Jane Edwards
I was a teenager when our family took its first real vacation – a charter to Las Vegas, Honolulu and San Francisco. A tour director accompanied our group and I thought , “A job involving travel, people skills, and problem solving – that’s for me!” I traveled cross-country several times during college, and upon graduation began a year-long solo adventure to Europe and North Africa.
I have been in the travel industry for 36 years now and my enthusiasm for making travelers’ dreams come true remains undiminished while my ability to make each client’s trip a satisfying one has expanded exponentially. I no longer accompany tours to places such as Copenhagen, Ireland, Switzerland or Kenya. Instead I work closely with travelers to turn their dreams into reality.
I look forward to helping you create your next amazing adventure!

The signs for this place were up forever, so my expectations were high for the new shopping centre. The design of the place is well done and all stores easily accessible. Parking is a bit scarce, but there's street parking available and turnover is high. Happy to have La Colombe here as there are few good coffee choices around (just Gryphon, really). Looking forward to trying Turning Point eventually, but it's always so crowded. Still spaces available and hope management can attract some other nice stores/restaurants as this area has been pretty underserved recently. Also anticipating opening of Bryn+Danes. Not sure what it is, but will give it a try.
I parked in their lot on 6/6/18 to have a manicure at Waxpress, (now under a different name), 903 Lancaster Ave. When I returned to my car 1.5 hours later, my car was towed by their management company, Relative Properties, Blankaschkenasy Properties. The manager of this company offered no assistance to me. One week later my $210 towing bill has not been resolved. Karen at Relative who views cameras all day to watch people parking in lot says I walked out of the Side lot instead of the Front lot so she ASSUMED I was not patronizing one of their businesses. The parking lot management nor owner of Waxpress still have not reimbursed me not only for towing but the stress of this incident. If this lot has 2 entrances they should not ASSUME where people are going once they park in their lot regardless of which direction they walk!
This business is not a positive member of our community. There is a woman who literally sits and monitors the parking lot - because that's a productive use of time. My husband and I went to XOLO for lunch but their lot was full, so given the parking lots was empty here and we always go to this center for coffee at La Columbia, we parked at very end (where there was no one) and grabbed lunch and INTENDED to grab coffee... but because this woman has nothing better to do, she had my car towed to the tune of $210. Know that as a member of this community, I will not be spending another $210 at this shopping center, much less another dime. And, I will be sharing the craziness of how this village works with other members of my community. I hope the power of sitting behind a video camera and watching people walk away from their car costs you more patrons. By the way, we live within walking distances - my daughter and her friends, my son and his... they won't be shopping there either. There's a right way to do business within a community, and there's a wrong way. You will not be winning fans this way.

Sue Davis was amazingly able to book this for me saving me hundreds of dollars compared to the cheapest fares available online. She spent considerable time and effort to secure me this ticket all for a 40.00 $ ticket fee.
