Description
Unparalleled suspension – from crawling to fast desert driving.
The first-ever TRUE production long travel suspension system for the 2021+ Ford Bronco. We engineered this kit to provide maximum performance under all conditions. Whether you’re crawling over boulders, climbing hills, or blasting across the desert, our ProRunner suspension system is designed to provide articulation and stability in the most unforgiving terrain.
Our rear long travel system utilizes a completely re-engineered upper shock mount, allowing for taller and larger diameter 3.0 internal bypass King coilovers with long-finned remote reservoirs and compression adjusters to deliver performance for extended periods with minimal shock fade. This is a fully adjustable 4-link long arm suspension system with rear track bar, made from 2″x 0.250″ DOM tubes, adjustable RockJock Johnny Joints for ultimate strength and serviceability. The long arm system is capable of 16.5″ of wheel travel, and designed for maximum articulation as well as smooth tracking on the pavement. The rear suspension system has an available King 2.0 adjustable bump stop kit with mounting brackets for a smooth landing when coming down or taking a hard hit. King 2.5 triple bypass shocks can also be added as an option, and will bolt onto the included upper and lower shock mounts.
The stock Bronco rear drivetrain is not well-suited for abuse on larger tires. This system comes standard with an APG re-enforced Ultimate Dana 60 rear axle, widened to match the 7″ wider track width of our ProRunner front suspension. The carrier is a standard 5.38 gear ratio with an electronic locking differential. The axle comes pre-tabbed for our suspension and includes all hardware to directly bolt into your Bronco. This allows you to get the most from your suspension system on 37″ or 40″ tires without the worry of damaging your drivetrain. Also included in the kit is an upgraded HD double Cardan CV rear driveshaft with 1350 U-joints for added strength.
This system is complete with all necessary hardware and mounting brackets, and requires professional installation and fabrication. THIS IS NOT A BOLT-ON SUSPENSION SYSTEM.
Our ProRunner rear long travel system includes the following:
- Upper Long Arms W/Johnny Joints (pair)
- Lower Long Arms W/Johnny Joints (pair)
- Adjustable Track Bar W/Johnny Joints+ Upper Bracket
- 3.0 Shock Tower and Frame Weld kit for lower links
- Ultimate Dana 60 Rear Axle Assembly (5.38 gear ratio – electronic locking differential – 7″ wider than stock)
- HD Rear Driveshaft with 1350 U-joints
- All necessary Grade 8 hardware

Our Camburg FOX 2.5 Performance Elite DSC Series kit is the ultimate mid travel suspension system for your Ford Bronco utilizing FOX’s 2.5 series of shocks and our uniball upper arms.
If you want the best in performance and style for your new Ford Bronco, the FOX 2.5 DSC coilover kits are the way to go. These give you the ability to lift and vastly improve the ride quality both on and off-road. Each coilover is designed to gain maximum wheel travel with an aftermarket upper arm all while keeping CV joints, tie rods, uni-balls and ball-joints in their working ranges. FOX’s have a 2.5″ diameter shock body for added oil capacity for aggressive use both on and offroad. Based on their race shocks, they are fully rebuild-able and revalve-able for optional tuning and maintenance. The remote external reservoirs increase the oil capacity for lower operating temperatures and the Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster gives remarkable versatility and precise tuning. A simple twist of either two adjuster knobs allows twelve separate low-speed and ten high-speed compression levels. The integrated coil spring can be adjusted for preload and ride height and comes pre-set to level your vehicle right out of the box.
After lifting your truck, the stock upper arms become the limiting factor and hold back your suspensions performance. Our upper arms address these issues and more. You can choose between our tubular and billet uniball arms depending on your budget and type of use. We’re able to increase wheel travel with a part that is considerably stronger and will last longer under extreme conditions. We also engineered the arms with more caster and changed the camber curve to correct geometry so the vehicle aligns correctly and improves driving characteristics and handling both on and off-road. For more info on all our arms, check out their individual product pages to help make your choice.
In the rear we go with a pair of FOX’s 2.5 Performance Elite DSC remote res. coilovers They have a substantial increased oil capacity due to their size and have a lot more control and damping. These also have FOX’s Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters for low and high speed compression to really dial the ride in. Since they are longer in length they increase rear wheel travel and articulation.
As an upgrade we recommend one of our rear lower trailing arm kits. They’re considerably stronger, pivot on 1″ uniball bearings for more wheel travel and articulation and increase ground clearance.

Lift amounts, tire and wheel sizing, suspension specifications, etc. are generalized as they can vary slightly from vehicle to vehicle with so many production variables between manufactures, products and vehicle options/packages from the factory. We’re supplying you the best information at our disposable along with the information supplied to us from the brands we sell. With so many variables of wheel size, offset/backspacing, tire size, brands and styles, the amount of lift and specific suspension components installed, etc., you may need to trim plastic/sheet metal and/or modify the body mount behind the front tires to eliminate tire rubbing.

- 1inch Lift Over Stock

- Increased Preload But Still Rides Great On The Street
- Price Is For The Pair
When we designed and tested the Bronco Raptor CAS system, we made sure to keep the ride as factory as possible. Ford and Fox Racing Shox nailed the suspension on the Bronco Raptor. By only lifting the front 1 inch max, it levels out the truck, but doesn't add so much preload that the truck is bouncy or stiff. If you're in the market for a tuffer look, but not willing to sacrifice ride comfort, look no further than our front CAS (Coil Adjustment System).
New Bronco Suspension
The Ford Bronco was the first sport-utility vehicle developed by Ford, starting in 1966. Five generations of the Bronco were produced, lasting until the 1996 model year. The Bronco originally competed with other off-road equipped vehicles being produced, including the Jeep CJ-5 and International Harvester Scout. By 1996, however, Ford realized that there had been a decline in demand for such a large two-door sports-utility vehicle, and ended up discontinuing it. The Bronco would then be replaced by the four-door Expedition, and the larger Excursion. 25 years later, Ford realized that a market share was still available for them in the off-roading segment, and decided their best bet was to introduce a new 2021 Ford Bronco. There would be several changes to the sixth-generation Bronco, including the fact that it will be in the mid-size SUV category for the first time, with its competition including the Jeep Wrangler as both a two and four-door convertible.
Sixth Generation
Now that the new 2021 Ford Bronco has been released, we can get an up-close look at its components to see what we have to work with. Ford’s research and development team put a lot of thinking into the suspension of the Bronco, trying to give it the best of both worlds, on and off-road wise. There was one piece of outdated technology their r&d team did end up passing on, one that the Jeep Wrangler has held onto for all of these years — a solid front axle. Yes, Ford weighed the pros and cons, and decided an Independent Front Suspension was the path they wanted the Bronco to take, along with a solid axle in the rear. IFS is an important asset if you’re looking to turn the Bronco into a high-speed desert runner, and Ford didn’t want to just limit its capabilities where the road ends and the dirt begins, but this isn’t always the direction Ford has gone in.
IFS Vs. Solid Axle
With all of this talk about independent front suspension and solid axles, it’s important to go back and understand exactly what each is. Early four-wheel drive trucks used a solid axle up front because they are a bit stronger, and much more simple than IFS. There are downsides to it, though, including ride quality. Because both wheels up front are connected via a straight axle, anything that disrupts one side also affects the other. This may help while rock crawling, but drivability on road can be greatly affected. IFS, on the other hand, has both sides working independently, so each wheel can effectively handle a bump while the other doesn’t blink an eye. IFS was designed to provide a smoother ride, but just like a solid axle, it has its weaknesses as well. Articulation is one big downfall for IFS. The suspension is limited to the maximum angle of the CV joint, unlike a solid axle that’s articulation is only limited by the space you have around the wheel. The other downside to IFS is the addition of several more moving parts, giving the suspension more points to fail. However, breakthroughs in CV joint designs and other parts associated with IFS structure and integrity have pushed four-wheel drive IFS to high levels of durability. So while the solid axle may still be the king of the crawl, IFS shines at high speeds in rough terrain, soaking up impacts with ease that would totally ruin your driving experience with a straight axle.
A Look Back
The early generations of the Ford Bronco wouldn’t have seen eye to eye with the newest creation. From 1966 to 1979, the Bronco came with solid front axles, including a Dana 30, swapped to a Dana 44 in 1971. The second generation continued the coil-sprung Dana 44 legacy with a leaf-sprung rear Ford 9-inch axle. Beginning in 1977, before the second generation had even been put up for sale, Ford designed the third generation. From here on out, the Ford Bronco, on an all-new chassis, would now come with that same Dana 44 front axle with Ford Twin Traction Beam independent front suspension. The rear axle would continue as the same Ford 9-inch axle.
H.O.S.S. System
Ford took a long hiatus with the Bronco, but coming back after 25 years, they came back even stronger with new ideas and advancements in technology at their fingertips. Along with the IFS up front, Ford introduced their new setup, the H.O.S.S. System (High-Performance, Off-Road, Stability, Suspension), which is standard on the Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, and Outer Banks. The independent H.O.S.S. system incorporates twin alloy A-arms and coil-over springs for optimum off-road stability and control. The H.O.S.S. system is also available with Bilstein Position Sensitive Dampers, standard on the Badlands, Wildtrak , and First Edition models. In the rear is a solid five-link rear axle with the same H.O.S.S. system, including coil-over springs, for optimum off-road capability and durability.
Bilstein Dampers
While the Ford H.O.S.S system is fairly straightforward, the Bilstein Shocks are quite a bit more technical, and will be a welcomed addition to the bronco fleet. The Bilstein Position Sensitive End Stop Control Valve (ESCV) dampers have three main features that separate them from ordinary shocks on everyday vehicles, including external reservoirs, compression ESCV, and rebound ESCV. The Bilsteins come with remote reservoirs that, for cooler running temperatures, can increase the oil volume. To give position-sensitive damping, they also include internal hydraulic end-stops. All in all, the Bilsteins will feel soft in the middle of their travel, but once they start getting close to their ends, will stiffen up to take on any sort of big hit.
No matter which model of the new 2021 Ford Bronco, the standard IFS with the H.O.S.S. system is going to be an incredible ride. And of course, with the addition of the Sasquatch Package, or the purchase of a Badlands, Wildtrak, or First Edition model, the Bilstein Position Sensitive Dampers will also come included for that extra performance off-road.

O.J. Simpson, the white Bronco and a freeway chase that changed L.A. forever

There had been high-speed pursuits before on L.A. freeways.
But nothing compares to the surreal day of June 17, 1994, when O.J. Simpson and his white Bronco captivated the world’s attention.
One lawyer at the time called it “the day Los Angeles stopped.”
Driven by Simpson’s boyhood friend and former NFL colleague Al “A.C.” Cowlings, the ex-football star led police on a two-hour chase across Southern California in his white Ford Bronco after he was charged with murder in the deaths of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson , and her friend Ronald Goldman.
O.J. Simpson, whose murder trial riveted and divided the world, dies at 76
O.J. Simpson, whose rise and fall from American football hero to murder suspect to prison inmate fueled a public drama that obsessed the nation, has died.
April 11, 2024
As the slow-speed chase dragged on, people gathered on overpasses to wave and cheer on Simpson with chants such as, “The juice is loose.”
Here is a retrospective of what happened from the pages of The Times:
How the chase unfolded
8:30 a.m.: Robert Shapiro, one of Simpson’s lawyers, receives a call from Los Angeles Police Department officials telling him to surrender his client.
9:30 a.m.: Shapiro goes to an undisclosed home in the San Fernando Valley and informs Simpson he will have to surrender by 11 a.m. Murder charges are filed against Simpson in the killings of his ex-wife and her friend; arraignment is scheduled for the afternoon.
11 a.m.: Simpson is scheduled to surrender.
Shortly after noon, according to Shapiro, the lawyer receives a call from LAPD officials telling him that police must announce that Simpson is a fugitive. Shapiro gives police directions to the San Fernando Valley house. Police arrive at the house. Shapiro, who is with Simpson’s doctors and others in a room at the house, says Simpson and Cowlings, a former college and pro football teammate of Simpson’s, had left the house.
1:50 p.m.: LAPD Cmdr. David Gascon announces that Simpson has not surrendered for arraignment as scheduled and is a fugitive.

Friday is the 28th anniversary of the infamous slow-speed chase that fascinated California and the nation.
June 17, 2022
2 p.m.: Police respond to a 911 call at the scene of the slayings after a man identified as Nicole Simpson’s father comes out of the house asking people to call 911.
3 p.m.: An LAPD officer at the condominium tells reporters, “O.J. Simpson is not here.” Dist. Atty. Gil Garcetti says at a news conference that anyone helping Simpson flee will be prosecuted as a felon. “We will find Mr. Simpson and bring him to justice.” Police are searching for Cowlings. Garcetti says prosecutors have not decided whether to seek the death penalty in the murder case.
4:45 p.m.: Police issue an arrest warrant for Cowlings.
5 p.m.: Shapiro holds a news conference, during which longtime Simpson friend Robert Kardashian reads a letter from Simpson: “Don’t feel sorry for me,” the note ends. “I’ve had a great life, great friends. Please think of the real O.J. and not this lost person. Thanks for making my life special. I hope I helped yours. Peace and love. O.J.”
5:51 p.m.: Simpson reportedly makes a 911 call from a cellphone in Cowlings’ Ford Bronco. His location is traced to the 5 Freeway in Orange County near Lake Forest, where his ex-wife was buried.

Football legend had agreed to surrender but disappeared, prompting manhunt. Car is spotted in Orange County; pursuit ends in driveway of his Brentwood home.
June 18, 1994
5:56 p.m.: The California Highway Patrol begins pursuit.
7:30 p.m.: After moving onto the 91 Freeway, the Bronco turns north on the 405 Freeway in Torrance, soon encountering crowds standing on the roadway and overpasses. Some onlookers hold handmade banners and signs, while others scream, “The Juice is loose!”
7:57 p.m.: Simpson and Cowlings arrive at Simpson’s Brentwood home, and negotiations for surrender begin.
8:47 p.m.: Police issue an all-clear after taking Simpson into custody.
9:37 p.m.: In police custody, Simpson arrives at Parker Center in downtown L.A.

Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman were fatally stabbed on the evening of June 12, 1994, their bodies discovered early the next morning.
June 11, 2014
The chase became a “Where were you?” moment.
It also offered a preview of how Simpson’s murder trial would divide the nation. As The Times r eported the next morning: “Hundreds of supporters gathered in the upscale neighborhood, chanting “Free O.J.,” and rocking police cars.”
Others think the chase helped make the Simpson trial a national obsession. As The Times reported in 1995: “ Ninety-five million people watched that chase , not knowing how it would end. Suicide? Arrest? Escape? Violent confrontation? That shared adventure clearly gave many of them a vested interest, a sense of participation, of being on the inside of a national drama-cum-trauma in the making. And in this particular drama, virtually everyone felt he ‘knew’ the central player.”
The late Times reporter Andrea Ford, who covered the trial, said the chase “locked people into this common emotional experience.”
The view from the air
In 2019, The Times talked to Zoey Tur, who was piloting a helicopter for KCBS-TV and captured the chase.
Everyone was looking for Simpson, she recalled in the interview. Her CBS colleagues heard that the FBI had triangulated Simpson’s cellphone and found he was at the El Toro Y interchange in Irvine.

“So I glanced down and spotted the Bronco with police cruisers on its tail. I screamed to the station, ‘We’ve got him,’ and began the broadcast,” she recalled.
“Sitting up there, the enormity of it hit you. He is one of the most famous people in America and he is running from the police as a wanted murderer,” Tur said. “It was like a serene parade, with O.J. leading the procession.”
Reflecting on the day years later, she said: “It wasn’t the first pursuit I covered or the last ... but it was the most memorable.”

Ford recalls over 456,000 Bronco Sport and Maverick cars due to loss of drive power risk
File -A Ford Bronco is displayed at a Gus Machado Ford dealership on Jan. 23, 2023, in Hialeah, Fla. The U.S. government's auto safety agency has opened an investigation, Friday, April 12, 2024, into a Ford recall for gasoline leaks from cracked fuel injectors that can cause engine fires, saying in documents that the remedy doesn't fix the leaks. Credit: AP/Marta Lavandier
NEW YORK — Ford is recalling more than 456,000 Bronco Sport and Maverick vehicles due to a battery detection issue that can result in loss of drive power, increasing crash risks.
According to documents published by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the body and power train control modules for these cars may fail to detect changes in battery charge. And when undetected, a low battery charge can cause an unexpected loss of drive power — including sudden stalling or inability to restart — and the use of other electric capabilities like hazard lights.
The recall covers about 403,000 model year 2021-2024 Bronco Sports produced between February 2020 and March 2024, as well as more than 53,000 model year 2022-2023 Mavericks manufactured from February 2021 to October 2022, a recall report dated Friday notes.
To remedy this issue, dealers will recalibrate the impacted vehicles' body and power train control modules at no cost. Owner notification letters are set to be mailed out on May 13, a Tuesday NHSTA recall acknowledgment letter notes.
The software update is not available yet, a Ford spokesperson confirmed to The Associated Press Wednesday, but should arrive by later in the second quarter. In a statement, the spokesperson added that “safety is a top priority, and we are taking proactive measures to address this issue promptly and effectively.”

As of February 8, the NHSTA recall report notes, Ford was not aware of any injuries tied to the issue — but the Dearborn, Michigan-based the company noted 917 related warranty reports, 11 field reports and 54 customer complaints. There were also two property damage claims and three unverified fire reports.
This isn't the only recall impacting Bronco Sport owners.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said last week that it was investigating the remedy Ford had proposed after the recall of nearly 43,000 select Bronco Sport and Escape SUVs, in which gasoline can leak from the fuel injectors onto hot engine surfaces, increasing the risk of fires. The NHTSA said remedy did not include repairing the fuel leaks.

Vodka Museum Tour with transport (excursion only)
Lena, our guide in Moscow was excellent. She was very knowledgable and could answer any question we had for her. We liked that she could pick up on our interests and take us places we might not have thought of to go. When we realized that one of the places we had chosen to see would probably not be that interesting to us, she was able to arrange entry to the Diamond Fund and the Armoury for us. Riding the Metro with Lena was a real adventure and a lot of fun. In Saint Petersburg we found Anna well versed in the history of the Tsars and in the Hermitage collection. Arkady in Veliky Novgorod was a very good guide and answered all of our questions with ease. Novgorod was perhaps a long way to go for a day trip, but we did enjoy it. Vasily was a great driver to have and kept us safe with good humour and skill. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my daughter says she is already planning to return. We would both have no hesistation to recommend ExpresstoRussia to anyone we know.
Just wanted to let you know that My grandson Bruno and I couldn´t have been more pleased with our week in Moscow (6/15 - 6/21). We were absolutely enchanted with the whole experience, including getting lost a couple of times in the Metro during our free time. Although both our guides (both Eleanas) were excellent, I would particularly commend the first one (she took us to the Tatiakov, the KGB tour, and to that beautiful cemetery where so many great Russian artists, authors, composers, musicians, militarists, and politicians are buried). Her knowledge is encyclopedic; and her understanding of today´s Russia as a product of its past was, for us, truly enlightening. I will be taking another tour in Russia, with my wife, within the next two or three years. I will be in touch with you when the time comes. Meanwhile, I will refer you to other potential visitors to Russia as I meet them.

Moscow, a City Like No Other
Moscow is Russia’s largest city with a population of between 12 and 13 million. It is also Europe’s largest city and when you visit Moscow, you can feel it. The layout and architecture of the city is eclectic, ranging from crooked, ancient streets and alleyways to wide, bustling boulevards, from medieval churches to Stalin skyscrapers and to modern, glass buildings towering over everything and of course in the center of it all is the Kremlin and the magnificent Red Square. Moscow is also home to a fantastic, efficient and very beautiful metro system – each station having its own special design. In fact, Express to Russia’s Moscow metro tours and excursions are some of our most popular attractions that we offer. On our Moscow tours, you will see this and more.
Moscow Tours centering on Russian History
Moscow has a long and interesting history and has been the capital of Russia in many of its different iterations – capital of the Grand Duchy of Moscow , the Russian Empire and of course the Soviet Union (who could ever forget the Soviet Union?). Moscow, was founded in the 12th century by Prince Yuri Dolgaruki (Yuri of the long arms – he really did have long arms!). From that time on, it was home to the Russian Tsars until Peter the Great moved the capital to St. Petersburg in 1703. The city has survived invasions and sieges from the Mongols, the Tartars, the Poles, Lithuanians and Napoleon but has always persevered. Our Moscow tours will enlighten you on this great history and give you insights into Muscovites and their unique culture. Our Moscow tours show you what the city is like today but also brings to life the past. Moscow never seems to sleep and is bursting with energy. A Moscow tour with Express to Russia is truly the best way of getting to know Russia’s largest and most vibrant city.
Frequently Asked Questions From Our Travelers
What is the best time to visit moscow.
Any time of year is fine depending on what you plan to do. Summertime is pleasantly warm, ideal for exploring the city and its vibrant atmosphere, but Moscow will be much busier and accommodation is more expensive. Winter can be quite cold but beautiful nonetheless, and this is unproblematic if you intend to spend most of your trip in museums and galleries. There are also various festivals and events organised throughout the year. For more information about the best time to visit, read our guide
How many days are enough in Moscow?
If you plan your itinerary strategically and aren’t averse to a packed schedule, you can cover Moscow’s main sights over a long weekend. Most popular attractions are in the city centre, and the Moscow Metro allows you to cover much ground in a small amount of time. Ensure that your accommodation is fairly central and book tickets in advance, so that you can make the most of your days. For an informative and well-organised day out, check out our Moscow day tours with options to suit all interests.
Do they speak English in Moscow?
As Russia’s capital city, tourists are well accommodated in Moscow. There should be English-speaking staff in restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and attractions in tourist hotspots, and there are also English-speaking tourist police. Transport services have English translations on their maps and English announcements via intercom; alternatively, order taxis from the Yandex Taxi app (Russian Uber), though it’s unlikely that your taxi driver will speak English. If you get stuck and cannot communicate, it’s fine to use Google Translate.
Is it safe to travel to Moscow?
It is no less safe to travel to Moscow than to any European city if you exercise common sense and look after your belongings. As with every city some regions can be more unsavoury than others, but no tourist attractions are located there. The traffic in Moscow is notorious, so exercise caution when crossing roads. Do not take unlicensed taxis; book in advance or take public transport, which is widespread and perfectly safe. If you encounter any problems, look for the special tourist police who can help you.
