  Dear Ms April, I hope you are fine and enjoy yourself in good health.We are back in Germany several weeks already and often think about our journey in Myanmar. Because you did excellent work again, it was very successful. Thank you very much. We hope that you will help us again next time.We have been in Moulmein for 6 days, one day more as planned, as Moulmein was very nice, and Mr. Koe Soe did not mind. After driving back to Yangon, we went once more with Koe Soe to Pathein and Ngwe Saung for four days. He is an excellent driver and very skilful in finding wooden monasteries and in introducing himself and us to the abbots in the correct way. Though he had problems to understand why we wanted to see all of them, beautiful or simple and those, too, which were destroyed by the cyclone 3 years ago. As art is our business, we are interested in the change, too. Next time we do want to go to Pyay and way up to Mandalay by car, as there are no cyclone destructions of the monasteries, they should be in better condition, as we noticed 2 years ago going around Bagan.

  We had an amazing trip which was pretty much faultless. Everything was easy and very well organized, and any small thing that we wanted addressing throughout the holiday was actioned immediately. Our travel specialist was great and frequently checked in throughout the holiday. Before the holiday, our travel specialist offered many ideas of what to do but worked really closely with me on preparation as I liked many ideas but there were particular things and hotels we wanted to go to, and these were all incorporated. Our travel specialist also helped with Visa preparation, etc. On our last day before we left for the airport, our travel specialist called the hotel for a final check-in, which was lovely. Both my husband and I have high standards, and we came away from this trip thinking it was one of our favorites, and we travel a fair bit.   After returning home from a month-long trip to Asia, I am still wowed by the service provided by the travel agency and our guides in Vietnam. Since this was our first visit to the country, I reached out to the agency for itinerary recommendations, and thankfully, I was connected with Albee. She was incredibly responsive before and during our trip, and she paired us with such knowledgeable and hospitable guides. Our first guide during the trip hosted us in Hanoi and SaPa. We opted to stay a bit more off the beaten path at an ecolodge which we can highly recommend, which is about 30 minutes away from the SaPa village center. We let our guide know we were interested in learning more about the local culture and exploring the countryside, and wow, he delivered!  We went on the most memorable hike through the rice terraces and stopped to chat with several villagers along the way. He knew everyone. On top of that, he taught us about local flora and customs while on the hike and then the bike ride. We are already looking forward to returning to the North and further exploring the Vietnam/China border, but only if we can do it with him! The mountains were truly the highlight of our trip, and it wouldn't have been possible without him as our guide. If you are lucky enough to add SaPa to your itinerary, do yourself a favor and request him. Our guide in Saigon, which was the last leg of our Vietnam trip, was so accommodating to our changing needs. After a couple of weeks of travel, we arrived in Saigon wanting a more relaxing pace. She seamlessly made alternate arrangements for us that were a perfect end to the trip. The most hospitable moment from our entire trip to Asia came when we expressed an interest in visiting a local family. She immediately suggested that she and her family host us for lunch at their home in the Mekong Delta the next afternoon. This was such an unexpected yet memorable end to our time in Vietnam. Our guide’s and her family's hospitality were unmatched, and we were so fortunate to have her as our guide.

  I would give the trip and company 4.5 stars, but that is not an option. Overall, the trip was interesting, and we felt the program allowed us to get a good overview of both Vietnam and Cambodia. Ms. Ha at the travel agency was excellent to work with. She was very prompt in responding to our queries, helped us plan a great itinerary, and attended to glitches right away. The arrangements, especially in Vietnam, were very good, our guides were always punctual, knowledgeable about their cities, and keen to share that knowledge with enthusiasm. We appreciated the fact that in Hanoi, our guide went out of his way to help us with money exchange and pharmacy purchases and also allowed us to fit in an unscheduled visit to the Hanoi Hilton (at our expense, of course). It was also very nice to have dinner with Ha on our final day in Vietnam. The cruise on Halong Bay was a bit disappointing. For people who do not want to kayak or swim, there were very few activities, and the ship spent a lot of time anchored rather than cruising. The rooms on board, however, were very good. All hotel choices were very good, and we would like to give a shout out to the hotel in Hoi An, which was a charming place to stay at. We enjoyed Cambodia, but the 95+ degree heat detracted somewhat from our enjoyment and exploration of the temples in Siem Reap. Due to a mix-up with the operator in Cambodia, and despite our mentioning this to the guide, we went to all the temples in a single day, which was somewhat exhausting. Our guide was knowledgeable but seemed to go strictly by the book. Unfortunately parts of Angkor Wat were closed to tourists the first day because of the king's visit. The next day's excursion to Tonle Sap Lake and Banteay Srei temple was slower-paced and more enjoyable, and on our free third day, we rented a tuktuk and enjoyed a trip through the countryside to the Landmines Museum. Our guide in Phnom Penh was great and made recent history come alive.

  My parents, sister, and I enjoyed a 12 day tour of Myanmar (8 towns including Inle Lake) as planned and executed by 7 Days Travel & Tour. My travel agent Kaung Si Thu was a perfect organizer of our trip and very accomodating to our specific travel needs, pre-tour, during the tour, & even post tour. Since this agency is Yangon-based, they have access to all the best that Myanmar has to offer and can work with offering you the best rates at the best hotels and places to visit.   We have spent a 9-day tour in Feb 2015, visiting 4 cities and flying 4 times. The trip was very well organized and we had a very good time there.

  We JUST returned an hour ago from an absolutely incredible time in Myanmar!! Everything was excellent--it allowed us to relax and just enjoy being in a different world from our own. We felt that the quality of the hotels was superb. Several of the hotels rivaled the best that we've stayed at ever. The service of the tour guides booked by 7 Days was excellent--we had no doubt that someone was waiting for us on arrival at the airports --and we felt that all the tour guides went above and beyond. Our guides put in 14+ hour days to ensure that we were pleased. AND Myanmar is extremely fascinating. Incredible history and achievement-there is much that Myanmar can be very proud of. We found the people to be very kind, welcoming, and clearly hard-working! There is still a lot of people-powered agriculture going on, which is very fascinating for those of us from countries were agriculture is all big business now. An incredibly picturesque country.   In February-March 2014 , we spent 28 days travelling through Myanmar, a wonderful month that we shall never forget. Our land (and water) travel was arranged by Seven Days Travel. Our hotels were comfortable, and our English-fluent guides took excellent care of us and provided rich background information to enhance our experiences. We now remember Burma so fondly and highly recommend Seven Days Travel to all who wish to explore this fascinating land of golden pagodas.

  My friends and I used the services of 7 days in June of 2014 when we were in Myanmar. We were staying in a hotel a few doors down, decided we might want to touch base with a tour company so that we could establish an itinerary for a week or so, decided to try 7 days as a first shot, and ended up using them for a trip to Bagan, Inle, and Mandalay. These people were so fast, so together, so friendly, so capable, and so knowledgeable that we ended up letting them set up our itinerary for us, right there and then. We knew a good thing when we saw it! They were hungry for our business and they delivered in style. If I was going back to Myanmar, I would use the services of this outfit again without even a second thought. If you want it done right the first time, this is the place to go to. English communication was excellent.
