You can receive a full refund if you cancel your tour at least 24 hours before its start time.

If you decide to cancel your experience less than 24 hours before its start time, you will not be eligible for a refund of the amount you paid.

Changes made to your experience less than 24 hours before its start time will not be accepted.

The cut-off times for cancellations and changes are based on the local time of the experience (Eastern Standard Time).

This group tour requires a minimum number of travellers. If this requirement is not met, you will be given the option of either rescheduling for a different date or choosing a different tour, or you can receive a full refund.
