Travelhost (aka Marilyn) is a completely fraudulent business. Elderly people are her favorite target. She borrows money and doesn't repay. She used my mother's credit card without her permission. She lies about purchasing trips and uses your money for other's trips that she didn't pay for in the past. She is being reviewed by the Adult Protective Services as well as higher up agencies. DO NOT use this company if you actually want to have a successful trip. If you feel like donating to an over-aged swindler, go right on and book with her. You will regret it.

I would give zero stars if I could. Booked a cruise through Marilyn and paid over $10,000. Wrong cruise was booked and never corrected. Cruise was never paid for by agency. When I demanded my money back, she refused. When she finally wrote me a refund check, it bounced. Still trying to get my money back.

Be wary of using Travelhost. When attempting to use a credit with Delta that was purchased as a group ticket through Travelhost, we were informed that: 1) One of our cancelled tickets (during Covid) was used for the owner's personal use - as confirmed through Delta directly and 2) the other ticket was refunded to the owner's personal credit card. When getting called out on being dishonest the owner issued a cashiers check and refunded my parents the $3,342.11 they were entitled to. Historical data on-line shows that Travehost AKA Dream Trips has been sued by others for the same type of behaviour.

I'd be careful with purchasing your trips through this place. Specially don't make your payment month out in advance. It's a shady place of business. The owner will take your payment months in advance but not put toward your trip and use money to pay off other debts or other trips and then scramble come time for your trip and use someone else's money to do the same for your trip. Then if you need a refund she will throw out excuses as why it takes so long when in reality it's because she spent your trip money. I would just play it safe and book elsewhere.
