" Visit the other beaches on the island. They are all beautiful and unique one from the other "

" Grab your towels first thing in the morning! Also, the steak restaurant has a longer wait, so try to get there right when they open. "

" Be patient, the are under staff but they will provide good service when they can. "

" Go to another resort if you want service at bars, room service, smiling staff who care about you and your family. "

" There isn't a scuba dive shop on site. I chose this resort because it was supposed to have one there. Everything else was nice. "
