Very helpful, lovely staff member Gail in Oldham branch, she booked our holiday last year and was very good with us as we hadn’t travelled abroad for 16 years, she helped find our hotel of dreams and we have just booked again for same place next year, nothing is too much trouble, they make everything easy

Hi good service from Hays in Oldham…

Hi good service from Hays in Oldham town centre again, Caitlin was lovely and helped me find a holiday for myself in August,nothing was to much trouble. Only downside was I had a voucher from Jet2 from a previous holiday, but couldn't use it as was told its for 2 people travelling only. As a lone traveller I feel that its time we shouldn't be discriminated from certain offers etc,as there are a lot of people now on their own for many different reasons. However I'm very happy with Hays in Oldham and will carry on booking with them.

Brilliant service at Hays from Caitlin!

Caitlin was fantastic! She was so so helpful with all the questions and concerns we had, she made us feel comfortable and really accommodating towards our children who came with us. There was nothing she didn’t cover, we previously visited TUI which was a waste of time, we came out more clueless! But rest assured Caitlin was there to set our minds at ease and we find the right holiday for our family meeting all our needs! When going on holiday with two small children, it’s hard to chose the right place but Caitlin was a great help! She was lovely, kind and I’d recommend her to anyone who wants to book a holiday! She was super helpful! Thanks again!

Great service

The agent Nicky was very knowledgeable, she made us feel welcome, she searched and searched to find us what we wanted. We are very pleased with the price and are looking forward to our holiday.Hays have a great service, instead of searching the web at home, getting stressed because when you go back to the one you saw first, the price has gone up. Going to Hays was stress free and we got a great holiday.

Good Service, but difficult to listen

Price matched a holiday I already found previously and arranged and set up all the insurance parts, Although it was difficult to hear what I was being asked at times as the building turns into an echo chamber so I'm listening to everyone at the same time, would be useful to have some way of blocking sound from travelling around

Great service

Great staff

We explained which two hotels we liked in Gran Canaria. We were shown options for self catering and all inclusive. The lady found us a fantastic deal for 11 nights all inclusive at the Apartmentos Eden and found the best flights times for May 2025. We always use Hays travel and will do for the foreseeable 😁

Great service for off the beat holiday.

Excellent service, only called in to check cost of a visit to Canada and Alaskan cruise, coincidentally they had just costed this for another customer. I agreed to book if they could sort out another hotel in Vancouver, not only did they manage this, it was over £600 cheaper - very good service.

Great to let someone else do the searching when you can't make your mind up!

The agent carried on looking for a deal that suited everything we were looking for, including something that met our budget, even after we were about to give up on the idea of ever finding something. Thank you Gail! Only little thing - don't forget to remind them about the Jet2 discount you're entitled to.

How can you not be happy sat in a travel agent’s, waiting for the words , ITS ALL SORTED, we will contact you when the boarding passes have been printed. Hays travel matched Jet2 app prices and with the help of a sourced voucher got it £60 cheaper, thanks Wendy and the team at Hays Oldham branch

We called in the Oldham store on impulse after losing an online package deal. We were met with friendship in a very welcoming manner by Kelly. She was superb and not only found us a great deal but also in the hotel we really wanted.
