Cramlington Branch

Welcome to the Hays Travel Cramlington branch where I am proud to be the manager. I have over 20 years experience. I love holidays to the Balearics and giving advice and support within the branch. Let me introduce you to my team:

Katie is our new Assistant Manager having been with the branch since it opened. She has travelled the East coast of Australia and toured the USA - so when it comes to long haul holidays she is the perfect choice. Lucy has over 10 years experience and is our Tenerife expert. She is full of personality and loves travel. Jess has been with Hays for 4 years now. She loves Dubai and enjoys helping in foreign exchange. Faye has over 20 years experience and has a real passion for travel, loves sharing her knowledge. Hannah and Ellie are our apprentices working hard to learn the job to provide a great experience for our customers in store. Lynsey is our newest member to Cramlington, she has a passion for cruise and a welcoming smile. Deborah is our Foreign Exchange Consultant. She has all the information you need to make sure you receive a great exchange rate. She stocks all major currencies and should you find her without, she can order in whatever you need within a short space of time.

We look forward to welcoming you to our branch!

As part of our efforts to improve the community where we work and live we visited the Lancaster House and provided a festive afternoon for all residents. This was not a fundraising event, it was to give to the community on an area that had some of their funding cut. We wanted to provide some entertainment and make their day different and more exciting. We went down with a festive buffet, painted the ladies’ nails and played bingo. Hayley sang for them, and we also had some fabulous Christmas gifts donated by the local stores around.

To round off the year, we also raised an amazing £1,040 for Motor Neuron Disease from our coach trip to Edinburgh Christmas Markets. We would like to thank everybody that donated and came along to make some special memories with us!

Four Day Break away

I wanted a 4 day break away and was looking at Benidorm, prices were too high but after talking with Claire we looked at other places, places I had never thought about. I decided on Ibiza, Claire was excellent and sorted everything out for me, clearly stating when I would next hear from them and confirmed that luggage and transfers were all included, giving me peace of mind.

excellent service once again Lisa got us amazing price for Newcastle airport parkin and fast tract. all staff are wonderful and always greeted with a friendly smile and always make us feel part of the Hays family. Went in to holiday

Went in to check on another holiday and ended up swapping to the one of reccomended The member of staff we spoke to was great guiding us through the stages could not set up dd at time but was contacted early next day and set up over phone Had nothing but a1 first class service would not go anywhere else

A 5 star reliable service

Used Hays Cramlington a few times now and wouldn’t think to go anywhere else, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We have always dealt with Claire who is incredibly knowledgeable on so many aspects of travel, is friendly, approachable and goes out of her way to find answers to any questions we have or help us with other areas of our bookings. She is a total credit to Hays and I hope we get the opportunity to book many more holidays with her.
