Stay away. My parents had a terrible experience with this company and its tour guide, Tom Tong. My mom was maybe 5 minutes late one morning to the agreed bus stop, that happens right? Any good tour guide would smile and remind her to be in time. Tom Tong nastily threatened to leave her at location the next time she was late. Wtf? What kind of customer service is that? Because it's a Chinese tour, most of the patrons are older Chinese people who speak no or very little English. During the duration of the tour, Tom would purposefully wrongly translate what Canadian residents were saying, essentially lying to his tour and taking advantage of them. At the end, due to his terrible service, my parents only yippee the required amount of $8 per person. Tom confronted them, saying that they didn't tip enough for such a large group and that it was shameful. They didn't even want to give you the required $8, Tom... My parents filed a complaint with the company, and all they got in return from the company was that it was MY PARENT'S Fault. What!?? Do not go on this tour.

Not recommend at all. My family and I joined the Whistler one day tour. It's not comfortable and polite at all. When I wrote the customer complain, the customer service doesn't take it seriously.

Absolutely no organization and inconsiderate of their customers. This past week, my parents went through this company to tour Vancouver. They weren't allowed to go to the bathroom for 4.5 hours at a time. Really? No rest stop for that long? On one of the days of their trip, their tour bus busted a tire. Because the bus driver needed special equipment to replace the tire, he had to drive dangerously through winding roads near cliffs for at least an hour. My parents are regular parents, around 60. They can't tolerate these kinds of things. On the last day, they were told to wait at the hotel entrance for the company's bus to take them to the airport. However, they didn't realize until last minute that they were supposed to take the hotel shuttle to the airport. My parents were hardly notified about the trip's schedule so they never knew what was going on. My parents still work and they are the type of people who go through their days with schedules. My father is a health professional and my mother handles so much business that she charts things for each month. If you are a representative of the company, please contact me. I will gladly tell you their experience and how much they suffered.

Regarding their name, I would say this is my last experience with them. This is the worst tour and travelling agency ever. This company is going to make Canada's tourism (We went to a 4 days trip in BC + Alberta) have negative reputation. All they did were bringing us to places to buy stuffs. The worst thing was when we were at the winery, we were introduced to buy German ice wine instead of Canada products. -.- what the heck is this?! The tour guide is very unfriendly, very improfessional, very irresponsible and as previous reviewer mentioned, EXTREMELY RUDE (I think they are called William and David). They never say hi nor nod their head to us. He never give clear information / instruction to everybody (it happened a few times where different groups bumped into each other asking questions), he never know which group of his customers are, never greet us. All he did was chasing after us. He never guide us, all he did was bringing us to a place and left us there acting like a fool. Sometimes not even bringing us there he just told you and let you to go there on your own. I never seen him around except looking us for next journey. He treats us so rude just because we didn't buy a meal from them; the tour guide forced me to finish my drink else the driver wouldn't drive so I have to throw it away; the driver yelled at my dad with his extremely useless poor English. At the very beginning, the tour guide mentioned non of us shall stand up or walking while the bus is on the road and open the cabin or bringing food on the bus, the driver yelled at us while he saw us bringing food. But, the guy next to me stood up, walking and open the cabin while the bus was on the road, I don't see them yelling at him. I guess because we did not buy their meal. If you have double standard on your customers, make everything unified! The driver is rude every second. He yelled at everyone all the time. They even come near to us to listen what we are saying! Hey! If you are afraid of people saying negative things on you, behave appropriately. None of them deserve a single cent of tips even though the itenary stated that it is compulsory. I don't even feel like giving them a star on this review. We don't feel like we are on a vacation but in a military. Listen to me, if anyone who really wants to have an enjoyable vacation in Canada, never ever contact them!

I joined the 5-Day Vancouver, Canadian Rockies Tour from Vancouver with FIRST EXPRESS TRAVEL, and I was very disapointed. I had to undergo one humiliation after another because I was the only NON chinese speaker on the bus. I told the chinese tour guy many times, DANIEL, to speak English as well ,when he told stories, but he ignored me. After the second day of the tour, I reminded him again and asked him to translate his stories in English too. He did, but he translated his stories only 40%. He has no manner and his explanations in English were hard to understand. I don't recommend everyone to join a tour with this company if you don't speak mandarin or cantonese. I WILL NOT JOIN ANY TOUR WITH THE COMPANY AGAIN; THE COMPANY SUCKED!! P.S. It was right that nobody could use the bathroom on the bus during the trip until the last day, on our way to china town. We were allowed to use it because the traffic was very bad, and daniel, the tour guy, wanted to use it badly. His reason to us was it was ok to use it because of the last day. He was totally a jerk!!

Had a horrible experience with this tour company. Going to be a long post so I'm going to separate each "rant" by paragraphs. 1. Languages 2. Meal Plans 3. Not informative 4. Entertaining the rest of the tour group 1. The tour guide spoke three languages, English, Cantonese and Mandarin, however none of them were fluent. There were also times when he would switch from one language to another within the same sentence. Really? How do you expect people to understand you if they don't know all three languages. 2. The meal plan is $150 per person for 8 meals, not including one dinner and lunch. Also you have no idea which restaurant you are going to. Since I thought that was a rip off considering that I went with 3 other people, no one in our group bought it. We ended up receiving really poor service and attitude from the tour guide for the full 4 days of the trip. Since there were only 8 - 10 people out of the 55 who did NOT purchase the meal plan, the tour guide barely gave us any directions on where we could grab some food. It seemed like he expected us to know our place around. He treated us like we were invisible when we tried to ask him questions, all of his answers were bs. We would walk pass him in the morning and he wouldn't even say hi or anything, where's his manners!!! The places that the rest of the group ate at were pretty bad judging by the outside. 3. A girl went up to him to ask him whether or not if they needed to get a password for the internet on the hotel and he said no when there were people right in front of him walking over to the front desk to ask for it. He didn't even bother to go up to the front desk to ask for her either, it was basically look up from his phone, listened to her question, said no and looked back down at his phone. I thought tour guides were supposeD to be informative, so much for that. 4. Since our trip consisted of long bus rides, he made us prepare something to entertain the rest of the people in the tour on the last day. What is this? Public embarrassment to those who don't like to talk in front of people? Why force someone to do something they don't like to do? Btw, no one really went up to perform, everyone kinda ignored him when he started to call out the group numbers. All I want to say is, Okay, so I'm paying this guy like $8 a day, (He said to consider $10, never going to happen, $8 is more than enough) and he's trying to make us do the talking, know our places around, giving us attitude and saying how $8 is too little because the company goes through a lot of trouble to plan and organize each trip. Come on, the company does this for a living. If you are going to complain, then get out of this business and stop complaining in front of your customers. Even grade 8's can plan and organize a better trip. Never been on such a horrible trip, what's worse is I paid to suffer.

In all of my trip adventures with a tour company I have never been so disappointed . On July 11,2015, my pal J and I went on a 9 day Las Vegas,San Francisco ,Disneyland bus tour with First Express Travel. The trip itself was great, since J and I went off on our own. The problem was the tour guide Daniel Yeung. He was extremely rude and arrogant ,especially to the 7 senior female passengers. On one occasion one of the senior female passengers politely raised her hand to ask permission if she can use the bus washroom. Suddenly out of the blue the bus driver Dick Chan intercepted and shouted "Don't use it, its broken water will overflow"!!. Daniel then said " I'll give you a plastic bag to pee on,don't forget to throw it away on our next stop". If the washroom was indeed broken then why Daniel uses it himself on a few occasions. He had the nerve to lie and think we didn't notice. As a guide, Daniel lacked the knowledge of famous locations that was visited. Not only he pronounced most of the main attractions incorrectly,ie: Alcatraz the famous prison in San Francisco he pronounced it 'Al Ka Trays". The cartoon characters The Minions, he pronounced "Minor". Among other mistakes, and his rude ways too long to long to write. Daniel often sleeps long hours while the bus was in motion, enabling us to ask him questions. When he's awake, he often watches Korean/Chinese dramas on his cell phone, with his earbud on. On our first washroom stop in a duty free store,Daniel directed us to use just go ahead and use their washroom, As we were heading there all 45 passengers were abruptly stopped by a security guard telling us we aren't allow to use their washroom unless we all purchase items in their store. Daniel was no where to be seen while all this was going on. 20 mins. later he showed up. As a so called "30 year experienced tour guide",Daniel lacks the respect and common sense towards other establishments. Basically, Daniel's job description is to hang out hotel room cards, and sleep in the bus while on duty. There's too many "should nots" to write about. Had Daniel gave more respect to himself and his job, the trip would've been decent. We did contact the manager Ken, to voice our complaints. His response are even more memorable to say the least. Instead of an apology he said " Go ahead and write about us on any social media, I don't care, so what"? . Save your money, don't join any type of tour with this company!!

6 day Conadian Rockies Tour. Seattle to Vancouver day 1 a waste of time. Stayed in Seattle the night before and was told to meet at airport at 12 (they wouldn't pick me up from my hotel). I spend money to return to the airport at 11.40 and was greeted by angry chinese man saying he had been here since 10.30 and had been trying to call me (Australian Number) to get me there earlier. We then returned to the city about 3 blocks from where i was staying to pick up other passengers. Waste of time and money going back to airport. Went to Space needle but others didn't want to go up, only photos so they could go to the out let mall. I don't remember seeing an outlet mall on the itinerary, i'd rather see more of Seattle. Turns out day 1 was mixed with day tours to get me back to Vancouver. Didn't see hardly any of Settle. Day 2, hours were spent going from hotel to hotel picking up tour passengers. Didn't see vancouver at all. No English speaking passengers except me. Tour guide english hard to understand and didn't translate everything. Bus broke down and were stranded for hours. Ginger factory tour completely in Chinese so went and sat outside. Tour guide came out and asked if i was enjoying the tour cause i looked bored. I said, "if i had of known it was all in chinese i wouldn't have booked it." He said, "sometimes Australians but families. Maybe next time you can hire a car and go around yourself". Are you kidding me!. He didn't translate anything inside the hotel at Lake Louise, in fact saw me standing there listening and pointed me to the door out side so i guess he couldn't be bothered translating. This place was on my bucket list but i have no idea about the history or anything because he didn't translate. I feel ripped off and discriminated against. I feel I missed out of a hell of a lot because it wasn't translated. I believe i should have been notified i was the only English speaking person on this tour. Spent the entire time on my own, breakfast, lunch and dinner and also at destinations. Day 6 didn't exist cause that day was travel to airport. So really a four day tour not six. Have been on bus tours before but this was extremely disappointing. Not happy.
