Our family chartered a USA Tours bus to recreate a journey taken by my great grandmother in a covered wagon 120 years ago. We had an unusual itinerary and four generations of family members onboard, from age 92 down to age 4. Rex helped us in the planning stages and was very accommodating and helpful. Our driver, Tyson, was the best!!! From helping older people on the bus to being very patient with the littles who all had to try out his microphone, we couldn't have asked for a better experience! I hope I get a chance to take more tours with them in the future!

We just got home from the Northwest National Parks tour and had a great time. Robin, our hostess is very good at making everyone feel comfortable. Mark, our driver is very knowledge about the areas we were in. This was our second trip with both of them.. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. The lunches that Robin cooked were good. We liked the smaller group of travelers with this tour as opposed to the bus trips with a large group of people. We had plenty of time at every stop we made to see everything we wanted to see. This company takes very good care of you.

Had a charter bus pick us up from the St. Louis Airport. He was 30 minutes late and not very friendly. Bus was old with reading lights inside broken and a leaking bathroom
