EaseMyTrip reveals profit hikes by 125% YoY & 45.36% QoQ in its Q1 FY 2023 results

EaseMyTrip shared Q1FY23 results with a profit jump by 125 per cent to INR 33.7 crores as against a net profit of INR 14.9 crores in the corresponding quarter last year. Further, the Q1FY23 Gross Booking Revenue (GBR) stood at INR 1,663 crore generating strong and sustainable growth for its stakeholders.

EaseMyTrip inaugurates its first franchise store in Pune

EaseMyTrip.com, one of India’s largest online travel tech platforms, launches its first offline franchise retail store in Pune, Maharashtra. This is a strategic move aligned with the brand’s expansion plans through its franchise model. With this innovative approach, EaseMyTrip intends to tap its offline customer base and offer them tailored meet-and-greet experiences.

The office is situated in Parakh Capital in Pune, which is one of the prime localities in the city. The interiors of the store have a modern touch, complimenting the brand’s colour palette to ensure customers connect better and have a strong brand recall. The store will provide high-end services, ranging from flight and hotel bookings and purchasing bus, railway and group tickets to luxurious vacations, cruise and charter packages. EaseMyTrip’s Pune store will also offer add-on services of visa applications and related formalities.

Rikant Pittie, Co-Founder, EaseMyTrip, said, “Our customers are our priority, and our vision is to exceed our customers’ expectations. We aim to emerge as the ultimate destination for anything and everything related to their travel plans. The franchising network was established with this objective in mind. 1. List your top companies or businesses

When putting together a list of franchises you’d like to own, start by thinking about your favorite businesses. Consider your strengths, weaknesses and passions against what you think could make you money.

On Monday, EaseMyTrip announced plans to open physical stores in India through a franchise model. The online travel company stated that these stores, called EaseMyTrip Franchise, will provide customers with the opportunity to have an in-person retail experience.

With EaseMyTrip Franchise, the company aims to expand its customer base by reaching out to new offline customers. These physical stores will provide an opportunity for walk-in customers to experience EaseMyTrip’s services in person, thus expanding the company’s reach.

To open a Franchise Business , an individual must have a strong network of high-net-worth individuals, a group of customers, connections to societies and associations, and the ability to generate a significant amount of walk-in business.

The company has mentioned that to be eligible for opening an EaseMyTrip franchise, the person needs to have knowledge about the travel industry, sales, customer service, a good network of customers, and local contacts.
