About Deluxe Tour

The Deluxe Tour is the right option if you think you won't have time to breakfast before the tour. It includes the same benefits than the Plus Tour, with the extra advantage of a box lunch for breakfast, beverage included in the buffet meal and premium drinks on board (such as a local alcoholic beverage made from a Mayan recipe named Xtabentun).

First, the Deluxe Tour will greet you with a box lunch when you board the bus, this will be a light breakfast, a sandwich, an apple and a juice, but good enough if you didn’t have any breakfast.

Also, the Deluxe Tour will give you premium drinks onboard the bus, like whisky, tequila or Xtabentun which is a Mayan liquor (pretty good by the way). You will also get a drink on your buffet meal.

Some other great perks with the Deluxe Tour are: umbrella in Chichen Itza, you can get an umbrella so you can fight the sun, you only need to give a deposit and an ID ant the entrance of the ruins. You’ll also get a life vest and a locker at the cenote.

OUR ADVICE:   A bit more money but just an overall feeling of a higher standard than Classic.  The luxury bus is very nice, restroom on board, continental breakfast on the way there and drinks on the way back, a very comfortable way to get to Chichen Itza.  It's a long drive, so some reading material or entertainment is a good idea.
