SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I had a bad experience with Smile Travel, so I caution others to be careful. My parents booked a cruise through them for $2652, but unfortunately, my mother was hospitalized and could not travel. When we contacted the travel agent, Victoria, she informed us that they could only refund the taxes, and that the cruise company would need to process the refund. We reached out to MSC Cruises, who confirmed that they could not refund the money since the booking was made through a travel agency, but exceptions could be made if we provided discharge papers and a letter from the surgeon. However, despite months of calling and emailing, we haven't received any solution. The travel agent tried to help by contacting MSC, but even after waiting on hold for 3 hours and sending emails, we didn't receive any response. When I spoke to the owner/manager, LUISA, she became angry and unprofessional, yelling at me and refusing to take responsibility. She even suggested that we should have taken trip insurance. As a customer, I feel disrespected and frustrated by the lack of professionalism and compassion. I hope others are more careful when booking travel with Smile Travel.I had a bad experience with Smile Travel, so I caution others to be careful.

DO NOT USE THEM SAVE YOUR TRIP AND YOUR MONEY! They scammed me out of $1,000 and every step of my trip was an absolute disaster because of their terrible service! Please, you're better off booking the trip yourself. My card was declined, so I paid by check and all was well. But my flight was cancelled and they said they'd take care of it at no extra expense. Turns out they ended up using my credit card behind my back, without my permission, to pay for the flight! They refused to pay me back the full amount. Even so, they did nothing to rectify everything that went wrong. DO NOT BOOK A TRIP WITH THESE PEOPLE! I AM WARNING YOU! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS WHO WILL RUIN YOUR TRIP AND STEAL YOUR MONEY! I am reporting them to the Attorney General's office for consumer fraud.

Terrible! Messed up itinerary, can't get anything of a receipt. Went to Rome, then Calabria was fine one way then coming home I had the wrong flight times, itinerary said 8 AM from Calabria to Rome, but was really 12:20, had to stand in lines for hours before we could get that settled then found out the names were messed up on the reservations. Will never use them again, I would rather book my own at least I will know what to expect, also when in need they NEVER reply to emails especially after you have paid them already. Thanks to all of this my family & I had to get up at 4am Italy time, and not make it to JFK until 7PM NY time. NEVER AGAIN!

I've been waiting for this agency to come on yelp for sooo long just so i could write a review ! and i finally have the chance This travel agency is in my neighborhood and i came here in hopes of finding a better rate on my trip to Europe (Italy and Greece) after checking expedia, travelocity and kayak. First thing I notice when i walk in is how nicely decorated the place is, i swear i forgot i was in a brooklyn office, this place looked like somebody's living room/. Within 30 minutes i walked out with my whole trip booked and with an extra $120 !! that i wouldn't have had if i had gone with a travel cite. The agent was very nice and willing to work with me to help me get what i want. She even let me leave a deposit to hold my seats and come in the day after to pay the full amount which is never possible online. Highly recommended!!!

Never purchase tickets from this agency, they rip you off and make you feel like your getting a deal. The people who work in their are obnoxious and have no manners. Everything has to be paid in cash they accept no checks or credit cards. NEVER BOOK YOUR TICKETS FOR ANYHRING HERE!!

Overall we enjoyed the whole trip a lot. Moscow is beautiful and clean. Thank you very much for your patience and excellent organization of this tour. Everything ran very smoothly and according to schedule. The guides met us on time at hotels or at our train carriage on arrival. They all spoke good English, had a good local knowledge and were very kind and helpful.

In October 2022, I was the scientific leader of an expedition in the Limi region whose logistics were organised by Smiling Eyes. Sagar and his team organised this difficult mission in an impressively professional and uncomplicated manner. From the arrival in Kathmandu to the domestic flights and the coordination with the locals, we always felt very well taken care of.

It was very helpful that Sagar and his team come from the region and thus not only know the language but also the locals personally. This was essential for the successful implementation of the field campaign. Local knowledge was fundamental for the safety and implementation of the field campaign. Even though we had to reschedule things due to the bad weather, Sagar always found the best possible alternative. I will continue to use the services of Smiling Eyes for our scientific field campaigns, but also for my private expeditions in Nepal. Many thanks to Sagar and his team.

I was the only female participant of a scientific expedition to the Limi Valley in the fall of 2022. It was my first time trekking for such a long distance and in such harsh environment. Sagar and his team managed everything very well and gave us a lot of support, so that we could complete the journey safe and sound. This trip is one of the best memories of my life and I can’t wait to go trekking in Nepal again – and of course with Smiling Eyes 🙂

Awesome Vacation – Linda helped us select an all inclusive, adult only resort. She provided us with several location, several resorts and the pros and cons of each . Kinda was also able to provide us with her experience, or her clients experience at each of the resorts. We selected Secrets Royal Beach and Linda was able to get us an upgrade. Our room was 5 steps from the lazy river pool. Linda also provided us with tips on what to bring with us. In Moscow we offer you a city tour to discover most of the city in an original way as well as a night tour to admire the lights. Our pubcrawl is ideal to explore Moscow’s night-life and have fun. If you are craving to discover Russian culture, come impress your senses during our monastery diner or join our 100% Russian Banya Excursion . The latest will also bring you to Sergiyev Posad and it’s famous monastery!
