Asked only about the travel insurance

Asked only about the travel insurance, wasn’t planning to get it, but staff was so friendly and helpful so got annual travel insurance on the day. Had some questions afterwards, emailed them and got a response with help i needed. Very good service.

Fabulous local team

Local branch used by me to book holidays for years so I have got to know the staff well, one member has been there for 20years. All greet me by my first name as I go in and always make booking holidays an enjoyable and fun experience. They always remember the last holiday I booked and always ask for feedback on it. Staff were very helpful. Arranged our holiday as we wanted. But the office at Transit way was small & did not have enough chairs for us.

Thank you for your review. Transit Way is a very busy Shop and only having 3 desks and 6 chairs we are always going to struggle accommodating a group of 6 when other customers are in store. Change of mind on future holiday booked

We went in to cancel a cruise due to mixed reviews on the ship we were going on and due to a recent event that happened with a cruise ship being stuck in the Bay of Biscay. We were greeted by Louise who then endeavoured to find us another holiday that we could go on for the same 2 weeks. After a 100% effort on her part, she found us a 2 week break in Rhodes at an all inclusive hotel on the north of the island. We were unsure what type of holiday to go on, but she did her upmost to advise and answer any questions that we had. We came away with a replacement holiday booked and deposit paid. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: All the staff were friendly we went to have a look at a holiday nothing was to much trouble we changed our minds a few times and the staff member Russell couldn’t go above and beyond any more then he did. Fantastic experience: We popped in on Saturday to book our honeymoon. We've not used a travel agent before and normally book ourselves but so glad we did for this occasion. Roy was incredibly helpful, had knowledge on lots of places and we ended up booking somewhere we didn't initially think of, and nicer than the places we were finding on our own. We weren't rushed, there was no hard sell and Roy found us exactly what we wanted despite us not giving him much to go on (sorry!). Would highly recommend this branch and we've already spoke about booking our next few holidays through Hays.

Tina and Rus were so helpful

Tiana was patient, nothing seemed too much trouble for her. Rus helped us last year and he supported Tiana. We were going to book Teneriffe, but booked Canary Islands cruise, which we are very pleased and excited about.

Holiday booking

We have booked our cruise holidays here before. This is the first one under the Hays company but still a top experience. Roy the manager has many many years of experience and it shows. It is a very busy store being situated in a very busy shopping area in Transit Way.

I have booked 4 holidays now in the last 18 months with Russell and every time he has been amazing ! Russell really listens to our needs and works hard to get us the best deal for the best experience. Russell comes up with fab recommendations and he is always very honest! If Russell doesn’t think something is going to suit us he will say and help us to find what will! Russell is always on the end of the phone for any help we need and he makes sure we have every detail covered right up the point we step on that plane ! Every holiday we have booked has exceeded our expectations and we look forward to booking many more special memories through Russell! We wouldn’t recommend anyone else ! He is fabulous!

Roy, our agent was fantastic! His knowledge of the area we were looking to travel to was second to none and at no point did we feel pressured into a particular decision. He answered all of our questions and explored lots of different options for us to make an informed choice. Will definitely be back for our next holiday.

Asked only about the travel insurance

Asked only about the travel insurance, wasn’t planning to get it, but staff was so friendly and helpful so got annual travel insurance on the day. Had some questions afterwards, emailed them and got a response with help i needed. Very good service.

Fabulous local team

Local branch used by me to book holidays for years so I have got to know the staff well, one member has been there for 20years. All greet me by my first name as I go in and always make booking holidays an enjoyable and fun experience. They always remember the last holiday I booked and always ask for feedback on it. A great team.

Our visit to Transit way could have gone better but Abby done her best ..it was one of those days that everything went wrong..passwords, frozen screens ,codes etc we persevered and got the holiday we wanted ..Abby was cheerful ,helpful and determined to get us sorted .well done Abby ✔.

Staff were very helpful. Arranged our holiday as we wanted. But the office at Transit way was small & did not have enough chairs for us.

We saw Russell,at Transit Way branch, he was so lovely. Very patient, very knowledgeable. We had a rough idea of where we wanted to go, he took his time, showed us lots of options and when we made our decision he took care of absolutely everything. Thank you!
