Tours of the Exhibitions
The museum education staff conducts tours for University Students, K-12 students, and community groups. Please see the Education dropdown menu for the appropriate tour.
Campus Art Walks
Around almost every corner, there’s a surprise. Works of art are found across UConn’s Storrs campus, but what do they represent? And who made them? Join your friends and colleagues for a lunchtime walk while you learn about the art on UConn’s campus. Wear your walking shoes! Do the Art and Sculpture Hunt using your mobile phone.
Planning your Group Tours
Exhibitions change frequently, so please call ahead for current exhibition information or check our website for a preview of upcoming attractions.
Guided Tours of current exhibitions are available. Please see the Education dropdown menu for more information.
Self-Guided Tours are welcomed. However, it is important to schedule your small group tour in advance so there is no conflict with other scheduled tours and so we don’t exceed our capacity. Please schedule your tour by email .
Large groups We can only accept groups in limited numbers during Covid.
Length of tour is approximately 45 minutes or more if you are including a writing activity or project.
Cost of guided tour is $5 per person
Lunch is available in The Beanery Cafe in the building or steps away at the UCONN Student Union where there is plenty of seating and your group can bring their own lunch or buy it there. We also have a lovely shade garden behind the museum that is perfect for picnicking.
Late Arrival Policy is for groups arriving more than 15 minutes late. We cannot guarantee their full scheduled tour. Prompt arrival is essential. If you are going to be late, please call 860-486-4520 to let us know.
Tour Cancellations or rescheduling, the day before or the day of the tour, please call 860-486-1711 AND 860-486-4520 to notify us.

Instructions.
Current UConn students can reserve a Homer Babbidge Library group study room online.
All you need is your NetID!
- Click above link: "Reserve Group Study Room"
- Find the room that you want on the left, and select the time that you want your reservation to start in the calendar grid to the right.
- At the bottom of the screen, select the time you want your reservation to end, then hit "Submit Times."
- Enter your NetID and password.
- Hit the "Continue" button if all of your reservation information is correct.
- Hit the "Submit My Booking" button to complete your reservation. You'll receive an email confirmation.
- Show up to the room on time with at least one other member of your group.
Cancel Reservation
Login to view your scheduled classes with MyRec and submit a cancellation.

We are excited that you have chosen to enjoy lunch in one of our on-campus dining units. Please provide the following information.
Tax Exempt Filing Information
To waive the tax amount on meals, the State of Connecticut requires a CERT-123 form to be submitted and approved by the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services (CT DRS) for tax exemption on meals. If this form is not approved by DRS and received by the date of your event, we will be required by the State of CT to charge a Sales Tax on meals, of 7.35%.
- Instructions for submission are listed on the form. Once it is approved by DRS, kindly forward a copy to Beatrice Nerbonne with Dining Services at [email protected] .
- For questions or concerns regarding this form, please call the CT Department of Revenue Services at 860-297-5962 .
- Please know processing times may be delayed due to COVID-19. Please submit this form to CT DRS at your earliest convenience to allow enough time for processing and approval.

Tax Exempt Filing Information. To waive the tax amount on meals, the State of Connecticut requires a CERT-123 form to be submitted and approved by the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services (CT DRS) for tax exemption on meals. If this form is not approved by DRS and received by the date of your event, we will be required by the State of CT to charge a Sales Tax on meals, of 7.35%.
