Jennifer has worked at the Mattress Factory, Brooklyn Museum of Art and SLB Radio Productions. She is co-author of the award-winning book, "Pittsburgh Signs Project: 250 Signs of Western Pennsylvania." For 15-plus years, she was co-coordinator and marketing director with Handmade Arcade, Pittsburgh's first and largest independent craft fair. She makes music as The Garment District and is a founding member of Brooklyn's The Ladybug Transistor.

Pittsburgh zoo & ppg aquarium trip.

An event hosted by Student Activities Board

Student Activities Board will be providing students the opportunity to attend the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium Saturday, Sept. 24. Cost is $8 per student. Transportation will be provided with the bus leaving Miller Hall at 10:30 a.m. Students may attend by signing up on MyConnect starting Aug. 29.

  5. Experience: Wild Encounters

    This exciting 45-minute experience will include a discussion about the elephants at the ICC, an up-close elephant training observation, and a Q&A session! These encounters will run weekly through the winter and early spring on Thursdays and Saturdays at 1:00 p.m. Experiences could be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled due to weather conditions.
