All I can say is scam stay away, you are playing with fire and will get burned. Extra fees and hidden tricks unable to reach a person or verify the owner is a way to make money over other people's greed.

I would give it a zero. But that's not possible. They will promise you anything and then ask for more money. They want payment in cash so your credit card can't help you get your money back. Their bbb rating is d-. I don't think you can get any lower than that. When it's too good to be true. That's a scam.

Scam. You are offered a free 7 day cruise and a 250pp Amex card. We listened to a presentation to purchase membership in a vacation club. The opening g price was 14,995! .it went down to 8k. After much chatter a out using our credit card, the salesman got it that this wasn't happening. When there was no free cruise..$98 pp activation fed. The lady we were turned over to just shrugged and mentioned nothing in life is free. I mention here..if it's too good to be true ,it is. The $500 Amex card is tied to another travel club and my questions to them lead me to believe the same

I agree with most of the other reviews. Scam. I mailed in my 3 selections with a $58 deposit and they mailed back that they were not available and to try again. I called to ask what is available so I can request something I might actually get. They can't do that over the phone. There's no way to do any of this in the modern world on the internet. There's a deadline to book your travel so I think they're using snail mail to delay the process enough that you never get anything. I requested a refund of my deposit - wish me luck!

Not . ..Repeatedly tried different dates and locations and then had to call after no response. Was told they sent me an e mail days before although never received . Did not get lost in spam mail. Last attempt was given three locations in same state. None were places requested . Each location required between two forty nine and 999.00 extra to use. Months of playing email request and wait. Will request money back .

Showed up to the presentation. Had to wait for some time. While waiting we watched them kick out other couples for supposedly not being on time. We were In waiting area for 30 minutes, the 2 minutes they were behind us was surely no problem. And they were very rude about the way they told them to leave. Next they give you questions to fill out. How much money do you spend on vacations and how much money do you make a year. I didn't answer them, it's none of their buisness what we make. They rudley came back and told us to mark them or we didn't need to be there. So I marked 60,000 a year ( this is not enough income for them to show you a presentation) us and one other couple were gave our "free gifts" and told to leave. The free gifts were a hotel discount card and a free cruise that you have to pay to activate so you can use. We drove an hour total both ways to be able to go to their stupid presentation and then got booted becasue I wouldn't let them know how much we make and sixty grand isn't enough for them to show you a presentation. They said unfortunately we don't have room back there for you now. They took 8 people back and into the holiday Inn meeting rooms that hold 100 plus. My advice don't waste your time this company is a joke.

Total Scam! I sent in the initial $56 and our trip request within the 90 day window and they said that we needed to send an additional $20 for our kids for 2 nights so we did. Both checks were cashed then we get correspondence stating that our trip was declined because of no availability but they cashed both our checks!! I called several times and got no actual person and had to leave messages with no call backs for over 2 weeks now! I will be contacting the better business bureau next to report their fraudulence. I would leave a no stars if I could. Not only did they deny my trip request but they still took my refundable deposit! Then they don't even pick up their phones! These people are thieves!

After attending a sales pitch with Diamond Resorts and not buying, we were given an eight day vacation at several places around the world as a "thank you." That 8 day vacation was managed through TRIPS. We intended to use it in Hawaii but the "free" part is only in the continental US. For Hawaii it would have been about $200/night. Which is still not bad for Hawaii, but not free as we planned. Since we waited until the last three months of our one year time period, and that included a lot of holidays, we were not able to find a week that would work. The TRIPS people did try to work with me. They responded to emails within two days. I was able to speak to them on the phone at least three times as we tried to find something that would work. Probably if I had not waited until the end of the expiration period it would have worked out. I have no complaints with their customer service or how anything was handled. I am giving them a four star instead of five only because we did not get to actually take the trip so I cannot comment on how the hotel would have been. Once it became obvious we would not be able to make a different location work, they refunded my money within ten days. I really did not have any issues at all. here is a tip ..... On the form you can only pick two dates to start your vacation but I sent a letter telling them ALL of my dates. The original dates they offered me to Hawaii were not the two dates on my form but instead two of the dates that I put in the letter. So try letting them know all of your options for the best flexibility.

This company is a fraud group. I mailed the certificate as instructed but they never gave up a reply. When I called them, they only said something wrong with my mailed letter, and the certificate was rejected. They never corrected the issue, and not even gave a reasonable solution. Stay away from them.

Someone who is paid by a hotel or company is hardly likely to say anything negative about it. They may not even have stayed there, instead using a script provided by the company outlining facilities and how wonderful it was.
