The 8500 frame is probably one of the best aluminum frames on the market today! I work in a bikeshop and have seen and tried alot of bikes, but this frame is something of its own;)

Bontrager seatpost and saddle lasted 6 months and then gave up the ghost.

This bike is stellar. I use this bike to commute and to have fun - all in all I put 200km a week on this bike. This bike has not given me any kind of trouble and looks and feels like it will give many more miles of pleasure.

Tyres and saddle

I just love this bike from the day i brought it.i had a scott scale 40 last year and this trek 8500 blows it away. The bike is a real head turner. I have just recently changed the tyres to mountain king 2.4 as i did not like the bontrager jones tyres,plus the bontrager saddle that came with the bike was not realy that comfy so changed for selle italia. I would recommend this bike to anyone who likes to ride at weekends or for a more competitive trail rider.

Very stiff ride, climbs excellent even whith this 96kg gorilla on top. Easy to take steep drops and excellent at cornering.

none realy ...not a full suspension version available?

I ride it at least 3 times a week on 20 to 30 km trips each day and i can say it is extremely comfortable. Even when now I'm looking to change to a full suspension because of the obvious aches i'm gettin in my back after a 40km trip due to my weight, Im sure i would keep it for shorter trips Nothing to complain really. This is a review concerning only the frame as you can see it does not have the standard accesories.

I bought from a cousing a 2008 Trek 8500 frame w/ a 100mm Reba Race (2008) w/ remote lockout, LX hydraulic disk brakes, FSA seat tube, Matrix token stem, Titec Pluto flat handlebar, LX chainrings.... Great frame geometry, light weighted, nice paint job, it feels so confortable when going up, I noticed an incredible difference when climbing, with the 34 Sram cassette you can easily climb anything... is pretty stiff, and the alpha red aluminum gives me confidence it will hold anything... This frame along with the Reba Race fork makes this bike a very sweet ride, this fork works amazingly good...

this is a custom made bicycle, no weaknesses about the frame

I'm not changing this frame anytime soon, I will probably die with it :) Trek bikes may be somehow expensive and even more the top of the line frames and bikes but they well worth the money. From now on I will go Trek all the way...

With that setup is very fast, responsive, comfortable ride, climbs fast. Good for descents, It is just the best race aluminum bike you can buy. More than 1500 miles on-road and 700 off-road, Nothing to replace or repair, still like new, except some scratches. Very reliable

Great race bike, climb steep and rough paths faster than anyone that I've ever tried. Race frame geometry, not good for riding slow or long flat ways or family Sunday rides. Good for riding fast! Stock tires worn fast and frame paint easily get scratched by small rocks hitting.

Trek produced the 8500 bike in 2001 and can be classified as a Mountain bike bicycle, this exact model costs in american market arround $1,649.99. 8500 bike is available in many sizes such as Small , Medium , Large and Extra large . Trek Mountain bike 8500 can be found in a few colors, among these colors Gloss Black and Red . This bike is equiped with Bontrager Super-X tires and DT stainless steel spoke wheel while the rims are manufactured by Front: Rolf Dolomite, Rear: Rolf Dolomite Assymetric. Trek equiped this exact model with Avid Single Digit 5 brakes, Shimano Deore XT RapidFire SL levers braking system and Rolf Dolomite hubs. Move of the faytech Factory & Office in Shenzhen, China

We kick-off 2023 with a major change for the better! Our factory and office space in Shenzhen, China has recently been moved and split up into 2 different locations, with the production facility and office building separated. This allows for a better office environment to meet partners and clients, while still being able to produce, develop and optically bond our faytech solutions with the highest quality.

Shenzhen Office (faytech Tech Co., Ltd.)

The new office is located in the Winlead Intelligent Park, which is situated in Bantian, Shenzhen at the interchange of Banxuegang Avenue and Fada Road. The surrounding transportation network is already fully developed, with the Bantian Metro Station located only 200m away and the Shenzhen North Railway Station 5km away. We decided on this spot as it is highly convenient for city exchange and both domestic and international business contacts.

faytech is located on the entirety of the 2nd floor of building 8. The sales, financial, R&D, HR, administration, customer support and purchasing teams are in this new office, with additional space for meeting rooms, a showoom and testing rooms.

Huizhou Factory (Huizhou faytech Tech Co., Ltd)

The new factory moved to a different area, in Huiyang District, Huizhou City, which is North-East of Shenzhen, roughly 50km away from the faytech office. The site is located in an industrial park where we can implement our cleanroom and manufacturing process requirements under ideal conditions. The new halls house the optical bonding, sampling, quality control, warehouse and production teams. The premises are distributed among clean rooms, production lines, work areas, storage and meeting rooms. Since the industrial park is close to an expressway, it is also the perfect location for shipping and receiving goods.

In the factory, we have set up a new automatic large-format line for optical bonding, which enables high-efficiency and high-quality bonding. The floor is made of stainless steel, which ensures electrostatic discharge, which is important for clean rooms.

Beta Package Products Co., Ltd was founded in 2002. Over the past 20 years, we have been adhering our 4 core values - integrity, innovation, win-win and sustainability . We are constantly dedicated to the research & development of cushioning packaging products and their manufacturing facilities, and have become one of the manufacturers who can provide the most comprehensive range of cushioning packaging solutions in the world.

Our plants have strong production capacity that are able to produce about 1 billion envelopes annually, with total area 60,000 m². We are adapted to respond quickly to urgent queries, and are able to provide stable and reliable delivery for large volumes. We also have excellent product and manufacturing equipment development team - in daily production, we keep an eye on any inadequacy in the production process or equipment, try to improve and upgrade constantly. Beta was founded in April 2002 and became one of the earliest manufacturers of bubble cushioning packaging in China.

Beta passed ISO9001 quality management system.

Our plants and offices moved from Buji to Longgang district, with area of 16,000 m² and up to 6 production lines.

We imported the machinery for making 10-layer co-extruded barrier bubble from Italy, for producing better quality bubbles for better cushioning effect.

Beta invented honeycomb padded mailer, then applied for and obtained the utility model patent of it in China.

Beta’s honeycomb padded mailer and its production technology continued obtaining invention patents in USA, Japan and Australia.

Honeycomb padded structure is patented in UK. And Huizhou new production plants are transitioning to full production capacity. More paper-based packaging products and their machines are invested and developed.
