We booked our P&O Cruise to the Norwegian Fjords through James at the Downpatrick branch yesterday. I cannot praise him highly enough, he delt with everything we requested in a very professional manner. We are going with my neice & her 2 boys, so he suggested we book seperate as we live a distance from each other, so when the balance is due we can pop into our local branch to pay it.

Cheerful welcome

Cheerful welcome! Accommodating with us wanting to change a few details on the holiday offer. Found that our agent wanted to skip past bad reviews which made us feel uneasy as we wanted to know the good, bad and ugly on our accommodation,but once we did our own research our agent was helpful and got us our information we required and booked our city break.

Great service

Has been a while since I have booked a holiday and wanted to do it through an agent as I was nervous to just press the button online. I had done a bit of research before going in & the agent Anna sat with me as we checked & talked through the options. Hays Travel has announced that it will open two new branches in the Province - DOWNPATRICK AND BANBRIDGE!

Hays Travel has announced that it will open two new branches in Northern Ireland, Downpatrick and Banbridge.  

The new additions in County Down will offer 10 new job opportunities in the travel industry with a wide variety of roles from Branch Manager to apprenticeships.  

The Hays Travel branch in Downpatrick will be situated in The Market House on Market Street and the branch in Banbridge will be at 51 Newry Street.  

The UK’s largest independent travel agent opened the first branch in Northern Ireland in October 2019 after the takeover of the Thomas Cook retail portfolio. The new additions in Banbridge and Downpatrick will bring the total number of branches to 23 across the province.  

Nicola Allison, Regional Sales Manager for Northern Ireland, said: “We are delighted to be able to expand our customer base and bring Hays Travel to Banbridge and Downpatrick.  

“Since opening our first Hays Travel branch in 2019 our customers have benefited from award-winning customer service and our ability to provide the best holiday from a huge range of suppliers.”

Hays travel to open two new branches in northern ireland.

Hays Travel has announced plans to open two new high street branches in Northern Ireland’s Downpatrick and Banbridge. 

The new additions in County Down will offer 10 new job opportunities, with roles from branch manager to apprenticeships available.

The premises in Downpatrick will be situated in The Market House on Market Street and the branch in Banbridge will be located 51 Newry Street. 

The additions come after the agency opened its first branch in Northern Ireland in October 2019 after the takeover of the Thomas Cook retail portfolio. The new additions will bring the total number of branches to 23 across the province.
