End your day by overnight stay in Hotel.

2 Day 2 : Badrinath to Joshimath to Rudraprayag

Wake up and enjoy your spiritual morning in the lap of nature. Get refreshed and have morning breakfast in the hotel, and check out from the Hotel. Drive towards Rudraprayag via Joshimath which is one of the four maths established by Guru Adi Shankaracharya. On the way visit Narsingh temple in Joshimath and later drive to Rudraprayag. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.

Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.

Vehicle Bookings

Amendments or changes after booking

If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.

Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.

• Cancellation Policy

Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :

• Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Balance Payment

• The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
• The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased price must be paid before your departure (Full and final).

No refund for unutilized services

There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as the compensation of the unutilized services.

It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.

Vyas Gufa (cave): Nearly Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have appeared the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.

Badrinath Weather: The maximum temperature will be around 18° Celsius and the average minimum is 8° Celsius. Warm and woolen clothes are hence required for a stay in Badrinath throughout the year. Winter in Badrinath is often accompanied by snow falls. Winter is very chilly with an average temperature of 5° Celsius. Due to the extreme chilly climatic conditions of weather, this time is usually closed for tourists.

Important Expert Travel Tips for Chardham:-

• While visiting Hindu mythological sites, shrines and temples, one should remove shoes and cover head with a piece of cloth before entering the Holy Place.
• Do carry your personal daily use products toiletries,  creams, moisturizers, sunscreen etc.
• Pack a medical kit with painkillers, antibiotics, cough lozenges, Antiseptic cream, Iodine, tube-squeeze cream and medicines for cold and fever. Carry your routine medicines, as you might find only limited and general medicine at such remote locations.
• Carry dark chocolates, dry fruits, Glucose (Glucon D), toffees. They will provide your instant energy during the trekking and during long jams.
• It can rain anytime here, so it is mandatory to carry an umbrella and raincoat along with your rain shoes.
• To protect yourself from the cold winds here, carry a windcheater, woolen socks, monkey caps and a muffler. These will enable you to withstand the chill that comes with wind on the upper Himalayan region.
• When asking for directions, speak to shopkeepers, not pedestrians. Check with at least two persons or more.
• Do not take pictures if cameras are not allowed in any particular area. Do not play with the sentiments of any particular religion.
• At least a month before the Yatra, it is advisable to start preparatory exercises for the trip 4 months in advance.
• Though self-managed tours happen to be economical, it is advisable for your Chardham yatra to go for a guided tour arranged by an expert local travel agent.
• Carry extra batteries and films for your camera, as electricity is not regular in such remote places.
• Avoid traveling in the rainy season as there are a lot of landslides during that time.
• Book your trip well  in advance if you are travelling close to the temple opening dates, there is a heavy rush of pilgrims. 
• Alcohol or non-vegetarian food is not permitted during Char Dham Yatra Tour.
• Drink packaged water or boiled water only.
• Accommodation Expectation: The provided hotels are of a standard Category unless you have booked Deluxe / Luxury package. Expect Basic Home stay / Guest houses in Kedarnath.
• Meals Exceptions: We provided Breakfast and Dinner to our guests it will be basic Indian vegetarian meals (We do not offer any meals in Kedarnath)
• From Sonprayag to Gaurikund our vehicles are not allowed and hence one has to go with Union Taxi by paying 40-50 Rupee Person one way.
• Be prepared for changes in itinerary 
• Do not fall victim of fraud travel agents 
• Do not negotiate hard with your travel agents as it may hamper your service quality, as the offered prices are prepared keeping in mind quality of services.

Train Connectivity: Rishikesh, Haridwar and Dehradun are well connected to major cities of India by Railway Network. 

Air Connectivity: Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun. Helicopter service to Kedarnath and Badrinath is available from Delhi, Dehradun, Phata, Augustmuni and Gauchar near Rudraprayag and Jollygrant Airport Dehradun.

If self-driving in Uttarakhand during Chardham

• Always keep your vehicle on left side of the Road.
• Use Horn at curves on hills, never overtake the overtaking vehicle.
• One should not drive more than 8 hours a day in hilly region.
• Avoid driving after sunset, as it is not allowed in hilly area of Uttarakhand.
• Use shoes instead of slippers while driving.
• Check your Brakes and Hand Brakes before starting journey.
• Check the Headlights, Break light and Parking lights of your vehicle.
• Always give way to uphill vehicles.
• Keep your vehicle's valid documents with you to avoid inconvenience.
• Before journey, make sure that fuel tank of your vehicle is full; in case of landslides you might have to take alternate long routes.
• Ensure to refuel, where ever easily you get chance, during season there might be long queues in Petrol Pumps at main stations.
• Carry first aid box with you.
• Do not drink and drive.
• In case of traffic jam, park your vehicle at the end of the queue. If you initiate a parallel queue, the traffic from other side might force you to drive in reverse gear, till you reach again at end of the original queue. And you may find it very difficult to drive long in reverse gear on a hilly road.
• Do not compete with local vehicles/drivers. They know the terrain very well.

Day 01: Dehradun - Kedarnath - Badrinath – Dehradun.

Attraction:

• Morning take off from Sahastradhara helipad in Dehradun by 07:15 AM to Phata/ Sersi helipad.
• Due to Government regulations guests are to be shifted to shuttle helicopter from same helipad to fly to Kedarnath.
• Upon arrival at Kedarnath helipad walk till Mandir which is about 300 mts from helipad. VIP darshan slips at the temple are arranged for you to have a special puja. Post Darshan fly to Phata/Sirsi & fly to Badrinath by 10 AM.

• Snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the guests at the helipads it may be plusminus 2 hours.
• Any passenger weighing above 80 Kg, shall have to pay extra weight charges @ INR 250/kg for the excess weight, toward the extra weight charges shuttle service at Sersi on direct payment basis.
• Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical checkup done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
• Any donations, tips, pitthu and porter charges shall be borne by the guests only.

Carriage By Air Act, 1972

The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injuiry suffered by passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etc as notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time.

• Infant below 2 years/12 kg are carried free of charge. In case of verification of age, ID proof/birth certificate of the child shall be checked. 
• Hand Baggage Allowance only one handbag weighing a maximum of 5 kgs is allowed per passenger. 
• Helicopter Weight Limtation Passengers would be taken on board depending up on the load and temperature conditions. Pilots call will be final. Maximum weight capacity of the helicopter is 420 kg (excluding baggage weight) at these destinations. All passengers on board must be within this limit. Hence, passengers are advised to provide us their exact weights at the time of booking and carry baggage within the permissible limit.
• Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Dehradun Jurisdiction. 
• Payment Terms the booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount. Full amount has to be deposited 7 days prior to date of journey. Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if informed 10 days before arrival date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 10 days to the arrival, then the booking would be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation chargesMore than 15 days before the departure date — 30% of total charter amount.

• Between 08th to 15th day before departure date — 50% of total charter amount.
• Up to 07th day before the departure date — No Refund.
• No show – No Refund.
• Bad weather – Full refund toward the proportionate amount of the unutilized sector(s)/Flying , minus INR 20,000 toward the flight preparation and ground arrangement charges.

Meet our driver at Haridwar morning and drive to Guptkashi via Rudraprayag & Devprayag . En route you can see the beautiful river Ganga and Alaknanda River till Rudraprayag . The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar (Vishwanath) Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi.

Guptakashi :- The name Gupt Kashi means “Hidden Benares. Mythology describes how when the Pandava brothers were searching for a glimpse of Shiva, Shivji first concealed himself at Guptkashi, but later fled from them further up the valley to Kedarnath, where the Pandavas finally got their wish fulfilled. There are more tangible connections as well-the Kedarnath pandas (priests) live in Guptkashi during the winter months, and after the Kedarnath temple closes for the winter, the image of Kedarnath passes through Gupt Kashi on its way to Ukhimath (across the valley), where it stays for the winter.

Guptkashi Weather – pleasant in summer, the temperature ranges from 25-30 degree Celsius. Cold in winters.

Day 02 Guptkashi to Kedarnath to Guptkashi (30kms by road & 19kms Trek one way) Height: 3384 MTS.

By Helicopter: Morning our driver will transfer you to your prebooked Helipad. After Back our car will drop you at Hotel for rest. ( note : helicopter ticket is not included in this package)

By Trek: Though it is difficult to go up and down from Sonprayag on the same day by trek. But it can be done if you take ponies or a helicopter while going to Kedarnath. Do coordinate well with the driver, as due to parking issue driver cannot stay at Sonprayag also network issue is also there.

Kedarnath: The Kedarnath shrine , one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated, against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva. According to legend, the Pandavas after having won over the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra war felt guilty of having killed their own brothers and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva for redemption. He eluded them repeatedly and while fleeing took refuge at Kedarnath in the form of a bull. On being followed he dived into the ground, leaving his hump on the surface. The remaining portions of Lord Shiva appeared at four other places and are worshipped there as his manifestations. The arms appeared at Tungnath , the face at Rudranath , the belly at Madhmaheshwar, and his locks (hair) with the head at Kalpeshwar . Kedarnath and the four above-mentioned shrines are treated as Panch Kedar.

Kedarnath Weather – Due to its high altitude the weather in Kedarnath remains cold for the most part of the year. Summer here is cool and pleasant while winter is severe. During the summer season, the temperature varies around 20°Celsius. Light woolen wear is recommended. The Winter season in Kedarnath is severe with the mercury falling to as low as 0°Celsius. During this time the place experiences snowfall as well. Due to the extreme climatic conditions, this time is usually avoided by tourists.

Day 03 Guptkashi to Badrinath (160kms/7hr) Height: 3133 MTS.

Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath.  Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in the evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There is another interesting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund, and the “Mukh” of the Saraswati River. Just within the three km of Badrinathjee. Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Badrinath one of the ‘Ancient Four Dhams’ is one of the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters, guarded on either side by the two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan with the towering Neelkanth Peak providing a splendid backdrop. This revered spot was once carpeted with wild berries. Thus the place got the name “Badri van”, meaning “forest of berries”.

• Tapt Kund: Natural thermal springs on the bank of the river Alaknanda, where it is customary to bathe before entering the Badrinath temple.
• Mana Village : Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet.
• Vasundhara : As the name suggests, Vasundhara is a magnificent waterfall. This place is 5 km. from Badrinath out of which 2 km. is motorable upto Mana.

Badrinath Weather: The average maximum temperature will be around 18° Celsius and the average minimum is 8° Celsius. Warm and woolen clothes are hence required for a stay in Badrinath throughout the year. Winter in Badrinath is often accompanied by snowfalls. Winter is very chilly with an average temperature of 5° Celsius. Due to the extreme climatic conditions, this time is usually closed for tourists.

Day 04 Badrinath to Joshimath to Rudraprayag (160kms/7hr)   Height: 895 MTS.

The morning after breakfast, a driver for Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Visit on the way Narsingh Temple in Joshimath later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. Check into the hotel arrival in Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.

Joshimath is situated on the slopes above the confluence of the rivers Alaknanda and Dhauliganga. Of the four ‘Maths’ established by Adi Shankaracharya, Joshimath is the winter seat of Badrinath. The idol is brought down to Joshimath and installed in the temple for people to worship. There are many other temples in the township. The most important is the temple of Nir Singh with the idol of Lord Vishnu. The left arm of this deity is getting destroyed with time and the popular belief holds that the day the arm completely withers Badrinath valley will cease to exist and the Gods will transfer the residence into the neighboring Niti Valley at Bhavishya Badri.

Rudraprayag Weather – Generally hot in summer, the temperature ranges from 35-40 degree Celsius, Winter: The Days are pleasantly cool but the nights are cold, temp ranges from 20 deg to 05 deg.

Day 05 Rudraprayag to Haridwar (165kms/5-6hr)

Morning after breakfast, drive for Haridwar via Rishikesh. Rishikesh ‘place of sages’ is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga  and is surrounded by the Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of ” Hrishikesh ” and this area hence firth came to be known as Rishikesh. Check-in Hotel. Later visit Rishikesh Temples & Sight Seeing – Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla. Drop at Haridwar.

Rishikesh: Named after the Lord Vishnu, Rishikesh is a holy city for Hindus. Located in the foothills of the Himalaya in northern India it is also known as the yoga center of the world and is home to many world-renowned ashrams. Rishikesh styles itself as the ‘Yoga Capital of the World’, with masses of ashrams and all kinds of yoga and meditation classes. Apart from temples and ashrams, Rishikesh is now a popular white-water rafting center, backpacker hang-out, and gateway to treks in the Himalaya.

Tour itinerary, day 1 haridwar - guptkashi (8 hrs).

Morning meet our representative at your Airport / Railway Station / Hotel. Drive towards Guptkashi . Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptakashi. Overnight stay at Guptakashi. ( Meals : Dinner)

Guptakashi :- The name Gupt Kashi means "Hidden Benares. Mythology describes how when the Pandava brothers were searching for a glimpse of Shiva, Shivji first concealed himself at Guptkashi , but later fled from them further up the valley to  Kedarnath , where the Pandavas finally got their wish fulfilled. There are more tangible connections as well-the Kedarnath pandas (priests) live in Guptkashi during the winter months, and after the Kedarnath temple closes for the winter, the image of Kedarnath passes through Gupt Kashi on its way to Ukhimath (across the valley), where it stays for the winter.

Guptkashi Weather   - pleasant in summer, the temperature ranges from 25-30 degrees Celsius. Cold in winters.

Day 2 Guptkashi - Kedarnath - Guptkashi (14 kms Trek one way)

Morning after breakfast drive to Gaurikund, start your trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath ( by Pony / Doli / Helicopter at your own cost ). Check in to hotel.  Return to Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi . (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

By Helicopter: Morning our driver will transfer you to your Helipad location (Phata,  Guptkashi,  Sirsi etc) as per helicopter ticket time. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket previous day. Different aviation has different location for their helicopter service. Our driver will provide you both pick and drop to hotel to Helipad. At arrival in  Kedarnath  reach  Kedarnath Temple . Visit  Kedarnath Temple . After darshan return to the helipad. Take return flight. Our driver will pick up you from helipad and take you to your hotel.

By Trek: To reach  Kedarnath  by trekking route first you have to reach  Gaurikund . We will drive to  Sonprayag  early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to  Sonprayag . From  Sonprayag  5 kms drive to  Gaurikund  local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeeps guests can book directly at own cost.  Gaurikund  to Kedarnath is further 14 Kms trek. Due to long trek guests needs to start very early in the morning. Get packed breakfast from hotel to start early. Horse / Pony / Palakhi is also available for trekking at Gaurikund. Guests can book that at own cost. Visit  Kedarnath Temple . Later trek down to Gaurikund. Take jeep to  Sonprayag  at own cost. Our driver will pick up you from  Sonprayag  and take you to your hotel.   There is a big parking issue so driver willpark the vehicle at    other place if hiscontact no. is not working then you have to arrange other taxi or wait for your driver.

Kedarnath : The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated, against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range.

Kedarnath Weather   - Due to its high altitude the weather in Kedarnath remains cold for the most part of the year. Summer here is cool and pleasant while winter is severe. During the summer season, the temperature varies around 20°Celsius. Light woolen wear is recommended. The winter season in Kedarnath is severe with the mercury falling to as low as 0°Celsius. During this time the place experiences snowfall as well. Due to the extreme climatic conditions, this time is usually avoided by tourists.

Day 3 Guptkashi - Badrinath (9 hrs)

Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath . Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath.  Overnight stay at Badrinath. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in the evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spots like Mana village , Vyas Gufa,   Mata Murti Temple ,  Charanpaduka,  Bhimkund and the "Mukh" of the  Saraswati River. Just within the three km of Badrinath Ji. Overnight stay at Badrinath .

Badrinath Weather : The average maximum temperature will be around 18° Celsius and the average minimum is 8° Celsius. Warm and woolen clothes are hence required for a stay in Badrinath throughout the year. Winter in Badrinath is often accompanied by snowfalls. Winter is very chilly with an average temperature of 5° Celsius. Due to the extreme climatic conditions, this time is usually closed for tourists.

Day 4 Badrinath - Joshimath - Rudraprayag (7 hrs)

Morning enjoy the after breakfast, drive for Rudraprayag via Joshimath . Visit on the way Darshan of VishuPrayag, Narsingh Temple in  Joshimath , KarnPrayag and NandPrayag. Check into the hotel arrival in Rudraprayag . Overnight stay at Rudraprayag. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Rudraprayag is one of the Panch Prayag (five confluences) of Alaknanda River. It is confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini.   Kedarnath , a Hindu holy town is located 86 km from Rudraprayag.

Rudraprayag Weather   - Generally hot in summer, the temperature ranges from 35-40 degree Celsius, Winter: The Days are pleasantly cool but the nights are cold, temp ranges from 20 deg to 05 deg.

Day 5 Rudraprayag - Haridwar/Rishikesh

Morning after breakfast, drive for Haridwar  / Rishikesh . Rishikesh 'place of sages' is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. Drop at Airport / railway station. (Meals: Breakfast)

• There is no deluxe facilities in Kedarnathji due to high altitude. There only serve you bed system.
• As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. valid identifications documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Drivers License, Aadhar Card. All the documents must include a photograph.
• Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
• Generally hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirm early check in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact hotel directly if you want complimentary early check in or late check out.
• If meals are included in package it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Hotels decide the menu and options of items for menu. Some hotels having Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or
• Fixed Menu during low occupancy in hotel – This meal credit amount is decided by hotel management – if bills goes above the given meal credit amount then extra amount should be paid directly at respective hotel. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at many hotels. Normally in Chardham you will get north
• Indian type food only and most of the standard and deluxe hotels give thali if meals are included in package.
• Breakfast Timing: 07:00 Am to 09:00 AM And Dinner: 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM (About the timing you can contact hotel management before.)
• Normally for extra bed on double sharing rooms many hotels has rollaway bed while rest of the hotels provide extra mattress only. If you are not comfortable with mattress system instead of bed let us know in advance.
• In hill areas or Chardham many hotels don’t have ac so if you insist ac only kindly confirm with the company regarding the same. Lift facility & power back up is not available in most of the hotels in Chardham. Wifi facility and room heater is mostly chargeable but don’t expect good wifi in Chardham hotels due to network issues most of the time.
• Most of the hotels in Chardham are not running full year so don’t expect similar service and room quality like you get in Haridwar-Rishikesh in the same price range. Especially in may June and other busy days the budget/standard hotels in Chardham can cost more than deluxe hotel in Haridwar-Rishikesh or Delhi. Also if you want to stay good hotels with good reviews you need to book at least 3 months before in may June and 1-2 month before in Oct Nov season as good hotels are mostly booked in advance by groups. In Kedarnath there is only basic dharamshala / budget hotel type basic facility only even if your package is luxury in Kedarnath don’t expect even deluxe rooms.

Vehicle Terms & Conditions:

• AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle. Hill areas will start from Dehradun onwards as well from Rishikesh onwards and ac will not work beyond those points. If you want AC in the hills during road journey then the rates per vehicle A/C Per day at Hills are: Indigo/Dzire/Etios @ Rs 300 per day, Innova /Tavera/Bolero @ Rs 400 per day and Tempo 12 seater @ Rs 500 per day.
• Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact company. Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform company in advance or discuss these things with company rather than driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However in case of sometime issues with some particular place we can adjust. In Chardham route some of the places are not on the way like Trijuginarayan , Lakhamandal , Auli , Kalimath , Neelkanth Mahadev , AdiBadri , Bhavishya Badri etc. Kindly contact directly to company in case you want to include these places rather than driver.
• Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
• We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
• In case the driver is not cooperative kindly contact company on the spot.
• Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.
• In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
• Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation before booking)
• In case you want multiple visit to the some particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are having very high charges of parking.
• Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change)
• The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the prices increased more than 5 % than the time of booking we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
• Company reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
• At many of the tourist destination / hill station - some of the road / shopping market / mall road have "NO ENTRY" for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depends on destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation guest have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on direct payment basis, this cost is not included in ideal package inclusion.
• Some time vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
• No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
• No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
• Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
• All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance amount towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by company.
• Company Here by expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdictions or country other than India. Company considers itself and intends to the jurisdictions only of the court of Haridwar, Uttarakhand India.
