Closed ticket office and terible staff

The ticket office in Westham Stadum was closed 15 min after the start of the game. Security guards outside told me to go to the "main office" which is for the away teams and when I went there I was told P1 travel tickets are not allowed there only at the original location. I explained to staff that noone is there and all they said is sorry. Terrible terrible experience! I hate the service and I want a refund which I will never get. Just rubbish.

Good way to get premiere League tickets but process can be improved

P1 is a very nice portal to have a chance getting tickets for great events such as Premiere League matches. Bad thing is about re-scheduled games taht often occurs. As tickets cannot be reimboursed in that specific case, it should be great to have a "resale" section with the portal; It is something that exists for concerts in some english website. All ltickets that has been purchased through P1 only would be eligible and then people can resale tickets for the same price (or less) because thay cannot attend anymore to the game due to date change.

We had a good day.

I was unaware I was not purchasing tickets direct from West Ham but communication later alerted me. However despite not being able to obtain tickets digitally the experience was great. We had no problem picking up tickets from box office on day, entrance via Academy was smooth, and we enjoyed having bar on doorstep to good seats. And West Ham won!

First experience of P1

First experience of P1. Great value with complimentary drinks and programme. Facilities were first class and had that corporate entertainment feel with cushioned seating with plenty of room and great view. Only caveat is you have to pick up your tickets with ID and allow 40 mins for that.

Never book any ticket with P1

Never book any ticket with P1. They are simply steeling money. In our case the football match has been postponed by club with one day. We were not able to attend on the new day and didn’t receive the refunds.

My first experience of using P1 Travel was excellent. I took my father and my son to the Real Madrid v RB Leipzig Champions League Quarter Final. EPL tickets

Went to Manchester United v Everton and West Ham v Burnley. Tickets arrived as promised a few days before the matches. I think the negative reviews are from those who don't understand that the fixture dates can change. My advice is do not plan to watch a match the same weekend there are cup matches. Also understand that a match can be played any day between Friday and Monday and you will not know until a few weeks before the match. It is very difficult to make travel plans for EPL matches but it can be done

Event -football match-date change at last minute

Date of West Ham football match changed from a Sat to a Monday. We were not informed of this change -found it out by chance. We had flights and hotel booked to attend this match so hugely disappointed we could not attend. No refund possible, not even a credit for another booking. Will NEVER use this site again.

Amazing communication! I got the tickets the day before the game. We had amazing seats in the stadium. Very well organised!

Start of matches can be moved, money is gone!

Please note that the start date of football matches can be moved! I personally experienced that I had bought tickets from P1 travel for Westham United 2 months before the match was to be played on a Saturday afternoon. Also booked the flight for that weekend. I receive a message 2 weeks in advance that the match has been moved to the following Monday evening, while I am on the plane home. You will not get your money back (it is stated in the small print) My tip: take a 1-year membership (£25) of the club of your choice and wait on the club's website until tickets become available. There are always season ticket holders who sell their place back to the club for 1 match and these then appear on the sales site. You have to be patient but it works perfectly. Even our own supporters do it this way, because they are on a waiting list for a season ticket. This is also cheaper than purchasing your ticket through an intermediary such as P1 travel.

2024 F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix tix available for Nevada residents

L as Vegas locals’ exclusive opportunity to purchase tickets to the 2024 Formula One Las Vegas Grand Prix started Friday, with more general admission tickets available this year.

The Nevada resident presale runs through 11:59 p.m. Sunday, when fans can purchase three-day and single-day tickets to the race, scheduled for Nov. 21-23. Buyers must have a Nevada address associated with the credit card they use to purchase tickets. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Monday.

Locals noted they wanted more affordable options after last year’s inaugural race, and race officials responded by adding 7,000 general admission tickets for the 2024 event.

“Well, they were gone in a minute (last year), so we wanted to have more available,” Las Vegas Grand Prix Chief Operating Officer Betsy Fretwell said. “To be able to learn about the race and see what is happening here in Vegas firsthand. We’ve more than tripled the number of GA tickets available for our locals and they get first dibs.”

General admission zones include the Flamingo zone located on the Koval Lane straightway, Caesars Palace zone at the namesake hotel and the Sphere zone, located around the LED screen wrapped arena.

The general admission tickets start at $150 for single-day tickets in the Flamingo Zone to the practice session Nov. 21. Three-day general admission tickets start at $600 and the new three-of-a-kind package, allowing fans to take in the race in a different spectator zone each day, start at $2,100.

“They’re going to be able to have different levels of hospitality and views of the race if they buy the three-of-a-kind plan,” Fretwell said. “Different levels of food and beverage, different track viewing, including all of the activations.”

The Sphere spectator zone was where big name musical acts performed throughout the inaugural race weekend, and Fretwell anticipates the area will again be a popular viewing zone this year.

“The Sphere zone, that was super popular, we’re upping our game there,”Fretwell said. “People are really going to enjoy that.”

Fans looking for an elevated viewing experience can do so with the new shared hospitality areas, Club Overtake and the Turn 3 Club. Three-day tickets for Club Overtake, located on Koval, start at $5,5000, with tickets to the Turn 3 Club, located in the footprint of the F1 pit building, starting at $8,900.

These zones feature all-inclusive food and beverages, including beer and wine, with the Turn 3 Zone also featuring all-inclusive spirits.

Other high-end viewing experiences are available for as much as $35,000 for a three-day ticket to the F1 Garage. That upscale package includes a viewing area in a garage of the pit building, access to the rooftop club, all-inclusive food and beverage options, including alcohol, meet and greets with racing legends and a pit lane walk and truck tour of the race’s circuit.

Race officials are also working on other ways locals can participate in race weekend, with those details still being finalized.

“There are going to be other activations that happen during the race, we’re still working on building that out right now.” Fretwell said. “We’ve learned a lot over the year, and we’re going to build out an entire opportunity for folks to take full advantage of this incredible investment that we made here in the Las Vegas area.”

Bought 2 tickets from P1 TRAVEL to watch a football match while we were in Rome. So easy to do and was only 25 euro per ticket, chose where we wanted to sit in stadium, the tickets were emailed the next day and off we went. Definitely use this site again, no problems at all 👍🏻

I was as skeptical of P1 as you

Just for clarity I was as skeptical of P1 as you are. I wanted to get tickets for a Liverpool match which are either as rare as hen's teeth or require a second mortgage. Found P1 and they had tickets and at a reasonable price and I couldn't find the catch. Some of the bad reviews made me nervous but so long as the match date is fixed you're fine. We got 2 seats in the home end and a hotel. Everything went to plan, tickets came through from LFC, and the hotel confirmed the room, so all we had to do was get to Anfield. My experience was problem free and I would recommend P1, they delivered.

Mixed experience with P1

Genuinely pleased with the hospitality package purchased through P1 for the Inter v Genoa match at the San Siro. However my family & I incurred over £700 of additional expenses as the game was moved from Sunday to Monday and we weren't informed till 48 hours before the event when we received our tickets. Upon querying this with P1 they stated that I should have been checking websites however with a gap of 4-5 months till an event I don't feel this is very practical. Rather, a low cost IT solution could be provided by P1 to automate an email alert to customers informing them of event date changes. This wouldn't mean P1 are liable for refunds but could allow customers to make changes to personal arrangements in a more cost effective manner. My family's extra expense in this regard prevents me from giving a higher review than 3 stars.

Doubletree Disappointment

As a lifelong (well since 9 years of age) supporter of Liverpool Football Club, I was very excited about going to Anfield. On the whole the experience was ok. The football ground, the game, the hospitality were EXCELLENT. Getting away afterwards was not a pleasant experience and was very difficult to get any form of transport from the ground. The hotel (Doubletree by Hilton) claimed to be five star but fell far short of that claim, but still charged 5 star prices. The bar was closed when we arrived back at the hotel before 11pm. The reason was there was a wedding being dealt with and there were no staff. So we can make do with room service!! No there were no staff to provide that either. Very shoddy and nothing back from the Hilton about my complaint. The only thing that is 5 star about that hotel is the prices charged. Liverpool is a vibrant city and the overall experience was spoiled by the very poor hotel.

Booked tickets for my nephew's for a…

Booked tickets for my nephew's for a Saturday 3pm game for Xmas (first WH game ever) the game was later changed to a Monday night! Two months prior to the game I contacted P1 to change for any Saturday 3pm game as my nephew would’ve be allowed to attend a game on a Monday night (6 and 7 years) they refused and told me they would not consider or change. I go to games everywhere and if the date get changed refunds or changes are always offered. Unfortunately not with P1 I ended up having to give the tickets away.

Real Madrid v Girona

I found P1Travel amazing! I booked tickets in October for a match in Madrid in February and was pleasantly surprised with how professional and helpful they were right up to the time of the match. We were greeted at the manchester hotel…

We were greeted at the manchester hotel by staff members who made us feel welcome from the second we arrived. The hotel was fantastic and couldnt have asked for more. Our hospitality package was equally as good where we were welcomed with drinks vouchers and fantistic choice of asian food. Man city were of course amazing and we no issues getting from the hotel to and from the stadiam via public transport.(advice from hotel staff ).Overall a great experiance and would advise to anyone traveling as family. Well done to P1 travel.

Honestly, I was abit worried about booking! You can never be too careful nowadays.. But everything was excellent, tickets arrived 2 days before our trip to watch Tottenham man city in the fa Cup. Lazio - Rome

Got some tickets for the Lazio vs Byern Munich game in Rome last week through P1 Travel. All instructions were very clear and communication was really good. Only reason why I’ve not rated it 5* is the price we paid but that was our choice to pay and it’s their business!

Avoid!. These tickets cost an eye-watering £464 via P1Travel. For that, we had one free pint each, a program and the chance to purchase food in the Great Briton bar. This might not be so bad were it not for the quality of the seats, which were almost at the back of the stadium's upper tier. Even that might not have been the worst of it were it not for the fact that we were surrounded by Arsenal supporters. They made no effort to disguise the fact that they were there to support their team, filming key moments.  I would estimate that 50% of the people surrounding us were Arsenal fans, 25% tourists, and a minority actually West Ham. I hope that you might listen to this feedback to fix what ought to be a dream day out for West Ham's loyal fans. At the moment, it feels like nothing less than a huge rip-off.

Bought tickets and hotel for my husband's birthday as he is a life long Tottenham fan. Tickets arrived in plenty of time. Easy to download and print. Will definitely use this company in the future

Great Day Out

Sceptical at first about purchasing tickets through P1 travel UK, but everything was great. Excellent price for match tickets, did not feel as though I was overcharged. We were kept up to date about KO time changes. Tickets arrived with time to print off, only problem was that the pdf's were protected so had to print as png files. Everything went great getting in and the seats were excellent. Reassuring to see that P1 Travel were being shown on stadium advertising as Official Partner.
