Below you will find tips on how to identify and manage a request from a Travel Agent:

• Operators should handle these BCPs as any normal booking or quote request
• When providing a quote, it is important to always include the gross amount for the Travel Agent (this includes TourRadar commission)
• TourRadar handles commission payouts to agents, therefore, you should not discuss this with them NOTE: If you need assistance with these BCPs, please reach out on the TourRadar tab if needed

Very convenient!

A wonderful tour

This was action packed and we saw some of the most wonderful sights of Eastern Europe. Krakow and Prague were highlights. Karolina was an amazing tour guide, full of energy and happiness. We were with a great group and everyone was caring. Probably not a tour for the more elderly due to the pace and train and bus transport, however we thoroughly enjoyed it

This tour is a real adventure

This tour is a real adventure! We loved the reindeer sleigh ride, dog sleds and snowmobile rides. Our guide Thor was outstanding—knowledgeable and helpful. More communication before the tour would have been helpful especially about what to wear. We took heavy clothing which worked out well. When at special outdoor events such as those listed above, additional clothing was provided. On the northern lights tour there was a campfire for warmth as well. The icebreaker and crab fishing were crazy fun and beyond expectations. Get your picture taken with Santa..it was worth the wait. We sent postcards that will arrive at Christmas from the village. You will drive past herds of reindeer above the attic circle. We even saw a moose! A real highlight was a visit to the Siida museum to learn about the Sami people. We also booked a ferry ride and tour to Tallinn Estonia. You can do this for an extra cost through TourRadar or the internet. Worth the cost!!! Enjoy this tour and hang on for an exciting time.

Latvia trip

It was easy to review the different tours and then to book for all the people going.

DO NOT USE TOURRADAR THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE

I booked a walking/cycling trip to Ireland through Tour Radar with a company called Exodus Travels. My credit card was charged $3500.00 on March 25, 2024. On March 27, 2024. I received an email from Tourradar that Exodus Travels had not confirmed the reservation and they reached out to them. On March March 28, 2024, Exodus Travels replied that the accommodation promised for my trip was not available and offered alternate accommodation. I accepted what was offered, immediately. I asked for confirmation so I could book my flight. I received no response from anyone to my request for confirmation. It is April 1, 2024, I just spoke to a customer rep at TourRadar and my reservation is still not confirmed and I booked my flight believing that it was confirmed as they have had my $3500.00 since March 25, 2024.

Be aware of price changes

The price and due date for payment change within an hour or two of booking. The due date for payment changed to the day I booked. I am now stuck in a holding pattern between Costsaver and Tourradar. Near impossible to get anywhere online and phone took ages.

scam company DON'T trust them

After we booked a tour, the company sent that they made a mistake on the price posting. The new price is almost double. We had already booked flights and other activities around this. Tour radar said that they are not responsible for the company that they represent and would therefore not honor the original price that they posted.

With the introduction of the FIT Inquiry Form on www.travelagents.tourradar.com , travel agents can now effortlessly obtain quotes for a wide array of customized multi-day organized adventure products directly from thousands of operators through one platform.

This solution eliminates the need for manual bundling of trips, including hotels, activities, meals, and transportation, offering seamless experiences for agents and clients.

It also revolutionizes how travel agents create organized adventures for clients. By simplifying the process of sourcing FIT products and providing access to a vast network of operators, the FIT Inquiry Form creates efficiency and choice for agents looking to deliver superior service.

FIT works in three easy steps:

• Once logged in, travel agents create a FIT inquiry from the navigation menu and complete the user-friendly form.
• Once submitted, TourRadar’s dedicated customer support team and operators step in to work their magic and create a personalized itinerary based on travel agent requests.
• Travel agents will be notified through TourRadar’s agent portal and their email with their personalized itineraries which can then be booked for their clients.

Baltic Holidays

The Baltic Countries ( also known as the Baltic States ) are located in the northeast corner of Europe, perilously close to the Russia 'bear'. They consist of  three countries: Latvia , Lithuania and Estonia . Historically, the Baltic States have often been "clustered" into one, but the three countries are fiercely independent. Under Soviet rule till 1989 when the Wall fell, these jewels of the East only became officially independent in 1991.

The Baltic Countries, as defined, encompass the Republics of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, which all were constituent republics of the former Soviet Union from 1940 until regaining their independence in 1991.

The countries all have coastlines to the Baltic Sea to their West. The Baltic Sea is possibly the largest body of brackish water in the world. As it is an inland sea, between Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland and the Baltic States, the waterflow between the Baltic Sea and the North Sea is small, meaning the countries around it are in a position to reduce pollution and make it a cleaner Baltic Sea.

What are the Baltic nations?

Is a democratic, parliamentary republic consisting of 15 counties with over 1500 amazing islands and a superb capital in Tallinn , also the largest city. With a population of 1.3 Million, Estonia is one of the least populated members of the EU, Eurozone and NATO and uses the EUR currency. Estonia holidays  are ideal for true explorers, located between Latvia to the South, Russia to the East and Finland to the North. Virtually more than half of the teritory is covered by forest and reforestation has been occurring on a large scale since independence, making a trip to Estonia an ideal choice for a nature lover.

Latvia is nestled between Estonia to the North, Russia to the East and Lithuania to the South. Latvia has a population of 2.1 Million and originally became independent in 1918. Latvia was occupied by the Soviet Union after the Second World War until its official independence in 1991. Latvia is a member of both the European Union and NATO and uses the Euro currency. Its capital, Riga , is the biggest city in the Baltic States.

Lithuania also has a parliamentary democracy and is based to the South of Latvia, with Russia to the East and Poland and Belarus to the South. Lithuania has 3.2 Million inhabitants with Vilnius as its capital. Lithuania was the first country to declare independence from the Soviet Union. They are today members of the EU, NATO, the Council of Europe and also use the Euro as their currency.

Why travel to Moscow

Contrasts: 12th century monasteries and some of the tallest skyscrapers in Europe can be found side-by-side in this complex and captivating city. The diversity of this mega-city is astounding. Only a few steps away from the solemn red facade of the Kremlin and the sounds of righteous church bells, a buzzing night scene and alternative-fashion boutiques can be found.

It would take more than two days to walk around the perimeter of the biggest city in Europe, Moscow. Many of its inhabitants barely know what’s beyond the few blocks around their flat and there are so many attractions that it’s almost impossible to know where to start. If there is such a thing as an antidote to boredom, Moscow City is it. The mind-boggling range and diversity of things to do, places to eat, parks, historical monuments and more means that a vacation in Moscow has a wealth of activities to offer for every type of traveler, from young families to retirees.

Reasons to Vacation in Moscow in 2022

The Bolshoi theatre is familiar to almost everyone as Russia’s grandest theatre, but what people don’t know is that there are many more bolshoi (big) sites in Moscow that are worth travelling all the way to Moscow to see. For more than 100 years, the world’s biggest bell has been hidden behind the Kremlin’s walls and inside Moscow’s main park (which is bigger than some countries!) there is the world’s largest outdoor ice-rink. Travelers that visit Moscow can stay at the Izmailovo, Europe’s biggest hotel, then eat at the largest and most historic McDonald’s in Europe and after that have fun at the largest European indoor theme park!

Ancient Past & Stunning Architecture:

As those who travel to Moscow will see, just because Moscow is a city of record-breaking, glitzy high-rises doesn’t mean that there is no history. On the famous Arbat street, time-worn, wooden storehouses and century-old churches are squashed up against grey, soviet blocks which are then towered over by 21st century office-blocks. Unlike its much younger sibling, St Petersburg, Moscow’s roots stretch way back to the 12th century. Within the walls of the Kremlin, the city’s oldest building the Cathedral of Assumption can be admired in all its 500+ years of age.

Culture & Convenience

For a foreigner who has never visited Russia, Moscow is the perfect stepping stone into this great land of mystery. From the country’s best classical ballet troupes to snow-white troikas trotting through the parks, all the highlights of Russian culture can be had in Moscow without any of the complications that would be expected in other, less developed regions of Russia.

Cheap as Caviar

In Moscow, everything is bargain when with the current foreign exchange rates being what they are. Even caviar doesn’t seem so dear when the exchange rate is at 60rub to the dollar, so go on indulge yourself! Take your 2022 vacation in Moscow and have the best of both worlds, with European luxury at very affordable prices.

Lena, our guide in Moscow was excellent. She was very knowledgable and could answer any question we had for her. We liked that she could pick up on our interests and take us places we might not have thought of to go. When we realized that one of the places we had chosen to see would probably not be that interesting to us, she was able to arrange entry to the Diamond Fund and the Armoury for us. Riding the Metro with Lena was a real adventure and a lot of fun. In Saint Petersburg we found Anna well versed in the history of the Tsars and in the Hermitage collection. Arkady in Veliky Novgorod was a very good guide and answered all of our questions with ease. Novgorod was perhaps a long way to go for a day trip, but we did enjoy it. Vasily was a great driver to have and kept us safe with good humour and skill. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my daughter says she is already planning to return. We would both have no hesistation to recommend ExpresstoRussia to anyone we know.

Just wanted to let you know that My grandson Bruno and I couldn´t have been more pleased with our week in Moscow (6/15 - 6/21). We were absolutely enchanted with the whole experience, including getting lost a couple of times in the Metro during our free time. Although both our guides (both Eleanas) were excellent, I would particularly commend the first one (she took us to the Tatiakov, the KGB tour, and to that beautiful cemetery where so many great Russian artists, authors, composers, musicians, militarists, and politicians are buried). Her knowledge is encyclopedic; and her understanding of today´s Russia as a product of its past was, for us, truly enlightening. I will be taking another tour in Russia, with my wife, within the next two or three years. I will be in touch with you when the time comes. Meanwhile, I will refer you to other potential visitors to Russia as I meet them.

We had a great time both in Moscow and St Petersburg. Your travel agency was excellent in coordinating the whole trip. Everything worked like clockwork. The guides assigned to us were very nice and friendly. They had a great knowledge of their subjects. The cars and the drivers were great. The hotels were good and the itinerary was good.
