initially supposed to premiere in 2022, and then 2023 , but experienced delays both times. Eventually, Season 1 Part 1 had a surprise premiere in March 2024. The first season has 13 episodes in total. Part 2, made up of the remaining seven episodes, will debut at a later date.

Given the precedence that part 1 has set, part 2 will probably have a surprise premiere as well, and it will likely be in 2024.

This date is an estimation based on the information we have at the time of this writing.

Some members of Ark: The Animated Series voice cast are Madeleine Madden as Helena Walker, Devery Jacobs as Alasie, and Gerard Butler as Gaius Marcellus Nerva. Russell Crowe lends his voice to Kor the Prophet, Vin Diesel to Santiago, and Monica Bellucci to Cassia Virila. Elliot Page, Alan Tudyk, and David Tennant voice Victoria, The Captain, and Sir Edmund Rockwell, respectively. What kind of body will outlast all the rest on Physical 100 Season 2 ? We have to wait a couple of weeks for the Netflix reality compeition show to reveal that answer. The competition starts with 100 people of different athletic backgrounds . They all compete to eliminate each other until there is one winner who will get over $200,000 or 300 million won. The winner is also given the title of having the "perfect body."

The cast started with multiple Olympians, actors, and a retired MMA superstar. However, cross fitters have proven to be the players with a huge advantage after last year's winner Jin-Young Woo . Season 2 episodes will be spread over three weeks. Here is the schedule for the new season and what to expect based on last season's schedule.

Physical: 100

One hundred contestants in top physical shape compete in a series of grueling challenges to claim the honor - and cash reward - as the last one standing.

What Is 'Physical: 100' Season 2's schedule?

The new season premiered on Tuesday, March 19. The first four episodes were released, showing how the new season started. Say goodbye to the Greek Mythology theme from last season and hello to the underground mining theme. But don't worry, competitors still have to make a bust of their torsos which will be demolished if they are eliminated. The first challenge changed from hanging as long as possible to running as fast and long as you could on a manual treadmill. Quest one stayed the same with one-on-one combat, eliminating 50 players.

Season 40 of "The Challenge" Is Going Back to Its Messy Roots

The cast voted on team leaders who would compete in quest two against another team. The episode 4 cliffhanger is close to the end of Team Dong-hyun Kim facing off with Team Amotti . This is important since Dong-hyun is a famous star who came out of retirement for the competition. Amotti is a CrossFit athlete who has trained with similar athletes since last season, like Sung-bin Yun . Fans can view some of those sessions on YouTube.

'Physical: 100' Is Survival of the Fittest

Episodes 5, 6, and 7 of Physical 100 were released on Tuesday, March 26. Then the final two episodes will be released on April 2. If the second season follows the same structure as the first, then eliminated contestants could get a second life in the game. Episode 6 revealed that eliminated players had to hold their busts that had 40 percent of their body weight. The last five to hold on the longest were able to move forward in the competition. The returning competitors became a team for the next quest with the top 30.

The trailer for the season showed a set made to look like a mine. Three people prepare to race with empty carts. They also have to climb monkey bars and kick heavy bags across the course. The trailer for Physical 100 shows a hanging bust falling to the ground and breaking, so last year's revival match is coming. The last two episodes have the athletes compete alone once again in various competitions in waves. One person from each competition moves forward to the last stage. Episode 9 reveals the five finalists who are tested on quickness, balance, willpower, strength, and endurance.

'House of the Dragon' Season 2: HBO releases 'dueling' trailers; premiere date announced

M ax has released not one, but two new trailers for " House of the Dragon " as the premiere of the second season for the popular "Game of Thrones" spinoff nears.

The new so-called "dueling trailers" released Thursday ask fans to pick a side in the upcoming civil war between two leaders and their factions that are soon to be battling it out for the Iron Throne: King Aegon II (Tom Glynn-Carney) or Queen Rhaenyra (Emma D’Arcy,) both of the House Targaryen for which the series is named.

The network also unveiled an official release date for the series based on the world created by George R.R. Martin, which serves as a prequel to " Game of Thrones ", documenting the division and fall of the Targaryen dynasty.

When does 'House of the Dragon' Season 2 premiere on HBO?

"House of the Dragon" Season 2 will premiere at 9 p.m. ET Sunday, June 16 on HBO.

The upcoming season, which will span eight episodes, will also be available each week to stream on Max.

'House of the Dragon' season 2 trailer

At the end of Season 1, war appeared on the horizon for the Seven Kingdoms when the death of King Viserys I (Paddy Considine) left a power vacuum in Westeros and a question as to his chosen successor.

When Princess Rhaenyra was notified in the October 2022 finale of the death of one of her sons at the hands of one of Alicent Hightower's (Olivia Cooke) children, she turned to face the camera with fire gleaming in her eyes. The second season will pick up where the first ended, with Westeros on the brink of a bloody war and powerful houses being forced to choose sides.

In the trailers launched Thursday, Max is asking viewers to pick a side as well by selecting the color corresponding to a specific council: the Green Council of King Aegon, or the Black Council of Queen Rhaenyra.

"Rhaenrya's supporters will believe what they wish, but Viserys wanted Aegon to succeed him," Alicent says in the " green trailer " of what she believes were her late husband's dying wishes for their son.

Suffice to say, Rhaenyra's faction doesn't see it that way.

"My father chose me, his firstborn child, to succeed him," Rhaenrya says in the " black trailer ."

How to watch 'House of the Dragon' Season 2 on HBO, Max

The series will air exclusively on  HBO's TV channel  and will available to stream on Max, HBO's streaming platform.

Plans  begin at $9.99 a month with ads, which allows users to stream on up to two devices at one time.
