How do I purchase tickets for this Charleston ghost tour?
Select ‘Purchase Tickets’ in the menu on this site.
We strongly encourage cash gratuities after the tour concludes.
Is this walking ghost tour through Charleston appropriate for children?
Yes. The tour changes based on who is present. If there are small children who are easily scared, the tour will be more on the creepy side and less on the graphic or adult side. If the tour is comprised entirely of adults, the tour can be quite graphic, including some mild sexual content. Keep in mind, you are learning the true, twisted, horrifying history of real death and mayhem in Charleston.
What if it rains, or if the tour is cancelled?
We do not generally cancel tours because of bad weather, except in the most extreme cases. If we do, we will contact you, and you will receive a full refund no later than 7 business days after the cancellation. Aside from that, we have a 24 hour cancellation window for customers.

If our company cancels or no-shows a tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund no later than seven business days after cancellation. Please do not seek a refund if you cancel within 24 hours of tour start time, because holding a reservation means denying other potential customers (sometimes with large groups) those spaces. Within 24 hours of tour start time, no refunds / credits / time exchanges will be given, for any reason, even emergencies. All redeemed third-party vouchers are non-refundable, and no credits or exchanges are guaranteed (unless our company cancels your tour).
Book Now! $34 !
To book, select ‘Purchase Ticket’ in the menu on this site.

Although this is a family-tour, the historical stories and folklore can be frightening and / or graphic. Your guide will attempt to use discretion in the presence of children, however the facts about these hauntings are essential elements of the tour.
If a pet is being disruptive or threatening, owner and pet may be dismissed without refund. Tour host is in no way liable for conduct of pets during tour.
Anyone disruptive, or under heavy influence of drugs or alcohol, may be dismissed without refund.
Within 24 hours of tour start time, no refunds / credits / time exchanges will be given, for any reason, even emergencies (unless we no-show or cancel).
